Loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for a family of 6 with teenagers. Plenty of space, clean, well stocked with many kitchen and beach items we needed. And the location was beautiful, quiet, and convenient. It was so nice to have a master suite, large lanai and dining space, garage, and mudroom w/ a nice large washer and dryer. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for the accuracy of listing was because I saw different messages about parking. One email said you could park on the driveway and the other said only in the garage (which the latter is true). It also said only 1 compact car could fit in the garage. We took our chances and luckily we were able to fit the minivan in the garage without a problem. I also saw the neighbors fit 2 jeeps side by side in their garage. A few minor suggestions that would have been nice - include shampoo and tissue boxes in the house, and a keypad to the garage or front door instead of a lock box would be nice. That way everyone staying in the home has access to get inside without relying on 1 physical key and garage opener. Also, we were a little bummed we couldn't find any straps or way to transport and use the kayak. Maybe we just didn't see them, but we wish we had known we needed to bring our own straps if that's the case. That said, we would 100% rebook this place next time we are in Kauai! Such a great vacation rental and spot!

This unit in Princeville is very nice and comfortable and the pool area is lush and beautiful. The lanai is lovely and relaxing surrounded by beautiful plants that also make it more private. The guest bed was a bit too firm, but we used the mattress foam that was provided and made it more comfortable. The pots and pans looked old and worn out. However, the manager was quick to respond and replaced them with a new set of pots and pans. She also put traps for cockroaches in the garage and laundry room. Overall, we had a wonderful two-week stay.

My husband and I came on the island for 2 weeks and had some friends with us the first week. It is a very nice place and we couldn't have been happier with the condo. We did have a little problem with the A/C but it was fixed fast. I would definitely stay again.

The condo was in (opinion) the best location, Princeville. The grounds were clean, pool area well kept with a lovely waterfall. The unit was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay again. There was a minor issue with the slider lock and we alerted them to it and they were quick to respond. A great choice for accommodations!

Condo was clean and comfortable. The location in Princeville was perfect for our adventures on the north shore. Everything we wanted to do on the north shore was in easy driving distance (Kalaulau Trail, Hanalei Bay) and a grocery store that was super close! We loved it and would definitely come back!

We had a fabulous time here. Our party consisted of 4 adults and we were all comfortable. The condo is gorgeous and spacious. The bedrooms re on opposite sides of the condo with the kitchen, dinning room and living room in between. It was fully stocked with everything we could have ever used even a kayak! Loved this condo! I would definitely recommend and I hope to be back again, sooner rather than later. Love the decor and it had all the amenities, including umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards for use.
We were aware that there was no a/c air and the roosters would wake us up in the morning, but we loved having the windows open and the roosters got us going early in the morning so we could enjoy the whole day. Great view of mountains from living area.

Really enjoyed the layout of the unit. Only slight drawback is the headlights from vehicles are visible in Master bedroom, which is a bother early morning-6am or on occasion after 11pm

Loved this property as our unit was spacious and immaculately clean. The unit is well appointed and our host has thought of everything to ensure a great holiday. The pool area is quiet, a great place to enjoy a swim and sun after a day of exploring the island. The only downside was the road directly behind the unit. Noise and lifts on the road early in the morning were a little aggravating as air conditioning was not working which required windows to remain open at night. There is no beach access closeby so not ideal for sun worshippers. That being said, our stay was quite enjoyable and we would consider another visit in the future.

It was a great experience throughout from the rental process to arriving and enjoying the property throughout!
Very clean, well appointed furnishings and situated strategically in the Nihilani at Princeville Resort makes this a great choice.
Great sized rooms, living areas, bathrooms, kitchen and lanai as well. We loved the furnishings and setup altogether.
Really loved the place and hopefully we will come back to both lovely Kauai and also to Princeville and maybe even this resort someday!

