We had a very nice stay. The condo is spacious and the site is beautiful. The only negative point is that we slept badly because of the neighbors upstair. The condo is not soundproof and they walk very hard and let their children run late at night (sometime till 11pm).

The facility is very nice with a pool, tennis courts, an ocean walkway, and a barbecue pavilion. The location is perfect for exploring Kona. Our condo had everything we needed from beach chairs to a rice cooker! The place was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small children. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. It was great having a washer and dryer. Overall a great place to stay.

Looking for a last-minute property for our family to stay at for the long weekend. Glad we found this gem. Close to fields and gym we had our basketball and football games at. Kids loved the pool and near shoreline access. We live on the island and been to many condos, this is one of our favorites. Property had everything we needed. Comes fully furnished and even provides games and supplies if you plan to go to the beach or want to play volleyball or ping pong. Awesome location. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

This property was a great fit for two adult couples (late 30s) vacationing on the big island for 5 days in early May. We loved the freshly remodeled kitchen, large bedrooms/closets, ample linens of good size & quality, plenty of fans (both ceiling and portable), in-unit laundry, dedicated parking space, pool area, general location, and spaciousness of the property. A part on the dryer had popped off on our first night, but the property manager was quick to respond and had it repaired within 24 hours. The main bedroom shares a sliding wall with the living room area, so be aware of that. The guest bedroom with 2 queens was wonderfully quiet and dark for sleeping, and the AC unit was efficient in quickly cooling the room and keeping it comfortable. The lock code on the door was convenient as it did not require us to keep track of any extra keys. A supermarket just up the road was convenient. Overall, we had a really good stay and would recommend this property to others.

The condo was very comfortable for me, my partner, and my parents who are in their late 70s. GREAT location - quick trip to "town" and so close to snorkeling. The only downside was the dishwasher which didn't work. We weren't told, I reported it and it took a couple days for someone to look at it, and it didn't get fixed, which I also wasn't told. I asked for a partial refund and was told I could get $100, which was disappointing. Overall I really liked staying in this place, but the management was not responsive or communicative to the issues.

We arrived at midnight and we were worried about getting into the condo however it was super easy! When we walked in we were in awe of the place the big windows and great size bedrooms. A couple items I want to make mention of are. This condo is very walkable to the mall where there is a grocery store, shave ice, restaurants and more!! It also has some great beach chairs, umbrellas and tennis racquets and balls.
The grounds are perfect!! Every night we walked down to the beach (literally 2 min) and had the most amazing sunset views. The pool was awesome and the tennis courts and ping pong table is a great addition!

great property, had a problem finding the AC remote but eventually turned the place upside down and found it in a box tucked behind the TV. There was a problem with the drain in the sink but that was fixed after 1 call. thank you

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instruction book provided clear and concise instructions on how to access the condos amenities and area attractions. The condo is walking distance to the beach and grounds were spectacular. Other guests staying were very friendly and respectable. The condo's location was a perfect. It’s close to ocean front, pool, and shopping center. When I had a question, the property manager was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property.

Check in and check out were easy. The place was clean and comfortable. Thank goodness for the A/C or we northerners might have melted. It didn't cause us any problems but the company didn't seem to have much familiarity with the condos beach gear. We would have packed a little less knowing that snorkel gear, boogie board, umbrella, etc. was available. A great place to stay though.

Originally, I booked this Unit through VRBO. However, the owners sold and the new owners went through Knutson. The transition was seamless and I even saved on some fees that VRBO charged but Knutson didn’t.The unit was beautifully furnished inside and out and the price was reasonable. I hope I get that price again. Lastly, although I never needed assistance, Knutson’s communication was excellent.

We loved this property for a variety of reasons... layout and decor of the condo was comfortable and felt very Hawaiian, beds were really comfortable!, lanai areas were spacious and relaxing, walk to (rocky) beach to catch a sunset was a 2 minute walk, lots of restaurants nearby (our favorite was Magic Sands) and proximity to the Ironman festivities and downtown Kona was perfect. Everything we needed was in condo and property management team clearly communicated everything and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We've been staying in this KKSR condo since 2015and we keep coming back! The location is perfect to see all Kailua-Kona has to offer without being right in the center of all the traffic. A 10 minute walk to Kahalu'u Beach Park and a shopping center right up the hill with a grocery store and dining. Also minutes away from Keauhou Bay where many of the best ocean adventures depart from daily. The beautiful corner unit condo has a wonderful lanai which faces a well landscaped green belt where you can enjoy your coffee or cocktail while the birds go by.

The previous, owners Bill and Shirley were awesome to deal with. The unit has since been sold and new owners have taken over. The king bed in the main bedroom needs replacing. My husband could not see me as I was in an indentation. As previous indicated by another renter who’s husband rolled over into a valley.
The furniture in the living room all needs to be replaced as the cushions sink into the bamboo frames.
The kitchen needs some new cookware, cutlery and glassware.
Be prepared for lots of noise from above
The cleaning lady needs more time to clean between renters. The carpets are in need of cleaning. We asked for the living room furniture seat cushions to be cleaned as they were very dirty. They were going to clean the carpets but we decided to leave them rather than have them damp and inconvenience us.
The lounge chairs on the patio need to be cleaned.
The new upgraded flooring is very nice.

The property is fantastic. We expect read we especially loved the outdoor sitting area and all of the beautiful plants and birds that accompany breakfasthat accompanied breakfast. I contacted Blake with a few questions, and he was fantastic ly quick and efficient with answers.

The condo was located in a beautiful property convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Although it was clean it looked tired. The sofa is not a regular so the cushions are pretty soft. The MBR mattress needs to be turned desperately. You roll into a hole and my spouse was unable to sleep with me. Towels and linens were okay. My biggest complaint was the greasy conditions of several frypans on the outside and in, the stove was wiped but not clean. Too many useless dishes. Although the kitchen is beautiful the equipment inside the cabinets was not up to par.
