PLEASE NOTE: Exterior painting of the buildings at Vista Waikoloa will begin in June 2024 and finish at the end of November. Building A is scheduled for September 9-September 27, 2024. Crews will not need to enter the interior of the condo but will access the lanai via ladders/scaffolding. Lanai/Patio furniture will be moved for part of the dates the building will be painted. Common areas/railings in the complex will also be painted . Dates are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen issues. Please reach out with any questions.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Maximum of one car allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite. Saltwater. Heated.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

Vista Waikoloa A204 is located in Building A at the Vista Waikoloa. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It is on the second floor. There is elevator access to the second floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Vista Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Vista Waikoloa.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Property is disappointing.
Kitchen has very outdated appliances and dirty dishes in the cabinets.
Bathroom toilet paper holder, towel bar falling off the wall. Dirty around the shower floor.
Nothing says WOW about this property. Minimum effort to create a welcoming atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the condo, sleeping arrangements, and modern furnishings were appreciated. The kitchen and bathrooms were in need of updating. Ice machine and water dispenser did not work on the refrigerator.

One of the best VRBO properties I’ve rented!! The upgrades in 2022 are super nice - great taste in furnishings! My only recommendations (and they are nits) are: lighting in the bathrooms needs improvement and the microwave is ancient. But we will definitely return. Thank you for making this a great experience!!

The whole process was easy and everything was as advertised. TONS of cooking supplies like pots, pans, Tupperware, even a garlic press! Having 2 lanais was great for morning coffee. I’d stay here again