Our stay was fantastic! Having been to Kauai several times we opted to stay in Princeville this time. Location was a little far from the south side where we had a couple of activities planned but extremely close to Hanalei, which is our favorite anyway! The pictures don’t do the unit justice. It was much larger and so much more well kept than the pictures portrayed it to be. The pool was great and we did take advantage of the grill area because the unit is just across from both. Such a great deal for your money and we will absolutely book again. Thank you for the great place to relax!

The home itself is a 10/10!We did book this location because it had a really nice community pool, but unfortunately the pool was closed for the majority of our stay. Our friends who were staying next door under a different management company received more updates regarding this issue (the closure was extended and our manager didn’t even let us know) and also received a credit back for the inconvenience (we did not). Our friends also received a lot of communication on things to do on the island and more in depth instructions. We actually relied on them more so then our manager. So overall this property was so beautiful and maintained, but the management company (when compared to others) needs some work.

Very clean unit with nice layout and furnishings. Excellent lanai for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Really enjoyed our stay and would have no problem booking the same unit again. FYI, because the unit is on the ground floor right in front of the intersection of Kaui Rd car headlights before sunrise shine right into the living room and primary bedroom. This was not a big deal for us but may be a concern for others.

We had a great time and this condo is extremely well equipped. The split bedroom layout is perfect for multiple families to stay and have privacy. This unit is close to the pool, walking paths and beautiful scenery. The only two drawbacks are that the unit is directly aligned with a street that has a fair amount of traffic. While sitting on the lanai, you feel like there is no privacy. Also, when someone is staying above you, the noise transfer can be loud at times (thankfully it wasn’t at night). Overall a GREAT stay though.

The condo is in a great location in Princeville with a large two car garage. It is decorated very Hawaiian stylish but not over the top and it all made sense. The collection of beach equipment is fantastic but you should know the surfboards are not usable. There was only one and it was missing fins and a leash. We rented a couple of boards for our stay. We were hoping the one's with the unit would alleviate that but was probably too much to hope for. The unit was clean and had everything you needed for a wonderful stay.

We slept and ate well in 11A, the condo was quite roomy and very comfortable for our stay. Here's a quick summary:The upsides -*clean and comfortable*well appointed (from appliances to sharp steak knives)*tons of room to spread out and unpack*safe and convenient location with lots of walking/jogging accessibility*beach toys - we really enjoyed the kayak and made sure our rental vehicle could transport the goodies*water fountains across the street helped mask the traffic noise when the door was open.*pool and community BBQs located nearby*host communicated well*easy check-in/out proceduresThe downsides -*all beach umbrellas were broken, bike tires were flat and we couldn't find a pump, snorkel gear was sandy (but we had our own). *location is adjacent to a traffic intersection and headlights come and go throughout the dark hours. We slept so good here it wasn't much of an issue, but light sleepers might not do well with it.We would absolutely come back again!

We had a wonderful experience renting Nihilani 11A. The location was great in Princeville, just a short drive to the center and the condo was right near the pool in the complex. The condo was very clean and super well stocked with beach gear for a family- sand toys, towels, chairs, and more, and the kitchen and house was nicely stocked as well for cooking in. Everything was very comfortable and the master room was huge! Our baby pack n play fit in the master closet and worked so well!! The only issue was the two bedroom tvs didn't work properly. Really enjoyed this place and would definitely book here again though.

This is a nice condo. There is a lot of room and there are a ton of beach things in the garage (chairs, snorkel equipment, umbrellas etc.). The lanai has nice furniture but due to proximity to the road it’s pretty loud. Pool and hot tub are super nice. Could use a new couch at some point .

We stand with 2 adults and a 3 year old. This couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The property management company recommended a company that rents kid things (pack n play, toddler beds, etc) that delivered, set up before we arrived and then picked up when we left for no charge. The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. It’s close enough to the pool that it’s a 2 min walk but far enough away that you didn’t hear anything. The garage is full of beach items that is so great to not have to worry about trying to bring with you or buy, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, ice chests, water socks. The only additional I would add is a collapsible wagon (Like from Costco) to haul all the stuff out to the beach.
The kitchen has condiments and all the items you’d need. It was wonderful! Would stay here again!
