This property is the best place we’ve ever stayed in! Everything you needed for the beach was supplied. We would go to the beach all day and then to the clubhouse and pool for drinks and sunset. The Hali’i Kai property was so serene and quiet and we were able to completely relax. The condo is perfect with two large bedrooms and baths on opposite ends. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and make your morning coffee. We loved eating breakfast out on the lanai where the view over the golf course and ocean is gorgeous! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful condo with us we can’t wait to come back!!!

We stayed for one week to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The sunset from the lanai was amazing. We spent many evenings at the Ocean Club for sunset dinners. My husband golfed and it was fun to watch him come right down the hole right in front of our bldg. I highly recommend this condo. Mary and Bob were extremely helpful and kind.

We stayed 8 nights to celebrate our 40th anniversary and it was wonderful. The pictures of the property were spot on. The sunsets from the balcony were awesome! The layout was great and the kitchen had everything you would need to make meals if desired. They had a guest closet with beach gear and it was great having beach chairs and towels available.
The location of the property was great. Very short walk to the pool, gym and clubhouse. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant and highly recommend it.
The areas that we snorkeled were close drives and we enjoyed the neighborhood.
When I did contact owner/manager with questions, they were quick to respond. They had a great guest book that had a lot of information about the local area and things to do, which we did reference.
If we make it back to the Big Island, we will stay at this property again!

This place was clean, close to good beaches, had everything you needed in terms of going to the beach. The pool area is beautiful and has amazing dinner/drinks. Any questions we had, the ownera were super responsive and helpful! I cannot say enough about how great they were to us, especially with the recent wildfires. We loved it here!

The pictures do not do this condo justice. The view is amazing and the location is good. Everything was as described. Me and my husband celebrated our anniversary while we were there and the host left us a card and welcome basket. We will definitely be renting this place again in our next trip to the island.

We rented this condo primarily because of it's easy access to the pool, and the wonderful Activity Closet; both of which worked out ideally. The cooler, umbrella, chairs and boogey boards in the Activity Closet made a visit to Hapuna Beach possible. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in our dinners. The owner's responded to all questions within less than 24 hours. We enjoyed joining other residents out on the golf course to watch the sunsets. This is no reflection on the condo or the owners, but the community pool by it's design and depth is more appealing for adults and lounging. The "entertainment" value of the pool is rather limited for an 8 year old.

We had a great experience at Hali'i Kai 11A. The unit was very clean and well maintained. It was also well stocked with what we needed for the kitchen and beach. And Mary was great with communication. If you need a good spot in Waikoloa, you can't wrong with this one.

We loved everything about this place. Location was perfect! I walked daily to the local coffee shop at kings shoppes and groceries at queens shoppes. Amazing amenities. Beautiful resort style living without the business of a hotel.

Thank you Mary and Bob for preparing a perfect condo in Hali'i Kai! The unit is fresh, clean, and has everything you need to hit the beaches... pack your swimsuit. The view from the deck is fantastic. We were lucky to see the sunrise and full moon set one morning. The beach closet has chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and even snorkel gear for a perfect day at the beach. We loved Hapuna and Kua bay. From this unit, the club pool is an easy walk. Enjoy a great happy hour and sunset dinners. The poke salad is excellent!! There is no doubt we will stay here again.

The owners have created a special slice of paradise with many thoughtful features that help the visitor ease into island life. We enjoyed hours on the lanai watching the golfers and the ocean view. It was so relaxing to be able to walk to the ocean or to the club for dinner. A beautiful spot to detach, unwind and enjoy! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. Perfect location at the resort, close to the Ocean Club facilities. We’ve stayed at this resort before and this condo’s location was by far the best for all aspects on offer - pool, bar, restaurant, tennis courts.
Condo is clean and comfortable and well equipped for all your vacation needs - from sports equipment, to beach chairs and umbrella.

I have stayed in 3 other units in this complex and I think this one was my favorite! It was comfortable with the rugs so the floor was not so cold. The view was the best as the location to the Ocean Club was perfect. I would hope to return next spring!

The property was excellent. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants but quiet and comfortable. The pool was crowded, and by about 10a all the lounge chairs were full, but not unexpected during the holiday season. Property managers were immediately responsive to all questions. The washer and dishwasher were unexpectedly loud, so consider running those during the day. A very nice place to stay!

Nice condo with a lanai that overlooks the fairway and the ocean. Has all the needed amenities for eating in. Very large two bedrooms and finished bathrooms. Easy walk to the Ocean Club for swimming and dining.

Our stay in Hali'i Kai 11A was fantastic. The view of the ocean sunsets from the lanai were amazing. Checking in was a breeze with Helen. It was great to have beach towels and ice chest supplied in the condo for our excursions. We would love to stay here again.

Absolutely love it at Hali’i Kai. Large well decorated and well stocked apartment with wonderful view. This will be our go to home on the Big Island from now on. Communication was always instant from the owner. Highly recommend. Tremendous value!!!

Condo was awesome. Everything was very high end. Really appreciated the extra touches like the welcome basket. Also, having access to the beach chairs, umbrella and other supplies was a huge help. The pool, bar and dining area were also great. Very quiet at night. Couldn't ask for a better experience and would definitely go back. If I had to suggest one improvement it would be to get a quieter dishwasher.

11A was nicely stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was really nice to have 4 beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear as we visited beaches in the morning and spent afternoons at the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals in the unit and plenty of supplies so we didn’t have to purchase essentials like laundry soap, plastic bags, etc. Parking right outside the unit!
Mary was great at communicating with us and fulfilled every request. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the big island. I highly recommend this vrbo unit!

We've stayed at the Hali'i Kai a few times. For this unit, we enjoyed how close it was to the pool. The condo is well taken care of and the kitchen has everything you would need. Communication with the owners was easy.
There were chairs and some beach toys. It would have been helpful if there was a beach umbrella. We ended up renting one at the Big Island Motorcycle Co. They also had some snorkeling equipment but we ended up renting from Snorkel Bob to get gear that fit.
Overall, it was a great stay!

We had a great time at 11A Halii Kai. Community is great and has probably the best sunset in the island from the pool area. The unit was perfect for our family. It felt like we were home the whole time we stayed here. Mary our host was very accommodating and very prompt with our inquiries. Definitely A+ property!
