This was our first visit to the Wailea area and we completely enjoyed our stay. This condo is as described- thoughtfully decorated, very comfortable, with everything you need to cook, dine on the lanai, and relax. Jon was a delight to communicate with- responsive and helpful. We loved exploring, swimming in the ocean, and just bringing respect and appreciation to the island after the tragic fires (we intentionally avoided all damaged areas.) Road noise was a bit of a problem at times, but we dealt with it and truly had a great time. Thank you!

The condo was clean except for some mold issues in the on-suite bathroom shower. My other issue with the restrooms was that the toilets were very low seating, which is cumbersome if you have physical limitations.
The unit was well supplied with cleaning products, and condiments. A box of candy was left for us along with chilled sparkling water, which was a sweet touch!
The manager was very helpful and patient in getting us in the unit! We old folks appreciated that!

We loved the Wailea Ekahi property, great location on a beautiful beach. The newly constructed pavilion was such a great place to spend the day relaxing ocean front. I actually prefer this location over the busy resorts, very quiet and relaxing with natural beauty of the area instead of the artificial (and overpriced) luxury resorts nearby. This particular unit was very clean and nicely remodeled, the view from the lanai was a great place to start and end each day. It is about a 5 minute walk to the ocean, which is through beautiful grounds but did give my wife’s bum knee a bit of a problem. If you don’t have mobility issues this is an incredible place to stay

We had a great stay and would certainly stay again. The unit is freshly updated and spotless. The community pool is very nice and includes an outdoor kitchen and pavilion which was a great convenience. The only downside is the unit is at the top of the hill from the beach and pool. It is about a 5-10 minute walk down however you are able to drive down and park at the pool.

Jon’s place is truly a special find. We’ve stayed in many places in the Kihei and Wailea area, and this was by far our favorite experience. The design of the place is sleek and modern, but with lovely touches of Hawaiian charm. Everything was clean as could be and you’ll find anything you want in the kitchen for cooking. The views and surrounding gardens are beautiful, and it’s less than a 10 min walk down to the beach (be prepared for an uphill jaunt on the way home). Jon went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. We felt right at home, and didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend, and can’t wait for our next stay in December!

I have stayed in this village many times and love it there. It has a great pool area with private beach access. It's a perfect location and every unit I've been in has great views of the gardens, sunset, and the ocean. This 1-bedroom has a very comfortable lanai and looks just like the photos posted.

The unit is fantastic - well appointed and nicely styled with excellent private outdoor space. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed with an array of cookware/dining ware and Jon provided cooking/cleaning essentials for our use.
The property has excellent amenities with small pools in close proximity to the unit and the larger pool pavilion and beach within 5 minutes walk.
There are many fantastic dining options within a short walk or drive.
The property is large with many entrances so be sure to follow Jon’s detailed directions for checkin.
Jon’s communication was excellent and he even personally delivered a package that we had delivered to his private mailbox.

46A was perfect for our stay. The unit was stocked with just about everything you would need for a week. The location is near the back of the resort, close walk to the top pool. Grounds are beautiful and quiet. We spent most of our time beach hopping and shopping, very easy access from Wailea alanui Dr. Staying here was much more comfortable than being at one of the hotels. We will definitely come back for another stay and I would recommend this unit to anyone!

The condo complex is gorgeous and the rental property is beautiful. All the amenities are included. The condo was clean and spacious and had beautiful lanais to sit outside and gaze. A little difficult to find in the dark if arriving at night. This rental property is a bit of a long walk to the beach, uphill and downhill if you have difficulty walking distances. The beach is spectacular and after the first day we figured we could drive down to the beach with chairs and cooler and park in public lot adjacent to the rental property. Get there early for a spot. Make sure you visit the shopping plaza three minutes down the road. Lots of nice stores.
Overall this a beautiful rental! Don’t pass it up!

My husband and I came here for a week and the accommodation exceeded all expectations (even considering how great it sounded from the listing). It was spotless, beautifully designed with lovely decorative touches, very comfortable and with an extremely well equipped kitchen for those who love to cook. There is a lovely patio with a beautiful view of the sunsets with the ocean visible in the distance. The unit is towards the back of the village which was actually perfect as it’s more secluded, private and quite; you rarely see other people. The path down to the beach is a quick 10 minute walk, and I personally loved the daily stroll through the lush gardens of the village, I wouldn’t have wanted to be right near beach! The beach itself has beautifully soft sand, the water is crystal clear, and it’s never too busy. Jon was so kind and easy to communicate with, he also was very generous with accommodating an early check in. We can’t wait to come back on day!

