This unit did not disappoint! If you’re looking for incredible snorkeling and sea turtles right out your front door, this is the place. Evening sunsets from the lanai are priceless, and the community overall at Napili Point Resort was embodied the spirit of aloha. The condo has everything you need and was very clean. The AC in the bedroom was much appreciated. Communicating with the property owners was very easy through the VRBO app and they were extremely responsive. We will definitely return to this property!

Chose this unit due to the on-line photos and location in the complex since there were no units over top of ours, just a grassy area for BBQing.
The unit was exactly as described and well equipped!
We did venture out over the rocks and drop into the bay for snorkeling but it is challenging, especially for 70 year-old knees. There are no facilities for easy entry/exit, just have to slide off the rocks and then hope to find grips and handholds to pull yourself out. Did it 2x but wasn't too keen on a 3rd try. The water/bay was super for snorkeling and we saw numerous large sea turtles within the first 10 minutes. Good assortment of fish and coral as well.
Did venture over to the Gazebo for a breakfast and waited (and waited) in line for a mediocre breakfast and actually the view from our condo was better than the Gazebo. IMHO, I'd skip the Gazebo and get your breakfast at the Kitchen 5315 restaurant next door. Good food, nice views and very reasonable prices. Ate there most every day.
Sea House restaurant at Napili Kai was hit or miss, first time we ate there it was fantastic, went back a few days later and ordered the same thing and it was totally different than before and I had to send it back and get something else.
Did get a great meal at The Pour House Italian kitchen just a couple miles away.
Anyway, the VRBO unit was great and I'd highly recommend it.

This unit was comfortable for the 2 of us! It looks just like the photos. Had adequate supplies in the kitchen, bed was very comfortable. The patio sits next to the cliff to the ocean! The view is spectacular! Turtles right outside the door in the cove! Whales in the distance, though not so many in March as January and February. Snorkeling in the cove is wonderful, but not easy access to get in. But worth it when you can! Only negative is not a good area for walking, only on property. A bit challenging to walk to the beach at Napoli Bay, which is gorgeous! Would stay here again!

We have stayed in many condos and this was the nicest. Right on the edge of the water, looking down six feet to the waves breaking on the lava rocks. Because the property and windows are angled, the view of the water was expansive.
The condo was VERY well equipped. Plenty of towels and toiletries. But the best part was the extremely well equipped kitchen, it was just like you would have at home: plenty of dishes, silverware and utensils. Pot and pans were great with homelike quality. It even had a slow cooker!
There were TV’s in both bedroom and living room with lots of Chanel selection.
Both the living room and the bedroom had water views. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the view.

I stayed at Napili Point for my wedding 35 years ago, and have returned every decade. I try new places on the island, but Napili Point is still my favorite. I love the relaxing atmosphere, small resort feel, unobstructed ocean view, and proximity to a swimmable beach.

This was our second stay at Napili Point.
We loved the location of this condo much better as it has a shoreline view which was so nice to see waves crashing and so beautiful at night all lit up. Amazing snorkelling right out front was so convenient. The condo is really well equipped and nice to have a/c in the bedroom. Our only complaint is that of the bed. It really needs to be upgraded - mattress, pillows and bed frame.
Not a deal breaker for our next stay but would really appreciate considering this. A good night sleep is important!

We loved the location of this condo much better as it has a shoreline view which was so nice to see waves crashing and so beautiful at night all lit up. Amazing snorkelling right out front was so convenient. The condo is really well equipped and nice to have a/c in the bedroom. Our only complaint is that of the bed. It really needs to be upgraded - mattress, pillows and bed frame.
Not a deal breaker for our next stay but would really appreciate considering this. A good night sleep is important!

Very much enjoyed our 10 day stay! The location and proximity to the ocean are amazing!! The views from inside and outside are incredible!!! Condo space works well for 2 people - kitchen is fully functional and there are 2 gas grills steps just outside. Snorkeling is excellent with multiple sea turtles in the water seemingly at all times. The beach is a short walk from the condo - however a section of the trail that leads there is currently under construction so it is a little more challenging to go that way - you can always walk up to the street and go around that way to beach. The AC unit in the bedroom works hard and cools that room well. However, you will need to use both fans to blow cool air out of the bedroom and into the living room, kitchen, and bathroom, as those areas do not have their own AC unit (we would close all blinds for most of the day to minimize the greenhouse effect of the afternoon sun too in an attempt to keep the overall unit from heating up). All that said, we loved our stay at Napili Point and our 2nd trip to Maui!

The property os beautifully situated. The interior is good, not excellent with signs of wear but totally acceptable. The main issue is air conditioning. We were here in September and average daily temp was 86-90. The unit gets direct sun in the afternoon and in order to keep temperature comfortable the sun screen needs to be down and drapes pulled with multiple fans corculating the air. At night its fine but during the day limited the view to the morning and just before sunset.

We loved this place. My wife and I enjoyed our coffee each morning with the expansive views of Lanai and Molokai. We snorkeled with the turtles in the cove just steps away. We also enjoyed the great restaurants and bars in nearby Kapalua. This was a memorable stay.

We loved this condo and its special location on the Napili Point. Lulled to sleep by the gentle rhythm of waves over the lava. Endless hours on the lanai admiring the spectacular view from sunrise to sunset. Great swimming in the cove with turtles and walking distance from a nice sandy beach, also with great swimming. Clean, quiet and nicely furnished condo. Can't wait to come back. Cheryl, the property manager was responsive and helpful. We liked that the resort was older and low key without the hype of high rises. Mostly adults.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for 12 nights! Hearing the sound of the waves crashing throughout the day and night was so cool. The condo is very close to the ocean! The place was very clean and comfortable, and it was super easy to check in. The only thing I’d recommend would be to have some beach gear available and a coffee grinder. But overall, we loved our stay!
