Enjoy stunning ocean views with neighboring islands, Moloka'i and Lana'i, from this remodeled condo at Hololani Resort! This unit layout offers extra lanai areas with ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms.
Hololani B704 does not have A/C, located on the 7th floor, and the property features an elevator. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom spacious condo that has been wonderfully remodeled. Enjoy eating in with a dining table for four and additional bar seating. The living room offers ocean views, a pull out sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV.
The front master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and wonderful ocean views from the oceanfront lanai as well as an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king size bed with exceptional views of the beautiful Pacific ocean. This bedroom also has it's own en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with built-in seat. The condo includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, WiFi, DVD player, and cable.
My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
Hololani is an ocean front resort located in Kahana, an area close to Lahaina, Kaanapali and Kapalua. Resort amenities include a heated, ocean front pool and BBQ area. This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There are many beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away you can find some of Maui's top 10 beaches!
There are no resort or parking fees.

Please note that direct beach access is currently limited due to hide tide conditions and winter/spring erosion. During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. There is beach access at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana) as well as Pohaku Beach which is .3 miles from the resort.

You can't beat this place. The layout is great. Sleeps up to six and you have a corner apartment with views of the ocean out both sides! A direct view of the sunset over the ocean on one balcony and a great view looking out over the water out the other side. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment clean and beautiful with a very open feeling throughout the place. You can look down directly onto the water and see turtles or watch whales if you are there at the right time of year. The apartment is facing the right direction so you only get sun directly on the balcony in the late afternoon. It is a great deal and a great place. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was clean and is very comfortable, with good beds and linens. Also very well equipped with everything you need including cooking stuff (maybe even more than you need).
We had problems with ants but the management sent people right away to deal with it.
The ocean view is amazing… you see turtles and seals passing by all the time from the balcony.

This place has the best views!! We saw sea turtles and amazing sunsets from our balcony everyday.The condo is huge with great amenities. Awesome snorkeling right there and a great beach just feet away! Can't wait to go back!

It has always been a dream of my wife's to go to Hawaii, and this stay didn't disappoint! The condo was very easy to get to and since they provided the entry code before I got there we didn't have to check in anywhere. Once we walked into the unit we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and inviting, all 3 us were walked around with our phones recording everything. And then there were the sunsets...amazing! The condo had everything that we needed, even multiple fans since it doesn't have a/c, that really being the only drawback. It can get warm during the day, so keep those ceiling fans on! Every morning we would get up early and have breakfast on the lanai. During the day we would go down to the pool or just watch the turtles swimming by before we headed out to some sort of activity. At night the place was quiet, no loud music or loud traffic. The neighborhood felt very safe, we would walk down the beach or the street and just enjoy the fresh evening air. There is a lot to do within a few minute drive, Lahaina has a ton of shopping, food trucks, beaches, snorkeling and just about anything else you need. Just north take a drive to the many lookouts and beaches, you won't be disappointed. Overall we loved our stay here and plan on staying again in the future!

This was our 4th trip to Maui and the first at this property. We loved that both bedrooms had ocean balconies! The property was well stocked and clean. Could use a couple extra beach towels. We did have a couple plumbing issues, the management company got someone out to look at things. One of the bathrooms didn’t have hot water at the faucet for most of the trip but we made it work. Parking is a little tight. Even with the couple issues, one of the best places we have stayed! I would highly recommend this property!
