Owners gave great instructions to the property. Everything was easy to follow. The place was neat and really clean which made it a great stay overall. I was grateful for the parking spot which is a plus đź‘Ť I highly recommend this room if youre staying on Oahu for a few days. It has pretty much everything you need as well as far as amenities and its also in the heart of Waikiki.

In a great location, very clean, and the free parking was very helpful and necessary! Water pressure in the shower could be a little better, but other than that it was great. Definitely recommend!

Located near to Waikiki center, beach, restaurants and almost everything important facility in walking distance. The parking spot is a great advantage. Condo was super clean, check in and out was super easy. Overall this is a great place to stay when in Honolulu.

This studio condo was very nice. Location was great. Loved the parking that came with it (make sure to rent a smaller car as garage ceilings are low). Close to shopping and dining and beaches. Very clean (except bathroom vent, please dust!) AC unit is by bed and can be LOUD as it needs to run pretty much continuously to keep space cool. There is no view from lanai and the street below is loud, so we did not sit outside or keep the door open. I was a tad disappointwd in the management company. We specifially reached out to see if there were beach chairs in the room. They told us no, so we arranged to rent chairs from a vendor before our arrival. Turns out there were 2 beach chairs in the room, so it was a waste of money for us having to rent. The kitchen seemed fully equipped but we did nnot cook. There was a coffee maker we used regularly. Wifi was reliable. Overall, highly recommend. We will stay again.

Our stay was enjoyable and the location cannot be beat. The space was cozy and very clean. The space is less "luxury" than a formal hotel, but still maintains a certain charm. The space shows some signs of aging but is a good(affordable!) option that comes with parking. The parking lot is very narrow but space is limited in HI so that is understandable. When parking, it may appear like you're going "in" the "exit" but the is how you scan your key fob to gain entry. Overall recommend for a single person or for a couple that is really just needing a place to stay outside of a special occasion.

Got in on a Saturday afternoon through Tuesday. Calm and pretty quiet building, some exterior noise from Waikiki that is to be expected. Good temperature controls, full kitchen, solid bathroom amenities. Would certainly stay in again

We are frequent Hawaii travelers and always love Waikiki. We were tired of the winter blues and made a quick decision to visit Oahu. We have booked with Alii before and it is always a great experience. Booking was simple, early check-in request was accommodated and even a date change as we decided to extend our stay by one night. Although this location is not beach front, it is a very convenient location. We did make use of the free parking spot which is like gold in Waikiki. The condo was well stocked, very pretty, nicely maintained and right around the hall from the laundry facility, Mahalo Alii Staff, we had a very nice time.

Our stay was very nice… only two things for concern… the fire alarm went off on two separate evenings… and someone parked in our designated parking spot… so we spent time trying to figure that out… building staff found a place for us to park…. Then later that evening placed a illegally parked sticker on our car…
Overall… I would stay again .. easy walk to many fun things..

We have stayed at this location in previous years. This was our first in this particular unit. We love the location, very centrally located, a short walk to everything one could need. Two restaurants right in the building!Starbucks and Jamba Juice just across the street and shopping nearby as well. A couple of blocks to the beach.My only recommendation for this unit is to update some furnishings. The couch is in serious need of replacement, springs poke up and make it uncomfortable to sit. The dresser could use it too, as the drawers do not close or stay closed properly. Other than that, the unit was fine.

We’ve stayed at the Marine Surf before and appreciate its central location. With no resort fee and free parking, the condo was a relative bargain for Waikiki. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bath were up to date. The unit is a little noisy, but we expected street noise and just left the a/c on. A couple areas for improvement: the stovetop had foil over all the burners and notes on two of them not to use “this stove.” Probably meant two of the burners but this wasn’t clear. The sofa is worn, with spots and you could feel the springs when seated. The coffee table is very beat up. We discovered a great breakfast restaurant just a couple of blocks away on the same street as the condo - the Forty-Niner. Excellent food at super reasonable prices. For dinner, our favorite place is Tiki’s, about a half-mile walk away at the Aston Waikiki Beach hotel. Enjoyed a lovely sunset there.

Because I filled all five days with touring activities all over Oahu, this apartment suited me just fine. Saved on restaurants, too: I could prepare meals, or get some takeout, to eat at "home." And, I can enjoy a cocktail and a glass of wine (or two) very economically. If you want a resort vacation, or hotel service and convenience, this is not your place.

It was exactly what we were looking for just a quick getaway with my husband and I. Center of Waikiki, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. We wanted a place just to sleep not really hang out at or use amenities so this was perfect for the price. The unit itself isn’t fancy or resort living by any means but you know that going in. Bathroom and some furniture could use some updating but we were fine with it. We slept with the AC(small wall unit) and fans on because it is in the city which produces outside noise, not bad though. And it comes with a free parking spot, which is huge in Waikiki area. Such a good deal for the location.
