Located at the beautiful oceanfront Maui Sunset complex. We are on the same side of the street as the beach... so no need to cross the street to get to the beach.
Our condo is great for larger family who are looking for the Comfort of home, the Convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, and the Classiness of upgraded features including stainless steel appliances, and kitchen and bath. Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.
As a bonus, we have an EXTRA bonus room with its own Queen bed and curtain closure in lieu of a door -- acting like a 3rd bedroom.
It comes with fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, & sleeps up to 7 people comfortably.
Seascape is located on the 2nd floor with awesome garden and peak a boo ocean views. This end-unit is just steps away from the beach, and short driving distance to shops, restaurants & grocery.

It’s hard to go wrong with this fully updated and spacious condo. It’s located in sunny Kihei where the weather is mild and beautiful almost year round.
Please note there is an additional charge of $15/night (per guest) if more than 5 guests.
When determining the total number of guests in your party, please count all heads (a baby does count as a guest).
We provide starters of shampoo, soaps, tissue, paper towel, soap and detergent. If you need more during your stay, you will need to purchase those separately.
Our prime location provides unbelievably easy access to Maui’s most popular activities and attractions. Kamaole Shopping Centers, Maui Ocean Center, and the Shops at Wailea are within short driving distance.
Hop in the car for a very short drive (only a couple of miles) to three local, championship golf courses as well as the popular and breathtaking Wailea resort area offering upscale shopping and dining. A few more miles in the car and you will discover the world renowned Makena area, where many famous people choose to reside.
The condo is only 11 miles away from the main airport in Kahului.
There is also a tennis club minutes away. Kihei's boat dock is a bit south and features daily snorkel and dive excursions to popular Maui sites like Molokini Crater and Turtle Town. There are world class Golf Courses a short drive away and just a couple miles south of Kihei is Wailea, a high class resort town filled with exquisite shopping and five star dining experiences. A bit north to Maalaea Bay, you 'll find Maui Ocean Center, the Aquarium of Hawaii. All of this is literally right around the corner.

Overall great place to stay! It is a great location - nice, safe area. Excellent condition of the condo and the complex. The condo is an end unit which is larger than most, the decor was nice and updated, it is very well cared for, and very clean - even the baseboards! We were a family of six and there was plenty of space for luggage and 3 bikes. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The combination of living room, dinette, patio, and living room provided enough space for all of us to make dinner and hang out in the evenings. We were on the go most of the time anyway.
The complex is not new, but it is clearly well maintained, especially for being on the ocean. The grounds were extremely well manicured, including the putting greens (real grass), the shuffleboards, pool, and tennis courts. Even the 6 gas BBQs were cleaned daily. The complex has direct access to the beach where we saw turtles coming on to shore to lay eggs (a short walk down from the condo)!
Jackie was very responsive in all of our communications. The check-in process was really easy - no keys required.
We would highly recommend staying here!

This property had all the amenities we needed (washer / dryer / internet / pool / fully equipped kitchen). The property is also centrally located so you explore almost every part of the island within a short drive. The property also has groceries stores (Safeway / Foodland) close by. Finally, the owner was very responsive! We will definitely use this property again.

We would do this again. Good location to different activities. Nice pool. Lots of chairs around pool and it was a good size.

The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with basic necessities. The property grounds were also very nice as well and were quiet and peaceful. Parking was easy, and I appreciated not having to pay a daily parking fee like at some other places. Huge plus that we could do laundry in the unit. It did not show in the photos, but one of the bedrooms did not actually have a door, just curtains. Overall, a great place to stay if you are traveling with multiple family members. Would recommend.
