Condo as described - clean and perfect for a couple. Location good for visiting family that live in Hawaii Kai. It is a short walk to the beach. Only con were the elevators - 2 were not working at times and wait time was long.

The place was great, offered everything we needed during our stay, and communication was perfect. The location is a few minute walk to many amazing restaurants, stores, and a straight walk to the family friendly beach area. We are looking forward to more stays in the future!

Stay was fun. Rental had no tissues, come on no tissue, really. The kitchen had no can opener pretty difficult to open a can without one really no opener. Small items I know and I sound like a high maintenance person for sure. But no tissues can’t believe it.

Overall hotel is a little outdated, but our room #3211 was exactly what is depicted in the pictures. It was clean upon our arrival, the check-in & check-out was very simple using the details provided a few days prior to arrival. I would suggest a new iron be provided ASAP, as the one in the room was old and ruined one of my husbands fairly new (worn twice prior) dress shorts. Also the TV remote needed new batteries. The washer/dryer is prepaid via an app that will only allow for minimum of $5, which is a little inconvenient since it's $1.75 per cycle w/no refunds. Overall I would suggest for anyone to stay here!

This condo had an excellent view of the mountains and the beautiful morning sunrise in the mornings. It's a well designed condo with comfortable furniture, bed and great AC. The bathroom and supplies were sufficient for our stay. The condo is close to the laundry facilities and trash chute. It was quiet and enjoyable. Great location near the park, beach and away from the busy of central Waikiki but close enough to access by foot. The included parking space was a bonus. We definitely would stay here again.

Very clean property, good layout of kitchen & bathroom, and addl sofabed & floor mattress. Great view of city from above, nice breeze. Would be nice to have some common spice & condiments in the kitchen. Takes too long for an elevator.

The room was very comfortable; spacious, clean, quiet, with great amenities. There is a laundry room on the floor which we made use of. The location was easy to access via car from Kapahulu Ave and Ala Wai Blvd. Ample parking which was included in the rental. The beach and restaurants were easy to walk to. We would love to stay again.

I’m a regular at Waikiki and this condo was the most beautiful and cleanest place I’ve stayed at. Breathtaking views, luxurious bed with the smell of fresh linens, convenience to the beach, wonderful pool and bbq access, this condo has it all! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit. It was great! Very convenient location to walk to Waikiki beach, easy to drive off to other parts of the island. Onsite parking included is AWESOME!! Very spacious condo, lovely views, and comfortable. Having a full kitchen was very helpful for making breakfast each morning and a few dinner meals.Condo was just like the photos! Very easy rental process and thorough rental information.

The location was close to Waikiki Beach with excellent shopping, restaurants and lots of activities. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. The condo was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need for your stay. The location is great as well -- a couple blocks off the the main strip on Waikiki, so it's nice and quiet, but it's also a quick and easy walk over to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The view of the city and mountains was gorgeous as well. Highly recommend this place!

We scored an amazing deal on this new listing on the 32nd floor of Waikiki Sunset! It really was the deal on the stay that spurred the decision to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary in Oahu. The apartment is everything! From the amenities such as a kitchen, two tvs, even an external monitor to do work from, and the amazing view from the balcony that faces in towards Oahu. Everything about the apartment was amazing and we would highly recommend! There was a hiccup in the door code not displaying properly on the app "Hospitality" but a quick call to their office after hours resolved that. You can also get past the funky smell of the outside common area coming out of the elevators (not the rentals fault). Aside from those minor details, I would highly recommend anybody looking for an amazing view, amazing view, and only a 5 minute walk from all the action of Waikiki! Thank you Ali'i Beach Rentals.
