This 2-bedroom, 2 bath condominium is immaculate and beautifully appointed. Spacious and airy, this second-floor villa has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a breakfast bar with an adjacent dining area for 6. The primary bedroom features a Cal king size bed with a renovated en-suite bathroom featuring a deep soaker bathtub, walk-in shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated to twin beds upon request/fee, and has access to the renovated second full bathroom conveniently right next to it. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area. This villa includes TVs in each room, free Wi-Fi, cable and internet access. The whisper quiet A/C unit will keep you in conversation on the lanai while the inside stays cool.

Several nine-hole combinations can be played as an 18-hole round, or even play all 27-holes in a single day. 4 of us stayed here in early December 2023 and it was amazing. If you are avid golfers and beach goers like us then this is the condo for you. Perfectly located on the golf course and within walking distance to the Waikoloa beach. Lanai has a perfect view of the evening sunsets. We played multiple rounds of member discounted golf and most evenings we walked to the Lava Lava restaurant for mai tai's. Condo is very clean and well furnished. Only drawback is the limited beach supplies that the owner is very upfront about in the booking process. Mahalo

We chose this unit for the golf discount, and it did not disappoint. The property was clean, quiet and well stocked. We enjoyed playing golf at Waikoloa. The property management company, Kona Coast Vacations, did an excellent job with communication.

The property is layed back and has what one needs for a stay in Hawaii. Even rice cooker is included.
The discounted golf is huge for play everyday fanatics.

Selected this place for the discount golf and it did not disappoint. Husband golfed 3 of 4 days we were here. Great location very private as it is at the end and had a view of the golf course. Walking distance to everything at Kings and Queens shops. Pool and bbq are were very nice. Only thing i would add is maybe a beach umbrella or folding sun shade for visitors to use.

The communication regarding parking, door codes, directions to the condo were spot on.
I felt at home the moment I walked in the door.The condo was clean(to my standards- I work in healthcare and like an excellent spotless clean), everything was perfectly appointed and in place just as it was pictured on the listing. If I had any questions responses were very prompt. Check out was a breeze, although I would have rather stayed at this condo in this peaceful place than return home. This condo made my vacation feel like a vacation. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo🌺
