Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. Condo itself was very clean and pleasant to stay at. Would have preferred to be outside of Waikiki in a neighborhood and not in a high rise, but those properties no longer are offered. So was forced to stay downtown - being out to visit family in Hawaii Kai, it would have been a better stay if we didn't have to drive in and out of downtown multiple times daily. This was an unfortunate circumstance that could not be avoided, but had an impact on our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent—close to beach, shops, restaurants yet off the beaten path. Loved the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Ala Wai golf course and mountain range. Included parking was a real plus! Property manager was most cordial and helpful!

We had a very nice stay. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, beach towels etc. Its a very busy and tourist area, but the beach and restaurants were close. No big grocery store was nearby. The property manager was very kond and helpful!

easy check in process. byron was very helpful. location is perfect. view of diamond head, few blocks from beach, zoo, restaurants, food trucks. pool was 1-2ft, perfect for my 4yo learning to swim. parking included! had a very comfortable stay!

Property Manager Byron was responsive for any queries. Highly recommend for families with kid who need to cook a meal for kids. Overall nice experience and enjoyed our stay. One suggestion if carpet and sofa can be renovated as we found it bit old and not that hygienic for small baby.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is exactly as described and shown. Zero surprises. Everything worked and was clean when we arrived. A little confusion with the check-in between the building staff and security agent, but the Captain Cook agent was quick to respond and resolve. Wi-fi was fast. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. The view of clouds moving across the mountains was awesome. The included parking is a huge bonus and easy to use. Location was great. Enjoyed many great restaurants all within a mile 3-20 min walk so you didn’t have to drive and could enjoy the Waikiki weather. Don’t miss the food trucks on Lemon St.
