This is an ideal condo to stay at in Wailea with all the amenities a couple would need for cooking in and relaxing on the lanai and with an easy walking distance to the hotels and restaurants in Wailea. This was our second stay at the property and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was very clean and felt like we were at home. It is as unfortunate the pool was closed BUT we were given a months warning about this so we totally understand. We would go back!

After staying in a hotel suite for the previous 6 nights this place was just what the doctor ordered! Spacious layout and super comfortable. AC in master was nice. Ceiling fans did a good job keeping air circulating. Pool access and parking very convenient. Enjoyed our stay. Would have no reservations to stay again! Thanks so much.

The Palms #307 is a superior unit, in every way, the only negative we can give it is that the floors need a good washing. due to the neutral color of the tile it looked clean but we made the mistake of wearing white sport socks when we arrived. Other than that the unit was awesome and felt like home for the almost 3 weeks we were there.

We booked this condo last minute and we were very happy with our stay. It was very clean and comfortable, and layout was great. We were missing hot pads to remove something from the oven, but otherwise we had all we needed. Location is quiet but super convenient to beaches and shops and the pool on site. Patio was very comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend!

I wish if they have cleaned the closets as it was filled with stuff and very dusty. We had to leave all of our luggage in the living room as there was no place to store. Hope they make these changes for a better stay in future.

The property is gorgeous. The unit is nicely appointed, clean, beautiful. Having the extras like the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella were great. Easy walk to the Shops or the public beach down the hill. The unit's lanai is perfect for breakfast and afternoon chilling. Would stay at the unit again! Property management company was easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This condo was as viewed in the photos and more. We anticipate using the lani to host a dinner with our other family members staying at a nearby resort. It was the perfect setting. While Hawaii's climate is generally pleasant year round, the split AC unit in the bedroom was a very nice addition. Some places expect you to deal with not having AC which is really not pleasant. We lived in Hawaii for 6 years and AC is a must. The kitchen was great and was moderately stocked with spices, some coffee, and cooking oil, etc... Bottom Line, if we downsized and moved back to Hawaii I could comfortably live in this unit. We would certainly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay on Maui.

We stayed here for one of two weeks for our first time in Maui. This unit was large for a one bedroom and comfortably furnished inside and out. We chose it for its ground-level setting and spacious wrap-around lanai, and were not disappointed. It was lovely being able to walk out from both the bedroom and living room to lush vegetation of the well-kept grounds and to see the ocean from the lounge chairs just outside the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit included beach chairs, boogie board, insulated cooler bag, and plenty of towels and linens. A highlight of the complex is the large, stylish pool surrounded by gardens and with views of the ocean. The deck and chairs were immaculate and we loved coming here to cool off after being at the beach or outings around the island. Maui is an incredible place and we felt very fortunate to enjoy this condo after a long trip to get here.

Convenient to walk to the beach (10 min). A few miles from various stores and restaurants.

We stayed in this lovely condo for our anniversary trip to Maui and it was a great trip! The condo was clean, spacious, very comfortable, and just what we needed as a base for all our activities! The outdoor area is very nice. We had a problem with the barbecue and someone came to fix it right away. The pool is far enough away so that you don't hear any noise but close enough to walk to in just a few minutes. The whole complex is very quiet which is why we chose Wailea over Kihei or the northern towns. There are lots of great restaurants to chose from very close by and the beach is just a short walk or drive away. The condo had coolers, beach chairs, a boogie board and lots of beach towels for beach fun! We highly recommend this condo and for a fabulous Maui vacation!! Enjoy!

We loved this place, made dinner every night and ate on the gorgeous lanai!Very little in the way of nearby places to walk to and wish there had been more beach equipment available. All the chairs were broken, no goggles, frisbees or anything of the sort.Also, couldn’t check in until 4pm which was very inconvenient.Otherwise, beautiful location and condo! Turn the lanai lights on at night and the geckos come out!!!!
