Unit C-15 at Napili Point is under new ownership and new to VRBO starting September 2022. Currently we just entered into a lease with FEMA to house a Lahaina Fire family from February 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025. Therefore this unit is unavailable to rent during this time. If you are wanting to book C-15 starting February 2025, we are accepting bookings for your dates now. In the mean time, we also own Unit C-22 at Napili Point and it is available throughout 2024. The 2024 calendar below reflects 2024 availability for Unit C-22 with the discounted rates. This unit is identical to Unit C-15 in location and size. Pricing is also identical for both of these 2 bedroom oceanfront units. You can also book C-22 directly on VRBO (#453120) and look at pictures and reviews of C-22 on that site, or you can inquire here about unit C-22 for any 2024 dates.
Unit C-15 is a top floor , 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront unit that allows you to choose between swimming with turtles outside your door, watching dolphins and whales (Dec.-April) from the private lanai, oceanfront BBQ's, or sipping your favorite Hawaiian beverage while watching the breathtaking Maui Sunset. Napili Beach is less than 150 yards away for paddleboarding, boogie boarding, surfing or sunbathing.
Unit C-15 is has had a full air conditioning system installed in September to go along with a recently remodeled kitchen offering marble countertops, new appliances and flooring, upgraded cabinets and new living room furniture and bar stools. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath. The upstairs loft bedroom has two twin beds and a private full bath. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, queen sofabed and table and chairs. The full kitchen included stove, refrigerator/freezer/ microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full supply of dishes and cooking utensils. Ceiling fans circulate air in the living room and both bedrooms. The unit also has a private stacked washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
Free maid service is provided on every third and seventh day of your stay along with free internet and Wi-Fi and free parking. There are also no extra cleaning or resort fees for this unit. Our unit is managed by the resort on-site rental office who can immediately respond to make repairs or resolve and maintenance issues. When comparing units at Napili Point, be sure to check if the units have air conditioning, on-site management and maintenance or extra charges for maid service, cleaning deposits or resort fees. If our C-15 calendar is full for the dates you are requesting, or have a large party that requires 2 units here, we also have Napili Point unit C-22. The private lanai has a dining table, 4 chairs and a lounge chair where you enjoy unobstructed ocean views of the blue pacific ocean and the islands or Lanai and Molokai. There are two complex swimming pools and oceanfront BBQ's to prepare your favorite island cuisine.
Napili Point Resort is located in Napili, walking distance from Kapalua. The white sand of Napili Beach is a short walk away. Kapalua Bay and Resort with 2 championship golf courses and tennis is minutes down the road. The Gazebo restaurant is right next door and adjacent to a full surf and snorkel shop for all your beach rental needs. About 5 minutes south is Kaanapali Beach and famous Black Rock, and another 10 minutes brings you to downtown Lahaina, the shopping capital of Maui.

We stayed for 8 nights for Thanksgiving. It was perfect. The view is incredible, right on the ocean. We watched turtles in the water and saw a number of surfers. The only complaint we had was it’s a hard place to leave. We would stay forever if we could. Thank you Russell and Matthew. We will be back.

We had an excellent vacation at the condo. Beautiful view, very nice accommodations, AC worked well. Beach was perfect for grandchildren, ages 3 to 12. Very good snorkeling - we saw many turtles and lots of fish. It’s a bit of a rocky walk to beach but not really too hard except a bit for my 70 yr old husband. The 1st time he wore sandals, after that he wore his athletic shoes and that was much easier. The condo also had boogie boards. 😀

The condo is great with ocean views and well equipped with umbrellas, chairs and beach equipment. It is a quiet complex without all the noise of the big resorts. It comfortably sleeps four and if someone wants to sleep on a pull out coach it could fit six. It also has air conditioning although we did not need it.
The only thing we would change is the bed was a bit soft for us, but we like hard beds so I would not let that stop you from renting this place.

We already LOVE Napili Bay and hadn’t been back for 17 years!!! We’re 17 years older and Napili Bay AND Napili Point we’re as wonderful as ever!
Our C-15 unit was just right with the loft, complete with two beds and a bathroom upstairs. The downstairs primary bedroom with and en-suite and two closets, was perfect.
Having a washer/dryer in our condo was a great plus.
We spent a lot of time on the beautiful balcony that included a table and chairs for 4 and a chaise lounge! The turtles made several appearances as did the humpbacks.
We look very much forward to staying in C-15 again!

Napili Point C15 is a clean well laid out condo with good amenities. (Bluetooth Soundbar, 2 Tvs, barstools for eat in counter and deck furniture). This unit is very close to the pool and barbecue and has easy access to Honokeanu bay for good snorkeling. There is laundry in condo (a must with kids) and the owner is very receptive and attentive to any questions or concerns that may arise. Overall a very great condo and will recommend to friends and stay again in the future.
