Located across the street from popular White Sands Beach and along the iconic Ali’i Drive; walk, run, bike or drive along this beautiful coastline. Conveniently located across the street from Magics Beach Grill as well, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magics Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.
Head south to Keauhou and you’ll find restaurants and shopping as well as the Sheraton Resort and Keauhou Bay. If you travel North into the heart of Kailua Kona, you’ll come across the Hulihe’e Palace, Kona Pier, quaint shops and restaurants and more!
White Sands Village is a favorite location of couples, families and groups. Amenities include pool, spa, BBQ and picnic area. After a day of hiking, rest your tired bones in the sauna or relax by the pool with one of the books from the travel library. If you are feeling competitive, play a few round of 8 Ball on the communal pool table.
This fresh and clean condo is a favorite location of couples, families and groups! When entering #327, the Primary bedroom will be just inside on the left of the hall.
This room features a private, en suite bathroom with washer/dryer. Across the hall is the guest bedroom with two twin beds. Both bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage for guest use. There is a guest bathroom accessible from the hallway and features a full shower and bathtub.
The kitchen opens up to the spacious dining and living room. You can chat with your family and friends while preparing a delicious meal. Enjoy a cup of Kona coffee on your lanai while taking in the scents of the local flowers and the ocean. You can close up the home and chill your sunburn in the AC after a long day of adventuring .

-There is an elevator and an additional 10 stairs to the unit
- All guests must check in at White Sands office no later than 24 hours after arrival. Registration forms can be found in the condo.
- There is one parking spot available for overnight parking.
***At this time the tennis courts located within the complex are not usable as they were undergoing renovation and the work had to be stopped to research possible archeological impacts of the project. We are sorry for any inconvenience.***
*The Hawai'i County Department of Parks and Recreation closed La'aloa Beach Park (the closed parking lot including the cultural sites along the water that are across from the Keauhou Bldg driveway). The south end of Magic Sands Beach Park is also closed for construction improvements. Both projects will run concurrently and are expected to be completed in approximately 7-8 months. The beach portion of the park remains open and Water Safety Officers of the Hawai'i Fire Department continue their oversight of ocean activities there.

Pros - location near the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops - Facilities: well-kept pool, bbq, pool table, books, and board games available to borrow. - When you arrive you’ll find a cold water bottle inside the fridge and snacks- Snorkeling, beach umbrellas, chairs small cooler and even cart for caring Cons - need improvement: - The mattress in the main bedroom will provide a horrible night's rest- A couple of shower towels had wholes and bed sheets are worn-down - Kitchen pots and pans and utensils are old and only a few small pans so cooking for a family of 4 can be challenging - Sofa could be updated

I really liked this property as the location and the lanai were excellent! The downside was the condo looked clean, but after walking barefoot for less than 5 minutes, my feet were black so we ended up wearing slippers the entire time. Also the shower doors on the showers had terrible soap scum which did not make me feel confident that they were actually clean. The linens and towels were also dingy and old looking, and one towel actually had large holes in it. The beds could also use to be replaced as they were saggy and squeaked a lot. The pool was not great for small children as it gets deep very fast with very little shallow area and there is no jumping allowed. I would love to stay here again, I just hope its a bit cleaner feeling next time.

The AC unit did not work. Took 3 days to get fixed. The washer/dryer did work. The beds were all very uncomfortable. We attempted to work with the management company to resolve these issues. After very poor follow up and with still unresolved basic necessities not working as advertised, we left the property early.

Our family of 4 (including 2 adult daughters) stayed for 6 days. The girls appreciated having twin beds. The apartment was very clean except for lint on the vent in the master bath; no trouble with bugs (and the monthly insect treatment was scheduled the day we left). The lanai has a view of the ocean; the beach across the street had high surf so only experts were out in the waves, but was fun to watch, and the beach seemed to be a big social spot. There is a great restaurant across the street, but other than that, all other stores and restaurants are several miles north. The kitchen was well-appointed with modern appliances, and out on the balcony were beach supplies including an ice chest, chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. The unit is 3 floors ABOVE covered parking; we discovered the elevator at the other end of the building the day after we arrived. The bed in the master BR was bouncy. The lighting in the main room was on the dim side, and there are no ceiling lights on the balcony for after dark, which would be nice. The unit was very spacious. Great visit, we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Arrived to find condo 81 degrees. Air conditioning took a full day to get to 74 degrees. Tile work and countertops are brand new….but all cabinets are from the 1970’s and dirty. Overall, the unit was clean but needs new dishes and some decent furnishings. Would probably not stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family. There were nice updates, a washer and dryer inside our unit, and a gorgeous view from the lanai. The beach is across the street, which made it easy to enjoy the soft sand within minutes of leaving our doorstep.

Tgw resort was great. Caldwell bankers were not. Made us pay again because htey said not paid even after their employ ahd contacted us before trip and said htey had straightened it out and did have out payment.
