Listing is deceiving this is not the Illikai but Illikai Marina which has no pool . The view is a 10 everything else needs work from tired looking apt to noisy bathroom fan . Response from Ali Baba to texts is non existent .

The condo was clean and the couch was comfortable to sleep on as was the bed. Good linen and towels. The view was awesome! Got great shots of the sunrise and sunset. Good location and safe area. Enjoyed looking out at the marina. Would book this condo again.

Everything was as pictured. It was a perfect location for the Friday night fireworks. I would definitely stay here again. The reason I am giving a four on general condition is the bathroom fan was very loud. Other than that, everything was great!!

Have stayed in Ilikai Marina Condos multiple times. This one was okay. It is in a great location and was a comfortable stay. Bathroom fan is quite noisy and it could use a couple of hooks for hanging clothes while using shower. Some updates have been done, however bath is a bit outdated and a very old dresser in bedroom makes it seem like updates have not been completed. Confusing electrical as some outlets tie to wall switches. View from 15th floor is amazing and we watched the Friday night fireworks from next door from balcony. Close to boardwalk to Waikiki and Ala Moana Park and shopping center. Parking was easy to set up in garage for entire stay and cheaper than other places. All in all, a good stay.

super fun place nice clean and all things you need.in the kitchen bathroom clean. to me and my wife and son. lots of room area and very nice to see outside the boats beach. nice blue sky. me wife son had a super great time at this hotel thank you so much for letting.us stay beautiful hotel. thank you and god bless. i love to come to this place again.

We've stayed at a couple different rentals around Honolulu, but this one if by far the best! My boyfriend loves that he can check the surf from the balcony and I love that I can walk to the beach, snorkel, grab food, groceries, etc all within walking distance.

A very nice apartment and well appointed. Some aspects a bit "tired" but overall very nice. The view is fantastic, especially Hawaiian sunsets. Location at western end of Waikiki Beach is excellent. Parking and restaurants in the building very good.

We enjoyed our stay at Ilikai Marina City! The condo is in a great location to restaurants, shops and most importantly, the beach! The only criticism is that the bed was hard (although that may be someone elses preference).

A great space with a great view. Amenities were great and the location was walking distance to shopping, swimming and the views are gorgeous. The ONLY drawback was that attempting early Check in or later check out was difficult to communicate and get a response about. Do it in advance and you should be good to go (somehow my initial request was overlooked).

The tiny lanai is the single drawback of this place. I chose it for the view, I don't want to be in HI and not see the water, so location was very important (and did not disappoint!) The lanai, however, is tiny. Big enough to stand on, but no lounging. Everything else made up for it. The place was super clean, and a very comfortable bed.

No problem with elevator, very quiet place and nice parking garage with super nice attendant.Building/parking garage entrance is not facing the addressed street. Checking instruction should include entrance location. The cleaning people should not enter the room before 11am (check-out time)

Ocean view, and elevator had no problem. Garage parking is $28/day, the street parking is $1/hour and 24-7. The lady working there was super nice.
The check-in instruction should include the location of the entrance since the entrance is not facing the addressed street. If the check-out time is 11am, the cleaning people shall not enter the room before 11am.

Excellent property. Great view and exactly where you want to be in Honolulu. Beautifully clean and well appointed. Everything you could possibly want to have a great holiday. The parking is very convenient if you need it.

The room was very clean and we had no issues at all. Parking was very easy at the garage they have there. Overall I give it 5 stars and definitely will stay there again.

The VRBO photos show that the property is fully remodel, The kitchen counter have been updated, the kitchen cabinets have a new face ( cheap job), nice floors through out the condo, the bedroom have a new bed, new night stands, but a small old TV on a OLD dresser There is a small dressing room between the bathroom and the bedroom which needs to be remodel. The bathroom is old and needs to be updated. The bathroom fan is broken, the bathroom door once closed is hard to open from the inside, you need two hands to pull hard on the door to open it. The bathroom door needs to be changed and the frame needs to be shave back Even though the complex is sprayed once a month, the interior of this condo needs to be sprayed. when you open the lights at night, you can see cockroaches running for cover, these are not the typical large tropical cockroaches you see running around, these are the small brown cockroaches associated with cleanliness. I had to go out and but cockroach spray and traps. Upon checking in, there was no luggage rack to place your luggage on to unpack. There was a closet with NO hangers, I had to go out and buy hangers for the closet.
This place is good for a college student that is on a budget.
