The condo was perfect for our family of five. The view of Molokai was amazing. We made use of the lanai everyday to watch the waves. I appreciated that there was a sewing kit-I made use of it! There is a grocery store in the shopping complex just outside of Papakea and an ABC store outside the complex via an access gate. The extra amenities, like tennis and the putting green, provided entertainment for our children. The two pools are in close proximity to each other so it was fun to try the “different” pool. The hot tubs had ample space whenever we made use of it. At this unit, you can hear the fountain in the koi pond. For me the sound was soothing as it sounded like wind and rain. There were small toiletries in the bathrooms and full bottles of hand soap at all the sinks, plenty of towels for the bathrooms/kitchen and beach towels. One roll of paper towels and extra toilet paper was provided. The condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The one issue we had with the dryer was received and will be addressed after contacting the new owner Jay. Thank you Sondra and Jay for allowing us to enjoy your condo!

Excellent resort and excellent condo. Grounds and amenities on site were top notch. Many small extras that went above and beyond. Grounds were impeccable.
Condo was great. Very well outfitted and really nice unit. Well suited for a family of five. Had a little trouble with dryer but worked around it.

Everything about this place is gorgeous. Perfect location. Beautiful views. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids. Everything we needed was there. Close to grocery store, restaurants and food trucks. Would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is well appointed and had everything we needed. I had debated a ground floor unit vs this one and so glad we chose an upper level for the amazing view. Even though we were already into April, we saw several whales and rainbows from the lanai. Beach towels and other beach supplies made heading out to the beach so easy. Beautiful property with plenty of parking and lots to do (check the activities list at the front desk and sign up early!). We did a lei-making class that was really fun and only took about 30 minutes. The kids (ages 14 and 16) loved having their own space with their bedroom at the opposite end of the unit and a private bathroom. Beds were comfortable and unit is more spacious than we expected. Communication with owner was easy and all of my questions were answered quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Our first time in Maui and Hawaii turned out to be a very rainy week. Fortunately we had a great condo to come back to after our rainy adventures. Very clean and furnished with everything. Sondra was wonderful to communicate with. She had ideas for excursions and places to eat nearby. The most thoughtful. She had every single thing we needed down to hand soap at every sink, plenty of towels, all the beach things and grilling utensils. My friends stayed at another unit on property that had none of these things. Thank you mauitude!

We absolutely loved our stay at J302 in Papakea. The grounds are impeccably maintained, staff is friendly and courteous, the unit is furnished with high quality amenities like you have in your own home. We are also very close to several great spots for coffee, food entertainment and snorkeling. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in Lahaina. Sondra, the owner, is very easy to deal with if questions arise, and she’s extremely considerate. We will definitely be back at Papakea and will work hard to stay at one of the various places she specifically owns within Papakea. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

The kitchen was especially well stocked with all sorts of pots, pans and accessories. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was super helpful. We highly recommend this place and will definitely re-book if we are back in the area in the future.

This is our second time staying at this location, first time in this unit. The view from the lanai was outstanding and the unit was well supplied. The real value in this property is the location. There is a beach walking distance and many more just a short drive away, as are hikes, golf courses, shopping and restaurants. The host was very easy to work with and detailed with information.

Well maintained, all the amenities of home with a spectacular view and plenty to do. Only had a few minor hiccups due to a door battery needing to be changed, but it was taken care of promptly! Will 100% be coming back.

We had an amazing time on the island. We enjoyed sitting on the lania before bed. The kitchen is fully loaded. Great beach items. We will be staying here again in the future.

Just like the photos show, the views from the lanai are fantastic. The host has thought of everything you'll need for your stay. The rooms were very comfortable. The grounds of the resort are absolutely immaculate. You have the pool/hot tub/tennis/pickle ball as options to keep you busy. Stores, restaurants and food trucks all within walking distance. Needless to say, I highly recommend this resort and plan to be back here again soon!

The condo was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and quality of linens, pillows and towels were great. The view is amazing and our first morning there we sat on balcony with our coffee and watched the whales, even saw a breach. The condo is in a great location. We were able to walk to a food truck park one night for dinner. The check in and out process is was fast and easy. If I come to Maui again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this condo again.

We had an amazing visit coming to Maui in January. This was our first time staying in the condo. It was AMAZING! We absolutely loved watching whales out on the lanai every morning with coffee. Your home was spectacular to stay in and we thank you so much!
