We enjoyed staying at ali’i villa and very grateful for Paul for hosting us! He helped a lot. The place had everything we needed just wish there was some boogie boards and snorkels for us whenever we went to the beach but it was no biggie. The only downside that I didn’t like was in the bathroom the shower liner needs to be changed out because it looked moldy but overall our stay was great for 6 days! Would definitely come back.

Great location right by the sea where you can see the sunset very well every night. The room was great as well - it is provided with everything you need for making food and beach supplies like chairs and sand toys as well. The host also kept in constant contact and was very considerate, doing everything he could to make our stay better which was greatly appreciated. We had a great stay here and hope to return someday

Great location right by the sea where you can see the sunset very well every night. The room was great as well - it is provided with everything you need for making food and beach supplies like chairs and sand toys as well. Great location! Condo had everything needed, was like being in a home with all the necessities. Short drive to all the happening hot spots. Beautiful beaches close by. Great sunset view from patio.
Would definitely stay here again.

I booked very late with little reviews, a little apprehensive.
I shouldn’t have been, the owners communication was impeccable, proactive and helpful all through my stay.
The unit is fantastic,,really well stocked, so much I even cooked in a few times. Lots of towels, supplies and hot water! Great coffee machine and the most amazing TV.
On site parking right by the unit, great pool and AC. Laundry in the unit too.
If was staying in Kona again, I’d look at this unit for availability straight away.
You won’t be disappointed you stayed here!
