Nice condo centrally located in central Maui which served as a great temporary home for our vacation. I really couldn’t ask for anymore, and Fara was great to work with! The other residents are super nice and the area around the condo is quiet at nighttime.

We really enjoyed our stay. The king bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and in good working order. The lanai was great and used daily for breakfast and/or cocktail hour. There is a larger outdoor dining table in the shared space which looked nice but we did not need to use. The beach is 1 block away, especially nice for watching sunsets - not the best for swimming. Beach chairs/umbrella/cooler provided. We kept them in car for impromptu outings. Great restaurant Isana Sushi which serves til 10 pm also within 1 block. Host was responsive when we alerted her that the grills' proprane tanks depleted, Replaced the next day. Had basic condiments in fridge. Very basic pots/pans. My only suggestion would be to add a few more items to kitchen like a pitcher for making ice tea and at least 1 pyrex baking dish.

FARA was AWESOME!!
This verbo truly felt like home away from home right across the street from the ocean right in the middle of everything it was awesome there's an awesome book if you ever do stay make sure you along with the rest of us do your Journal writing to guide the next group of people on where to eat where to be and how to get there it truly is amazing I definitely plan on coming back and when we do I am definitely hoping this verbo will be open definitely a five-star event!!

We were on a 4 day whirlwind trip to Maui. It was rainy Day 1. We arrived and drove up to Lahaina prior to our whale watch tour. dinner at Maui Brewery. Day 2 Road to Hana. Day 3 sunrise at Haleakala and then up to West side. Day 4 Snorkeling tour then down to south to La Perouse Bay. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t cook anything but kitchen had everything needed for a quick meal. Great sunset on day 3- actually “ home” for it- lol.

Fara's place was just as described. She was prompt in replying to any questions. She had everything there we needed, including a few things in the kitchen like cooking oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar and coffee and other condiments in the fridge.
The bed was very comfortable. And the decor was so really nice.

While not directly on the beach, it is just an easy and quick walk of couple minutes away. Great for sunrises and sunsets. Can get to many attractions all over island in about 30 min.

The condo was in a great location going into Kihei. Never did get to use the pool, but the ocean is a quick walk to a nice beach with nightly sunsets. The location made it easy to get into and out of Kihei to go to all the local spots. There were a couple times that I needed Fara's assistance and she was always quick to respond and even come over to solve the problems. I have nothing but good things to say about the condo and would not double stay there again when visiting Maui.

The condo was lovely and provided everything we needed to feel like it was a "home away from home". We enjoyed walking on a beach every morning, having coffee on a beautiful lanai, making dinner on a grill. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The owner Fara was very attentive and helpful before and during our stay. We would definitely book it again in the future.

The bed mattress was firm which we loved, the space was quiet at night and it was a short walk to the beach for the sunset and at dawn when it was still cool out. Very friendly and helpful neighbor as well. Fara was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this property and I highly recommend. Prompt attentive host, everything we needed for a home away from home. Loved the updated fridge with an ice maker :)
We never had to share the pool with anyone and the gorgeous beach is only about a block away crossing Kihei road.
Close proximity to beautiful beaches, snorkling, and surfing. Great food choices and lots to do.
We loved our stay again and look forward to our return.

We really enjoyed staying at Fara’s place. The location is in north Kihei, which is a 15 mins minutes drive to both airport and Wailea area and 40 mins to Lahaina. The condo is clean and well organized, with a cute lanai. There are beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet, which we wish we had discovered earlier. It has everything we needed for our week long vacation, and we highly recommend it.

Fara was impeccable with her communication. She also left lots of nice touches - coffee to enjoy, clean extra linens, a great assortment of beach gear that was a total lifesaver. She even helped me out on check in when we arrived around midnight and were confused as to exactly where we were supposed to be. I would recommend and I would return too!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fara's vacation condo. Everything was easy to access and the corresponding parking was great. Everything you need was included in the kitchen and bedrooms. Check the bathroom drawers for a stash of sunscreen :) Water pressure was good and the A/C circulated with the fan on in the room.
I would recommend staying here for the location (Kihei is great) and price. The only thing unexpected was the pool got dirty easily but it seems silly to swim there when the ocean is so close. Thank you Fara for a great vacation and being available for recommendations. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great stay for our 15th wedding anniversary. The location, condo and comfy bed were just what we were looking for. Communication with Fara was timely and helpful. She had great recommendations on places to go and things to see. The view isn’t really ocean front, you see a tiny slice of ocean. It’s a quick walk to the beach if you want the view. We spent most of our time out and about and this was a great landing place to sleep and relax. The condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time in Maui. Thank you Fara!

Fara's place was perfect for our needs. It is a cute condo with a comfortable king bed and she stocks plenty of extra pillows and an extra blanket should you need it. Kitchen is stocked with all utensils you would need and it is nice that the floor plan is open so you can cook and talk to people in the living room. Fara has little touches that make her place well stocked, such as a first aid kit and a hair dryer. THe beach accessories were great and were so helpful to have. The condo is a 2 min walk to the beach and the pool is small but clean and never filled with people. We used it daily! We loved Fara's place and will definitely stay again.

The place was clean and very well kept. Stocked with things we might need such as soaps, shampoo, sunscreen, laundry detergent, etc... And super close to the ocean! I walked to the beach several times to take photos of the sunset. Really loved this place, can't rate high enough!!

We had a wonderful time in Maui at this rental. The condo was perfectly furnished and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Fara provided every last thing we needed for beach and hiking days and the place was great to come back to at the end of the day. We cooked a bit in the kitchen and found it well stocked with appliances for making dinner. The Kurig for coffee in the mornings was great as well. We really enjoyed the selection of board games and books when it got a bit windy on the beach in the afternoons. Fara went above and beyond to help make recommendations for the beach that fit our needs and helped us through every step. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Fara is such a great and considerable host. My bf and I enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, we were impressed by how nice and clean the home is. Each decoration shows Fara's thought, and you have no idea how convenient it is to us to have bodyboard and beach bench provided. You can also find a first aid kit in the bathroom, see how consideration Fara is! We also had much fun playing the board games at home when it was hot for us outside. The location is very close to the beach and it's easy to reach everywhere from here. Everyday during our stay, we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning with hot tea/coffee provided at home. It was a perfect experience for us. Come and stay at this lovely condo!

This is a very nice condo. Great location and truly very close to the ocean. Stayed for 8 nights with my husband and almost 2 yo toddler. Was the perfect size for us. The beach was honestly less than half a block away, right down the driveway to the complex, close enough to not need our stroller to get there with the little one. The pool is a decent size and most days we spent time in it was only us. Chairs and loungers were there.
The condo is clean and very well maintained. Beautiful decorations and very homey and comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with dishes, etc so we could cook there most nights. Also, cabinets were stocked with some basic spices, sugar and such.
We spent most mornings out on the lanai drinking our coffee before starting our day and while our daughter napped. Loved the plants and flowers around us and listening to the waves.
Fara was a joy to work with and answers questions quickly, no matter how silly they were. I will definitely stay here again when we go back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Thank you Fara! This condo is very conveniently located in North Kihei, right across from the beach. Close to stores and restaurants and near enough to the main highway to explore the island in any direction. Perfect size for a couple and has everything you need. Complimentary coffee a real bonus! The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board were put to good use.
