Unlike most top-floor condos, this one is accessible just eight steps above ground level, giving you all the advantages of the top floor without the need to climb three stories to get there.
Thoughtfully remodeled in 2019, this condo features air-conditioning, new appliances in the kitchen, and a private washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom, while the loft offers two queen beds in a separate, semi-private space for additional guests. Not only will you enjoy wonderful views here, this condo is perfectly situated for taking advantage of Kauai's trade winds. This is what spending time in paradise was meant to be!
Hanalei Bay Resort is one of the premier properties on Kauai. Nestled on 22 acres along the beautiful coastline of the North Shore, the resort abounds with tropical foliage and amazing views of the green mountains, waterfalls, tropical sunsets over Bali Hai, and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. In this spot overlooking Hanalei Bay, you'll be steps from a white-sand beach located below the resort.
Originally built as a tennis resort, the property still features some of the finest tennis facilities on the island. Enjoy access to eight tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, bell and shuttle service, beach gear rentals, a lagoon-style saltwater pool designed for family fun, and a quieter, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. Hanalei Bay Resort also boasts close proximity to many North Shore attractions, shops, and two of Kauai’s best golf courses.

THINGS TO KNOW
Condos contain lockouts, meaning there are shared doors. Sounds may be audible between connecting doors.
Hanalei Bay Resort fees are due at check-in to the resort and are collected by the front desk. These include a one-time fee of $50 per reservation, a reservation fee of $6.75 per every non-owner reservation, a $25 a day resort fee, and a $20 fee per car a day for parking.
Internet provided by Hanalei Bay Resort does not support streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Due to staffing shortages caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic, the hotel restaurant and bars may be periodically closed.
This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii, LLC.
Hanalei Bay Resort swim-up pool bar is indefinitely closed.
This is a privately owned unit in a resort. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place is absolutely perfect! The condo was so cute, everything you need for your stay is provided, including card and board games! The view was breathtaking, we spent so much time on the lanai taking in all the beauty around us. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this exact unit. This condo was the most amazing place you could ever imagine for a special family vacation for 4 (3 adults and teen). The condo had everything we needed plus the extra games, body boards, bamboo blankets, and beach umbrella was great for accommodating our week long stay. I definitely recommend this condo if you want beautiful views from your own pri ate balconies off the living space area and the main bedroom. It felt so good to wake up open the curtains and see the mountains and bay right there from the condo. Thank you for a fabulous place to celebrate our 20 year anniversary ❤️ This is one for the books for sure!!

We had a great time at Hanalei Bay Resort and this unit is fantastic. Inside the unit was great and the pictures do not do justice to the views from the lanai. Essentially unobstructed views of the water and mountains. A perfect spot to watch the sunset each night. We were initially a bit surprised that the resort is set up so that you have to park and get a golf cart ride to your condo with your suitcases, etc. But, once we got settled, it was not a big deal. After that, we got some rides and chose to walk the rest of the time depending on how tired the kids were! The two beds in the loft were great for our kids (9&11) to have their own bed. The only complaint we had was that the swim up bar in the pool was closed. It sounded like there was some sort of ongoing issue between the restaurant and the bar. In any case, it seems like something that HBR needs to figure out as it would be nice to have that open again.
