The condo was perfect for our family. Our granddaughter Sophia referred to it as our Hawaii home and that it just the way it made us feel. The lanai was so relaxing, we had Kona coffee in the morning and wine at night. The condo had everything you needed for a day at the beach. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the general condition and maintenance of the property. Very nice homely feel. Spacious apartment. Gated community. All the amenities you would expect, good A/C, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms on main floor and a 2nd floor loft bedroom. Lots of TV channels. Very clean. Good location...easy drive to airport and tourists spots along the way. Supermarket around the corner.

This is an amazing place to stay. Many restaurants in the area and just a short drive (10 min) to the pier area where you can find all the shopping, food, entertainment, and excursions, and beaches you would need for a great vacation. The house is perfect for a group of friends or family. It has lots of indoor and outdoor space for gathering or relaxing. The hosts were attentive and responsive. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here as a pit stop to our adventures on the big island. The property was perfectly located for us, slightly south of town but convenient to grocery stores, drug stores, etc. Just a short car ride to downtown and the restaurants.
This is the perfect property to watch the sun set over the pacific. While not ideal for swimming, the shoreline and small beach were just steps away. A private paradise with only a handful of other guests in sight.

We had an awesome stay at the condo, Keahhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! It was super clean and super comfortable and we recommend it to others, and would also love to stay there again when we go back to Kona. We had two minor issues over the weekend and on Monday they were quick to resolve. The dishwasher latch broke, and they had someone there by 10:30am to repair it. And the dryer needed a reset so they walked us through where the breaker board was and once we reset the breaker, all was well. Mervilyn was very friendly on the phone, and Blake was super helpful and kind over texting.I wish we were still there!!Thanks for such an awesome stay.

Location and a/c excellent. Very spacious unit accurately described. Directions and instructions were accurate. Although we were aware of spiral staircase, we didn't realize how difficult navigating it would be--even dangerous. We found the lockbox to be old and worn. Had to hold cover in place when entering code to get it open. It would have been helpful to know that you must re-enter code to get cover back on. The toilets are old. One of ours backed up on our first day (Saturday). Though property manager kept in touch, we didn't see a plumber 'til Monday. In spite of these 2 issues, we would stay here again.

This property is exactly what you see in the photos-beautiful, clean and all the island feelings you expect away from home. Our first trip to the Big Island for a family wedding at the Kona Outrigger made it very special. We were close to the festivities-without being at the resort with the rest of our extended family:) Looking forward to returning again for an extended stay-thank you for sharing your home and island with us.

Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, excellent ventilation and split A/C. Central to everything we wanted to do on the west side of the island. Lovely views, nice pool, walkable to several beach areas for just hanging out as well as swimming/snorkeling. Loved the inclusion of the stack of literature for local points of interest — we checked out the Kanaloa Octopus Farm and it was truly an amazing, likely otherwise impossible visit. A great place to stay in a wonderful part of the world!

Unit was great and perfect for our family with 3 kids (9,7,3). All sorts of extras were there for our use - a cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, kitchen supplies (blender, mixing bowls, etc). Internet worked well. Unit would get a little warm during the hot days, but cooled off nicely for sleeping. Beautiful balcony with ocean and sunset views. Walking access to tide pools on the beach where we saw sea turtles! Overall excellent! Would stay here again for sure!

We loved this condo! My husband, two teenagers, and my elderly parents stayed in this unit. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the homey feel! We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai for all of our meals, and just to relax and visit. There’s a grocery store just blocks away. Ten minute walk to excellent snorkeling. The pool was nice. No beach access here. Nice golf course right beside the resort. There were several bar-b-ques available to use. We had some trouble getting into our unit and the rental staff was readily available to help us gain entry. We highly recommend staying here!! The nighttime Manta Ray snorkel excursion is a must see!

The space is great, all the amenities make it feel like staying at home, but you're in Kona! Just a short walk to a great surf/snorkel beach. Having the 3rd sleeping area made it possible for us to have our own space when needed. The lanai was the kids' favorite place other than the pool! Also, do glad to have the A/C in the afternoon. Blake (our rental agent) was very responsive to any inquiries and overall, the stay was excellent.

