We were disappointed with the condition our condo. It was extremely outdated, with popcorn ceilings, dark, loud swamp coolers, there was an accordion like partisan for the bedroom walls (really awkward) that didn’t close all the way, a bit dirty with ants. The neighborhood was sketchy and a little unnerving as there were several vagrants loitering and saying profanities to us when we walked to the local market and parking lot area. The best thing about our stay however, was the view from the balcony, the pool and the private beach only a few steps away. However, we will not be staying here again.

The property is located in an ideal location situated in the quietest part of Kihei but still within walking or short ride distance to all of that Kihei has to offer. It is also perfectly located to get to all of the other locations in Maui that you’ll want to visit. But if you prefer to stay close and enjoy the beach and pool, this location has a terrific pool area and direct access to a very secluded and quiet beach.

Awesome condo that was everything we needed. A/c was important to us and all the rooms worked great. No bugs in room (can be a local problem). Had some beach towels and chairs to use which was nice. Communication was easy with management for check in and with questions.

We, a family if 5 stayed in C-211 for 2 weeks. It was as advertised, clean, close to everything, pool was wonderful, grounds were immaculate and overall quiet. Hosts communicated well and it was easy to find.

Great condo. Really enjoyed it. The grounds manager was nice and kept the place in great shape, a hard worker. Only negatives was the bed frame in the master was broken and the corner of the bed sloped down. The stove top burners aren’t great either, not level and one wasn’t working until I realized it wasn’t hooked up.

No hot water is main shower. Paid for 2 bedroom-2 bathroom at prime price for family of 4. Plumber came and said it would never have hot water in main bathroom shower. 1 burner worked on 4 burner stove. Air conditioner only blew warm air in master. Fan in living room and master only worked on slow unless you gave it a manual spin. Called and emailed repeatedly and no return calls or emails following contact. Would not recommend this unit or CBIP Vacations. Had another unit booked at same time and have stayed at another unit on a previous occasion and had no issues. Would not book again at this unit.

We were very happy with the location in Kihei. We saw whales from the balcony and a turtle on the beach. The place is walking distance to a big grocery store and the best poke at Tamura's. The pool was wonderful and clean. Two issues: 1) a/c is very loud and seems old. We didn't use it; 2) the hot water wasn't working in one of the bathrooms and it took them several days to fix it. Luckily I didn't feel like taking hot showers anyway.

Kihei is a great spot to get to all sides of the island quickly. The location is right on the beach and the sunrises and sunsets are amazing from the linei. An added bonus was that Time Supermarket is within 1000 feet, so we could grab what we needed fresh and fast. Clean, well-taken care of my a grounds crew gentleman who was diligent and looked like a resident. Will be back!

You can't beat the location, amazing sunsets,grounds and Pool. The complex is amazingly quiet and relaxing, No hustle and bustle of a million people. The unit is the perfect size for a family or 2 couples. The unit is quite dated, could use new appliances and proper Reno. But, really the price, sunsets, and location still out weighs the cosmetic down falls.

We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. There weren't interior photos on the listing when we booked, just photos of the grounds, so we weren't exactly sure what to expect, but it was great! the grounds matched exactly to the photos and the view from our lanai was beautiful. One thing I will say is that the "rooms" are created via sliding partition walls, so privacy could be an issue for you. It wasn't for us, but just a heads up. Everything was clean. The ice machine in the fridge wasn't working, but a maintenanance person was on it. We just used the ice trays in the freezer which was just fine. Shampoo/conditioner is provided (hotel size) and plenty of towels, both for the bathroom and the pool/beach. Beach chairs and coolers were provided as well. But if you want any of the real fun pool/beach toys you'll need to rent. The kitchen was fully stocked with all sorts of cooking utensils and even had a rice cooker. There wasn't any basic food supplies (like oil, sugar, spices, etc) so you'll need to purchase if you're going to cook. The pool is basic but nice, just remember your pool code b/c you need it to get in AND out. The beach and beautiful sunsets were just steps away. Also and this was HUGE for us, it is walking distance to some of our favorite places to eat. Eskimo Candy for the best poke, Akaima coffee with Momona bakery items, MisoPhat, WowWow, Coconuts, and the list goes on!

We booked very last minute and although it’s not something I would’ve normally booked it was comfortable and when anything went wrong there was immediate attention from the property management team. The only thing that really lacked was the air conditioning there were three in window units that really were outdated and had a hard time keeping the place cool but hey we were in Hawaii.

We didn't know what to expect since it was our first time visiting the island, but as soon as we found our way to the condo in the middle of the night, the place did NOT disappoint. The place was well cleaned and everything was in place for us to enjoy our 7 night stay. The beach view is right in front of our balcony and is just a minute walk. There were clear instructions emailed to us and also printed and placed on the table, with some welcome treats, on how to make the most of our stay. AC's kept us cool, but they were loud, so we did try to get used to that. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the grill in the courtyard. We didn't know there is a catholic church next to the building, so that was a plus for us! Places to eat are just nearby. We love Maui and we will rent the place again in the near future! Oh before I forget, a rep from the company called to see how we were doing! That was very nice! Thank you, C-211!

We had a great stay at this condo. The kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfortable and the place was very clean. The views from the balcony are stunning. The beach in front of the condo is very quiet - we could walk for a mile and only see a handful of people. The pool is a good size and we usually had it to ourselves. You can walk to the grocery store. The management company allowed us to checkout at 8pm (for a fee) which was great given that our flight home was after 10pm.The only downside was the condo unit manager onsite. He was rude to us and to other guests. We weren't allowed to throw a smallball in the pool even though we were the only people in the pool. Asking us if we can read and saying N.O. is not the best way to communicate with guests.
