This is what you think of when you think of Kauai: beautiful sunsets over the ocean, twinkling stars in the sky, waves crashing against the shoreline right below you, and a view of the Makana Mountain, better known as Bali Hai, across Hanalei Bay.
There are so many memories to be made here at Pali Ke Kua 113, from relaxing on your private lanai with a tropical drink, watching for dolphins and turtles year-round, and humpback whales in the winter. During the late summer and fall months, this is one of the few places on earth where you will see the protected Layasan Albatross soaring overhead and nesting and dancing on the nearby Makai Golf Course. Walk down the path to spend some time snorkeling and sunbathing on the beach below your vacation home.
For your convenience, on the days you don’t want to cook, there is a restaurant on-site above the community pool. For a special meal and evening entertainment, the Princeville Hotel is a very short walk away. There is a king-sized bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining area, and a bath. Amenities include a full kitchen, a dishwasher, and a private washer and dryer. This property is one of our most popular properties and it's easy to see why. Place and view is stunning…accurately described. There isn’t much of a trade wind but fan and bedroom AC was adequate for our needs. To access the beach, you have a pretty steep walk down. Loved having chairs we could take to other beaches. Really loved the location as well.

We stayed here for an extra long weekend. The view from the lanai is amazing. We decided to make dinners here every night because you cannot find a better view at any restaurants. Eating together while watching the sunsets was great.
The property management was really great, just be aware that they may take several days to get back to you. I only had to communicate with them prior to our check in. They probably are much more responsive if you are actually here and having an issue. We just didn't have any problems.
The place is about 10 minutes from Hanalei. And about 50 minutes from the airport. There is a wonderful beach just down a well, kept path. It's pretty steep but well maintained
The kitchen is adequate. No grill or barbeque but the stove works well.

We loved the location to go into Hanalei and do all the beaches in the area. The view was incredible each day and we enjoyed our down time relaxing out on the patio and enjoying the incredible view. The property was well stocked with items we didn't even expect like laundry detergent. I think someone would be crazy not to consider this property if they are coming to the area.

Wow - the views here are stunning. Definitely recommend you take a night to order in Hideaway Pizza and enjoy the sunset from the Lanai. The place was perfect for me + husband celebrating our anniversary. The bed is very comfortable. The ceiling fans keep the house cool in the non-summer months. The appliances + design are all very modern/up-to-date. Loved staying here. Would come back and recommend!

Unit is as described. Did not realize when I booked, but unit has no A/C, and no breeze as the way the unit is situated. Fans were quite noisy, sun heated up the unit all afternoon and evening. The foot traffic noise from the unit above was non stop and loud. Restaurant described in ad only opens at 5, and did not have most of the food, only pizza.

I would highly recommend this rental! The first floor location allows you to walk out to the spectacular views of the ocean, palm trees, mountains and sunsets! On the first morning we saw a whale splash as if it wanted to welcome us! Great location for walking paths and a hideaway beach!
The condo is well maintained and lived up to the description. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Princeville and would go back there in a NY minute!

Clear sunset views across Hanalei Bay! This sweet spot is exactly the right size for a couple. Lots of helpful guide books in the book case helped us plan our honeymoon week on site. The only complaint is that there were no dried seasonings in the kitchen, not even salt. Probably don't last in the humid environment.
