This unit is in a great location, close to Princeville market area, close to beaches. We were disappointed in the lack of upkeep of the unit. It was in need of carpet cleaning, curtains were filthy, little handprints all over glass items and doors. We went to use washing machine and the inside was covered in black mold. The place was also missing any kind of mixing bowl larger than a cereal bowl and there were no measuring cups only measuring spoons. Overall, the property manager was responsive and apologetic. She did let us do a late check out on our last day. If the place were maintained properly, I would recommend renting it.

Wow! This property was amazing. I stayed with 3 other friends and it was so spacious. Firstly, it had quite literally everything we needed. From the simplest things such as a first aid kit, and a variety of spices, to extra fans for each room, an ironing board, a steamer and Tupperware!
You can tell that each and every detail was well thought out and not to mention, the property was extremely clean, accompanied by a welcome basket with some local goodies and recommendations.
AND, there were even paddle boards, a kayak and bikes to use if we wanted!
The beds were so comfortable and the condo is in a very safe and comforting neighborhood, only minutes from stores and scenic views.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to feel right at home!

I have stayed at the Plantation at Princeville 4 times over the last 10 years and it never disappoints. This unit was clean and had that nice to be home feel after a long day at the beach. Even though this time it was just the wife and myself. the two bedrooms would accommodate the kids or another couple and not feel small. It had beach towels, chairs, a couple paddleboards and even a couple bikes. The beds were a little squeeky and would wake us if the other person moved too much but other than that our stay was very nice. Would still highly recommend.

This is a beautiful place to stay at. Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds and nice amenities. We cooked almost every day in the unit and they had a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave. They had a lot of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils (but no baking or broiling pans). It's very close to the grocery store, shops, golf course and walkable to Queen's bath and the beach. It's a very quiet neighborhood and all the houses around there are beautiful! We felt very safe. I highly recommend this place

The property was convenient to restaurants, close to the pool, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. It is nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable.
