The views from this condo was wonderful! Spending each morning and evening on the lanai was perfect! The location was great for all our north coast activities. We kitchen was well equipped and it was so nice to be able to do laundry mid trip! Very comfortable unit!

Everthing was perfect. Taking the paved path down to Hideaway Beach seemed like having our own secluded strip of ocean to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was great…..as advertised. Only issue, which was a huge issue, was that the washing machine did not work. Turns out that it didn’t work for the prior tenant, was reported, but did not get addressed. So I was rented a condo for a significant amount of money by vacasa, with a known issue. They returned zero texts and their 800# did not work. Renter beware

Nice size ocean view condo with roomy loft. Conveniently located with the pool and restaurant across the way. My only comments are that the screen door does not fully close which lets a lot of gnats and mosquitos in and the kitchen did not have any salt, pepper, sugar, foil,Saran, storage bags or storage containers. I expect those things when I rent a condo with a kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We are a family of 4, two adults and two children (11 and 14) nd the space worked out perfectly. We had plenty of space for the four of us and the location was great.

Vacasa itself has been a pleasure to work with. The process and especially the people have been very kind and accommodating and I will not hesitate to seek out a rental through Vacasa again. The thing I did not love is the condo itself. I have a long list of issues with Pale Ke Kua #213, but these are the most egregious: - Master bath toilet runs, but not all the time - Master sink stops up and does not drain properly - Master rain shower does not work! - Master shower that does work has extremely low water pressure - Washing machine has mold / mildew all over rubber gasket and drainage channel - Ceilings fans are off balance and noisy. Also massive amount of dust and dirt on them all. - WAY too many bugs everywhere. We were constantly killing and cleaning up bugs. Several times there were bugs on my daughter’s pillow! We had to buy a fly swatter to kill them and left it behind in the condo for the next guests. - Condo was very dirty overall. It needs a deep cleaning and regular upkeep such as paint and general maintenance. There were spider webs all over, especially in the lights and corners of the bathrooms. Hence the huge amount of bugs everywhere.

We’ve stayed at this property several years ago and it was just as beautiful as before. Wonderful location with stunning sunsets. Everything about this property was as advertised. This unit has been renovated. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities were all as described and very appropriate for this price range. Plenty of bath and beach towels and provided. The only negative feature was the lack of AC. We had unusual rain and heat this past week (mid-May) without typical breezes and it was just absolutely unbearably hot and humid inside the condo. We left during the day because we were so uncomfortable. And with all the windows open you could hear a lot of noise from the neighbors. So just be aware of that fact. The property management company was very communicative and helpful with our stay and very responsive. Overall, the property was pretty wonderful and if it just had AC it would be perfect.

We booked this last minute to fill an unexpected gap in our scheduled stay. Pleasantly surprised - an A+ View westward toward Ke’e Beach and the Napali Coast. Gorgeous. Quick access to the steep concrete path down to the private beach. Kitchen was equipped well enough. I’m often surprised that they don’t have some basic spices and olive oil - but maybe there’s some silly regulation against it. The upstairs was a nice little nook for kids/young adults with its own bathroom. But the shower head there was either 150F or nothing at all. The master bath has two shower heads - we were excited! But only one worked. So out of three shower heads, a total of one actually worked. And there weren’t any beach towels. At a beach resort vacation destination. We did find chairs - but no towels. So we called to inquire if there was someplace else we hadn’t looked - and they called back the next day when we were already out for the day, so we had a total of two days without them. Towels never did appear unfortunately. But there were beach chairs and a little cooler which was handy. Overall it worked out well and I’d stay here again. 3.5 stars of it would let me.

This condo has the most stunning views! We sat out on the balcony enjoying watching the sunset over the ocean with the mountains in the backdrop everyday. The loft was perfect for our two children to sleep in. I especially appreciated the full bathroom up there so they didn't have to walk downstairs to use ours. The two little dressers were a nice addition for them to each put their clothes away in. Our room and bathroom was roomy and nice. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. Only thing I would ask is for the owners to provide more towels. There were only 4 bath towels which I washed daily but when you need to go to the beach you NEED a towel. The only option we had was to pack the bath towels so when we got back and took a shower we had to use the same towels that we used to dry off at the beach with which was kind of gross. Provide some beach towels please! Add an extra fee if they go missing if need be as I could understand how that could be prone to happening. Most visitors are not packing towels over on their trip and I feel that extra towels are a standard necessity. Besides that everything else was perfect! Highly recommend and I'd love to stay here again in the future! Mahalo