The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen very well appointed. The AC and the icemaker work beautifully. I have only two things I wish were different: 1. This condo is nowhere near the beach and you cannot see the ocean at all; and 2. The only beach near the resort is small and rocky and crowded. The resort office said we could not park near the beach within the resort and the public parking lot was tiny and full. So we drove to the bigger beaches in nearby Kihei. This is a condo for pool lovers and those who like lush, junglelike properties. We prefer actual beachfront or even just a glimpse of ocean view. We enjoyed our stay but will choose beachfront access for our next vacation.

Amazing place. Excellent communications about check in procedures, parking, etc. Beautiful accommodations in top condition and great supplies in the kitchen for cooking, etc. There are also gas grills within very short walking distance. The lanai was an amazing place to eat outdoors and relax in the evenings and it’s exceptionally close to a quiet pool with views of the ocean. We also loved that they had beach chairs, towels, etc., The largest of the pools, down by the beach, has a fantastic club house with a fridge, sink, ice machine, etc. Also, the beach access is wonderful. We really loved this place, and we’ll definitely be recommending it to our friends and family. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and had a seamless stay. Jon was very responsive and helpful. There was a welcome gift box of chocolate which we devoured on the first day! We had stayed at Wailea Ekahi before and loved it, so we knew what we were looking for.
This is definitely one of the best units we’ve seen at Ekahi as it’s renovated (I’m not sure if the showers/tubs were done though) with a fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook. There’s a beautiful lanai that connects to the grass valley down towards the beach, and we love the secret lanai in he bedroom - it was so nice to look out the window each morning. The bed was firm which was good for my lower back issues.
The only downside for me is that I have bad dust allergies so carpet (in bedroom and bathroom) triggers my hay fever. Overall, the place was super clean except for some dust on the bedside lamps.
The checkout process was seamless, but you need to be prompt as the cleaning lady is there by 9:30am and makes some noise outside that propels you to leave on time!

The complex is so nice with the pavilion by the pool. Easy beach access and right there with good snorkeling on the beach. Beautiful walks up and down the beach and easy to get to all the close by resorts in Wailea. Cannot wait to come back.
Only and I mean only drawback is the location of the condo to the beach/main pool pavilion. It’s a lovely walk down, but a “buzz kill hill” getting back up to the condo. 😜. But makes for great exercise.
You won’t be disappointed with this selection. Very modern and price point is perfect for what you get.

Our stay at this condo was Absolutely Fabulous! We truly enjoyed our very well appointed and tastefully decorated vacation rental as we had absolutely everything we could need. We have stayed in many vacation rentals around the world and this was definitely a favourite! When we walked in, the place was spotless - something we really appreciate. As well, the attention to detail was superb! Tranquil colours, furniture and decor a cross of tropics and Asia. We enjoyed ourselves immensely - the village property a lush garden full of exotic birds, and the beaches are fabulous! We were impressed with the kitchen in particular - we enjoy cooking and had everything we needed for our stay. BBQ just a short walk around the corner. The pools were excellent, all amenities well cared for. All the little extras in this particular condo were greatly appreciated- from soaps to beach chairs, first aid kit to spices! We thank Jon for his excellent communication, attentiveness and warm welcome. We are thankful for this lovely spot and will definitely return!

We have never had a more perfect stay. This unit is impeccably clean and well equipped. All appliances and furnishings are new and in perfect working order. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could wish for, including a full set of spices.
The decor throughout is tastefully done, with nice touches in every room. Even the lighting in all rooms is new, with new dimmer switches throughout and ceiling fans in every room. The wifi internet is fast, 500 Mbps, making it easy to work, stream movies or facetime.
The unit is near the upper end of the complex, so the walk to the beach is about 5 minutes, and the location means that no one is walking by in front, improving the sense of serene privacy when sitting outside in the comfortable recliners. The provided backpack beach chairs and umbrellas are in great shape and much appreciated. The closest BBQs are out the entry door and to the right. Both were very clean and worked well.
Overall the owners of this unit have set a standard for cleanliness, decor and convenience that will be hard for anyone else to match. Seriously, the best place we’ve ever stayed in. More than 5 stars.

