We had a fabulous stay in J101. The location can not be beat. Ground level with easy assess to pool and barbecues. Walking distance to whalers village and blackrock beach. We will be back again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was so spacious, and well equipped and the location was incredible.
We found the beds to be very comfortable and I loved the decor! It get like home.
Check in couldn’t have been easier. Stacie, the owner, and was super responsive and helpful.
Our hearts go out to the people of Maui now and forever. We will most definitely return when the time is right.

This place was fantastic! It has most everything a family needs for a home away from home. When I say details, I mean details, not just cooking equipment and dishes and utensils, which it has plenty—you don’t need to run the dishwasher every day. But they also provide plenty of spices, storage bags, paper towels, cleaning products, zip lock bags, I mean, whatever we have in our home kitchen, they had it. You just need to bring food. We also loved the use it and leave it alcohol. We definitely used and then we left bottles of unopened wine. I love that there’s no waste here. The fridge was completely clean and empty when we arrived, but the cabinets held spices and unopened boxes of dry and canned foods for the taking. We also left some behind. Yeah, it’s a risk to use, but we all did and it was totally fine. ALSO they provided beach chairs, cooler, beach and pool toys, boogie boards, fins, goggles—so much! I have grandchildren I was going to rent/buy beach equipment and toys, and it was not necessary.
We had some housekeeping/plumbing issues but the owners quickly responded and fixed. As a result, we also got a mid week clean at no extra cost. That’s going above and beyond.
The location to the pool made us feel like it was in our backyard—super close. Easy to just take a dip before breakfast or after dinner. KR also has great amenities and a whole book closet/mini library next to the pool. Short walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Will absolutely come back here.

The condo is spacious and reasonably well equipped. We did find that the general standard of maintenance could be improved and when we arrived it was pretty “unclean”, but after an hour or two of elbow grease we had that taken care of.
Generally speaking, the unit was as pictured and was enjoyable to spend as a home base for our two week vacation.

I will start with the positives, this condo is large, has nice features, is close to Whalers Village, has good parking options, and pretty easy to get in and out of. There were four adults staying and there was plenty of space for us all. We used the kitchen, the patio, pool, grills, and the beach supplies in the unit. We appreciated the features and we much prefer staying at a place like this than a resort. We did find the unit lacking some cleanliness on the floors, walls/curtains, and some finishes could be improved, but overall we were happy with the unit and would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! Truthfully, I was worried about how close we were to the beach and what the walk would be like. It was no big deal! Is there a walk? Yes. But you’re in Hawaii so it’s a gorgeous one and this property is still very close to the beach so the walk is short. I appreciated that it wasn’t across the highway, too. We loved the pool and found it so easy to explore the island due to this property’s location.

Excellent property for our family vacation. Steps to the pool and just a short walk to Kaanapali beach. Unit was clean and spacious for our family. Check in process was a breeze. Before we arrived we recieved a very detailed email relating to our stay and fun things to do around the area. We will definitely be back!

Our family of three enjoyed this lovely condo. It’s exactly as described and matches the pictures. Stacie was a wonderful host. She was in communication prior to our arrival with very detailed information. She even shared her activity/food recommendations a few weeks before we arrived which was so helpful. Check in/check out was a breeze and we felt very relaxed during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great with the pool right down from the back lanai, and Kaanapali beach just a 15 minute walk down around the golf course. The condo is nicely appointed with all the equipment needed for a Maui vacation.

This house was wonderful to stay in. Nice, clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Stacie was great to communicate with. The condo is right in front of the pool which made it easy to take a quick dip when it was hot outside. Would stay here again.
