Welcome to Emmalani Court 523 on the spectacular North Shore of Kauai, a one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that boasts one of the best locations on the Garden Island. From your private lanai, admire harmonious views of the neighboring Princeville Makai Golf Course, local gardens, and the ocean in the distance (including breaching whales from November through March). And with a four-seat dining table and extra chairs on the lanai, you can share memorable meals with your ohana (family/friends) or simply relax with your favorite tropical drink in the privacy of your home.
This recently updated condo features new flooring, fresh paint, and new, comfortable furnishings and details throughout, including flatscreen TVs, Blu-ray players, and air conditioning in the primary suite.
On the grounds, there's a very quiet and enjoyable swimming pool area equipped with a hot tub, two gas grills, and a poolside lounge room that can be enjoyed daily or reserved for special events. Emmalani Court features views of the golf course and the ocean in the distance, and it's only a short walk to the edge of the ocean bluff where you can take in panoramic views of the water, Turtle Cove beach right below, and world-famous Kauai sunsets over Bali Hai.
If you don't feel like utilizing the full kitchen the condo has to offer, there are at least four restaurants within walking distance, including those at the Princeville Resort down the street. There are also three nearby beaches that you can walk to (but remember, this is Princeville, so you'll need to hike down a short trail to get to the sand!) and others within a short drive (including beautiful Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, Kalihiwai Beach, Secret Beach, Rock Quarries Beach, Tunnels Beach, and Ke'e Beach, the list goes on and on). This is Kauai's North Shore, and what better place to stay and enjoy all it has to offer!

Good not great. Sliding door to patio really hard to open and close. Water pressure in showers in bathroom weak at best. Still waiting days later for owners to confirm the stuff I left behind by accident will be returned… Good location, good price for location and nice view.

The place had all the basics you find in a VRBO and a few extras, like beach chairs. It’s centrally located to a couple local spots you can walk to. Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach. Easy commute to the local grocery store. Only a few restaurants in the area and they are still pretty locked down in Covid procedures. Hanalei is blocked much of the time due to the landslide. You need to plan your Northern adventures out carefully. Everything cost more than you are used to. AC in the bedroom was amazing… when we chose this place it was because of the AC. It didn’t cover the rest of the house though… which made cooking a chore …overall a nice place for 2. Wouldn’t want to even attempt sleeping on the pull out. No AC and the couch is older. We stay here again.

We loved our stay. Perfect location walking distance to Hiddeways Beach and Queensbath and easy drive into Hanalei for dinner. Walked out to the cliffs every night at 7p to sit and sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The condo was very nice with a beautiful pool. Our refrigerator stopped working and they came that same day and switched it out. They were great.
