You place is very nice and well kept up. The location within the complex is really nice and private. It is also great for getting around the Waikoloa resort from the mall to the other beach. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week on the Big Island, and this condo was perfect for our trip. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful, and the gym was just what my sons needed so they didn’t miss a workout. We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a resort, and the beach.

Property location on lower level, nice lanai, convenient to everything.
Kitchen is remodeled, but, kitchen is not outfitted with all things needed to cook, and serve meals.
Property is in need of new bed sheets, on all beds, Bed spreads/cover, bathroom linens, but the most needed is in the Living room. Very uncomfortable, sofa, can not be seated on because cushion slides forward, sitting, you are on a downhill slope. No comfort to be found!! Recliner is ok, the rocker is also uncomfortable to sit, visit or watch tv. With a little attention to everyday items, this could be a very nice place to stay.

This was our family's first experience staying in a condo and it was awesome! I would rate it a 4.8 on a 5 scale due to a couple of small glitches. Check in was easy, only problem was that we arrived after dark and the "porch" light was burnt out so it was hard to find the keys.The front door screen needs to be repaired/replaced. It was pretty wabbly if you tried to pull it out. We just chose to not use it. We were traveling with our elderly parents so the ground level worked well for us. Kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. There were plentiful linens. The lanai was nice and sheltered from the wind.The grounds were beautiful, a family of quail walked by the lanai every morning! The pool and hot tub area are beautiful and well maintained with restrooms and a shower.
The only problem we had was with the sleeper sofa the last night of our stay. Our son and his wife who live locally, spent the night with us. The sofa was easy to pull out but very difficult to put back. We ended up leaving it out. We had an overall wonderful experience and would love to come back soon!

This property was perfect for our relaxing getaway! The condo was extremely spacious and VERY well stocked with everything you could possible need from cooking in the kitchen to having fun on the beach. Great location, nice pool, and walkable to all amenities (beach, shopping, dining, turtle watching, coffee, etc). We are already planning our return! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This place was perfect for us. We had us and 3 boys all who needed their own beds and it worked well. There was lots of towels and coolers and boogie boards etc for great beach days and the kitchen was fully stocked. Great place 👌
