Loved the views, the location, the proximity to places along the North Shore, and the access to the beach on site (a rarity in Princeville). The kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom was comfy (cool with the AC) and spacious. Oceanfront views are as good or likely better than advertised.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was very clean, welcoming, updated, comfortable, kitchen well equipped, has beautiful view of the ocean with nearby beach access. The area is quiet, with tropical landscape in the area in a great location. We would definitely recommend staying here!

View is spectacular, kitchen is open and functional, but the bed mattress is horrific. Stained. Bathroom was full of little black flys so we kept the spiders in there to help get rid of them. Also the beach chairs were dilapidated and literally falling apart. I have no idea how these things slip past cleaning staff. Also pool is ho hum and there’s only one hot tub the size of a regular bathtub almost. We preferred other places in princeville .

The views were stunning and the place is generally comfortable, especially what I think is a newly renovated kitchen. The bedroom stayed cool with the portable a/c unit and fan. However, it is in need of a major deep clean - closet space, window wells, bathroom walls, plunger etc. They replaced the dirty shower curtain and we bought some candles to disguise the musty smell. The views and location make up for most but we wouldn’t book again unless it undergoes a major cleaning or partial renovation.

I’m almost hesitant to write this review…because I’m sure it will only make Pali Ke Kua 111 harder to book in the future. The unit is spectacularly situated along the cliffs, providing guests with some of the most incredible sunsets we’ve ever seen. Once we saw the sunset on our first night we quickly decided to enjoy all of our sunsets at Pali Ke Kua rather than head out to other destinations. The condo itself was extremely comfortable and we were impressed by the well-appointed kitchen (plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, useful appliances); surprisingly solid/speedy WiFi; modern amenities (new, large TVs and excellent W/D); and beach gear for guest use (umbrellas, towels, chairs). Comfortable furniture throughout and a relatively open floor plan for the living room/dining room/kitchen meant we could utilize different parts of the unit and still enjoy our time together. There was a lovely welcome gift of chocolates and cookies, along with a thoughtful note. Info about the unit and area is provided. The management of the unit is excellent. The excellent property location means you can walk to nearby must-visits that have limited parking (Hideaways and Queen’s Bath). But you still have a private and peaceful view from the Pali Ke Kua complex itself, without any crowds. We had a beautiful visit and hope to return again.

We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! It was perfect for us… comfortable, quiet and an ideal sunset view every night. Our 20 year anniversary was lovely because of this beautiful place

The views are amazing and unit is small, clean and has everything you might need/expect: tv, coffee maker, ice maker in the fridge, and bonuses you might not expect like beach chairs and paved paths to nearby beaches. Be warned- the trek may only be 1/2 a mile but it's really steep - once you get there it's totally worth it. The other reviews mention the noise from upstairs and it's true, it can be loud. Princeville and Hanalei are really close and full of cute shops, restaurants and grocery stores for provisions.

Great location and for the price. Was a great stay. The air conditioning in the bedroom was sufficient for sleeping, but the rest of the condo was uncomfortably warm and humid especially in the afternoon and evenings. Surfaces and floors were very clean, but nooks and crannies could use some work. Also, bed was very soft. Other than those nits, we had a great stay and definitely would consider staying here again.
