Second Guest Suite - Upstairs Loft

Overall great location and clean. We had a nice stay, I love the location for the proximity to walk outside and see the ocean and North coast and waves rolling into Hanalei Bay. Ability to accommodate a family of 6 and mostly accurate description. I am not going to complain too much, but only point out a few things that were not ideal compared to similar rentals we've done over the years.
Here are the negatives:
- Clean, but an underlying bug problem. Killed some roaches throughout the stay, large and small
- No gas grills throughout premises as stated (a couple of charcoal grills way down a path by the beach)
- Hot tub not fully filled or working properly
- Need some hot pads for kitchen
- No boogie boards as we were told by management
- No assigned parking spots, so difficult to park in spot nearest the unit at night

We had a wonderful stay in this updated and clean unit. The location is unbeatable and the condo is in excellent shape. The only complaint I have is a somewhat confusing website to check in and locate the unit, but the property management staff was very responsive and friendly when we needed some help checking-in. We are already dreaming about our next trip to Kauai and hopefully we'll be able to snag this place again!

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to experience the amazing hospitality your unit. It was just like home away from home. We really appreciate the organized thoughtfulness of the beach toys, chairs, umbrella and water socks. Even the kitchen had some condiments that we used and didn’t have to purchase. There we extra laundry soap, toothpaste sunscreen etc. All the little nic naks you don’t always think about bringing when you travel. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The unit was clean, great location. Quiet and relaxing area. Pretty well stocked with the essentials. The pictures correctly portray the unit and amenities. The mountain view was AWESOME! Short walk to see the ocean and to hideaway Beach. Would love to stay again!!