The property was adjacent to the Kona Country Club and was very quiet and lovely views. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and I would not recommend it for the elderly. The unit was very big and open and had ample space to accommodate 6 guests even though we only had 3. The complex had a nice pool, tennis courts, ping pong tables, gas grills and a private beach. The tidepools left fish, urchins and occasional sea turtles. A pod of dolphins can be seen beyond the reefs. The only issue we had was the internet. Although the wifi was present, it would often say the router had to be reset. So after so many resets, we abandoned the internet and relied on the cell signal. Overall the place and complex were great. If we are fortunate enough to travel back to the Islands, we would not hesitate to stay here.

Chose this condo for a family vacation and happy we did! It was quiet with a large covered patio which we really enjoyed. Unit is roomy with plenty of towels and beach necessities like chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers, umbrella, nice bonus which was unexpected. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking although the cookware could be updated, nonstick pans need replacement. The location is perfect, we walked to three beaches, shopping center and restaurants. We all loved the big island the condo, planning to return soon.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay here. Unit had everything we needed, including beach towels and some beach items. WiFi did not work but we weren’t here to use internet all day, so it wasn’t a deal breaker. Washer and dryer was a huge plus, could have easily packed much less. Photos were accurate. Kitchen and bathrooms looked clean. Some areas of the bedrooms could use a bit more dusting. Resort was quiet, safe, nice pool, and friendly people. Not many restaurants within walking distance, so did a lot of driving to the grocery store and eateries. We had cockroaches and geckos visit our condo daily, that’s just part of island life. Walking distance to Kahaluu Beach, epic snorkeling. Knutson provided good customer service from booking through checkout. Mahalo.

We stayed in March of 2018. Our family of 6, 2 parents, 3 teenagers and grandma, were very comfortable here. The unit is on the 3rd floor and overlooks a quiet backyard area from a very spacious deck. On the deck we found beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards that we used all week. Everything was in good working order. In fact appliances were replaced the day before we arrived. There is a grocery store less than a mile away with a number of other retail stores and restaurants in the same mall area. There was a very nice communal grilling area, pool and tennis courts. There is a small beach and plenty of water views s short walk through the complex. There was some confusion with the booking of the reservation because management of the unit changed after we made our reservation. It all worked out, but caused me some nervous moments. The owners were great as the date got closer and we were able to extend an extra day without any hassle.

Great location, pool, and the pictures accurately reflect the accommodations. Kay (the owner) was great and responsive to any questions or concerns. Great to have condiments, spices and coffee filters available. Walked to the beach every morning for a quick snorkel and the Cooke monument is just a short drive in the other direction (a must for snorkelling). Thank you Kay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your rental 😊

The condo was very clean and well kept. The bedrooms were spacious and airy. Lani was very nice with peekaboo views of the ocean and lush landscape of the grounds. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Close to the Bbq's. The complex had a very nice pool and tennis courts. Complex was easy to find and close to local beaches and shopping.

The house and area were beautiful. We picked this place because it was air conditioned, but they only had a small unit that cooled one bedroom. If you are looking for a place with air conditioning, this isn' t it. If you don't mind the heat, it is great.

This property was exceptional! All the appliances were up to date, clean and functional. A good selection of everything needed to home cook, including coffee maker, grinder and cutting boards. Everything was spotlessly clean and well organized. Towels, dish & laundry soaps, beach towels and even a great selection of beach gear. (Snorkel gear can be rented just down Allii drive) The lanai was large and nicely breezy. We woke every morning to birds singing in the garden. The location was perfect as it afforded quiet and privacy but not to far from town and resteraunts. We walked to the snorkel beach every morning. Golf coarse is right down the road. We cannot give enough praise to the property management (C and H properties). Every concern or question was addressed or answered promptly and courteously. They even delivered my mothers disabled parking pass to us at the condo which a family member had mailed to their office. We will highly recommend this property and C & H Properties to all our friends.

We had a very nice stay at this property at the Surf & Racquet Club. Overall the condo was very comfortable and spacious. The unit had everything we needed - kitchen supplies, towels/beach items, laundry in the unit, a pack-and-play for our little one, and the development (the Surf & Racquet Club) was fantastic - a great pool, communal gas grills, short walkways right on the ocean, a good supermarket a half-mile away, and a 10-15 minute drive into town. We were very happy with our stay and would happily return if we come back to the Big Island.