This is a great property in a great location. The condo was clean and came well stocked. We used the sofa bed as a second bed and it was just okay for comfortability, but about what you should expect from a sofa bed. We would stay here again! The unit is a fair distance from the main pool, pavilion and beach but nice and close to a BBQ station and other pool. Great spot

Overall the condo was very nice. Owners have done a great job updating the kitchen and the decor. However we ran into a number of issues while at the property. Two days prior to arrival Jon informed us there was a problem with the internet access - I.e. there was no internet access. We arrived Wed night and it was not fixed until mid day on Friday. We left Saturday AM. Since their internet service was through spectrum it also meant no television.
The tenants next door had two small children who were constantly fighting and crying. The walls are VERY thin. We could hear every argument and temper tantrum as if they were inside our unit. The unit is adjacent to a busy road so there was also a lot of traffic noise you could hear within the unit and was especially loud when sitting on the lanai.
The final issue we had was for some reason there was no soap available in the bathrooms or showers.. if you have nit been to Hawaii in the last few years, they have implemented “reef friendly” suntan lotion. The stuff goes on in a thick milky coat and is extremely difficult to wash off - especially without any available soap. We ended up having to run over to the ABC Store to buy our own soap.
For those reasons we are giving it 4 out of 5 stars. Don’t think we’d return to this unit during future trips to Wailea.

Booking and communication with Jon, our host, was perfect. Everything inside and out was in new condition, completely equipped, and provided a great Hawaiian vibe. Location of the condo - being ground level, with wonderful landscaping and open lanai, and close to a pool and BBQ was excellent. However the unit is located at the upper end of the complex some walking distance, steadily uphill from the beach - especially noticed when packing beach chairs, snorkel gear etc. Overall I can say our experience was truly fantastic and we highly recommend this property.

This place is GEM. From the beautifully landscaped property, to such easy access to the beach and Wailea shops, this truly was a great and relaxing experience. This great little condo has been renovated from head to toe. Not only was everything brand new inside, but the way this place was designed made you feel as if it was a suite at a resort. For instance, the sofa bed in the living room had to be the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on. The Soft Bamboo covered mattress was tempur-pedic so if you decide to have 2 others join you, they will truly sleep comfortably on this bed. We fell asleep on this bed because we wanted to feel the ocean breeze and wake up to the sunrise. All the little details such as the complimentary chocolate macadamia nuts upon arrival to the 4 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a cooler were super convenient. The good news is you don't really have to use the cooler as the Main pool had a beautiful and secure common area that had a full sized kitchen with industrial refrigerators where you can bring your cold items and just store them there. If we were at the beach we would just walk a few steps from the beach and retrieve cold beverages etc. from there. If we wanted a break from the sun there is renovated and great covered outdoor private area with plenty of chairs and BBQ, shower etc. only for the use of the people staying at this property. Back to the room: Everything is there for you so you can enjoy all your time in this unit. The cost to eat out in MAUI is CRAZY so we decided to hit the Safeway store 10 minutes away and stocked up the place to save extra money. We cooked and hung out at this property almost exclusively and did not have a single regret. You can walk to Wailea shops no problem and visit all the high end resorts nearby if you want a nice romantic dinner at the Four Seasons , Andaz or Grand Wailea. As a reminder this is Wailea and if you are looking for a slowed paced relaxing vacation this is your spot. If you want little more action you drive 10 minutes to Kihei and find a happening place to have a few drinks and hang with the locals. All in all I would rate this place a 10 out of 10 and the owner Jon is easily available if you into any issues. (Wifi went out on me but it turned out to be weather related and was back up in no time).

This place was perfect! I stayed for a week while I had a conference at the nearby Wailea Beach Resort — definitely stay here! It’s beautifully decorated, clean, large and open, beautiful views of the ocean. Really liked having the full kitchen and cookware. If you don’t rent a car, there’s plenty to do in the resort areas, I snorkeled almost every morning at Ulua beach and Makena beach. Jon provides everything you could need for a day on the beach. I had a car, and really enjoyed exploring the Road to Hana, the cliffs along the northwestern coast, Slaughterhouse beach (no idea why it’s called that), Waihee ridge, and of course Haleakala. It was so nice having a “home base” to come back to, shower and relax after a long day.
Also Jon is very responsive and has a little welcome binder that explains all the property rules (being part of the Wailea Ekahi Village), and where to find everything in the house. Very helpful.
I would definitely stay here again.

This home was everything we could have dreamt of and more for our honeymoon! The peace we felt on the garden patio was unmatched. Every detail in the condo was beautiful, luxurious, and the host included every single comfort of home! Jon was a very welcoming and accommodating host. We hope to stay here again soon!
