B107 is a ground floor 1 bedroom 2 bath, remote work friendly, condo with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, AC in the living room and bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout. There is a large 55" flat-screen Roku TV with HD cable channels in the living room, and a flat screen TV in the bedroom with HD cable channels. Sleeping: brand new queen sofa sleeper in living room and brand new queen size mattress in bedroom.
Did we mention remote work friendly? đť Our condo is outfitted so that you can be productive on the go. We have wi-fi throughout, desk with comfortable desk chair, printer, and more. You can even work right outside on your lanai to enjoy the Kihei weather while you work (talk about jealous co-workers on your next Zoom call!). Our condo is also close to local restaurants and coffee shops where you can also link up to the wi-fi and enjoy local cuisine and libations while you work.
Beautiful Waipu'ilani Beach (and amazing sunsets) are just steps from your lanai door! Shopping, restaurants and golf are minutes away. Swimming pool and other activities are just outside your lanai door.

Everything was great. We have always been fans of Maui Sunset and having a ground floor unit was so convenient. It was so easy to just walk out the back door and enjoy all of the amenities. The pool and hot tub were super clean and there was sports equipment for all of the games available for use. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed (beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, hair dryer, pots, pans, Tupperware, paper products, soaps, etc. Check in and check out were a breeze. We had absolutely no complaints about anything and would love to come back.

Leo and Kathy are the perfect hosts, they respond very quickly to any concerns and questions.
The condo is beautiful and well appointed, they thought of everything to make sure our stay was perfect, we were pleasantly surprised to have the beach chairs, parasol and towels. Huge bonus!! Washer and dryer was useful during our stay, thanks for the starter pack!
The complex is close to everything, Safeway, food trucks, restaurants and easy access to the rest of the island.
The location cannot be beat, just a few steps to the ocean, the sunsets are amazing, the view, the community is so friendly, itâs extremely safe. We felt at home.
BBQâs are available on the premises, they are clean and immaculate. We enjoyed late dinnerâs on the patio while taking breathless pictures of the sunset.
We recommend hands down this wonderful place, you will be glad you did.

This is our 2nd time at Leo & Kathy's condo. The ground floor location is great, and we really like being able to lock/unlock access from the lanai - very handy for quick trips to the bbq or pool. We had very quick response from the owners to replace a blender that had previously been broken(?) but Leo & Kathy weren't aware of. They were very accommodating. Wifi was excellent and appreciated access to TV streaming. Another great experience at their condo! Thank you.

This was a great spot for my family of four and the condo was exactly what we needed and described. Loved that they provide four super nice Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs with multiple pockets including a cooler pocket. These worked so great for us to explore beaches in different parts of Maui. The two different coolers and two beach umbrellas were great to be able to use as well. After our visit in Maui we rented a condo in Kauai that didn't have all of these extras and we really missed having them.
Also this is a perfect location in Kihei to see the green sea turtles. During our stay in early June we saw turtles come out of the ocean at around 7:20pm every night to rest on the beach. The spot the turtles rest at is just slightly south of the condo with around five turtles coming up just before the rocky point and another fifteen after the rocky point. So cool to see.

We had a small plumbing issue and the owners were in action to get things fixed, these people got to it quick and resolved the issue. The place is very well stocked and clean. Will will stay here again forsure and have referred this place to others and even let other potential renters see the inside. Beautiful property very well maintained, we couldnât recommend this place enough. Thanks again!

It was very nice to have so many extras in the kitchen, like spices, oil, pan spray and extra Tupperware for left overs. The owners have thought of pretty much everything⌠beach chairs, coolers, Beach towels, and remote controls for the fans and AC, and very clear instructions for everything. We enjoyed using the pool and putting green. The BBQS are very close to the unit. We very much enjoyed our stay.
