Excellent property. Best appointed property that we have enjoyed in Hawaii. Management was responsive to our questions. Great location. Beds are comfortable. 3 bedroom, 3 Bath worked very well for our stay with 3 couples. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Garage accommodated our 2 cars. Beach supplies were used (snorkel, chairs, etc.) and appreciated. Surroundings were lush and well kept. Amazing place from which to enjoy Kauai!

We had an amazing time in Kauai. This location was nearly unbeatable and Kristen was an amazing host/manager. We quickly made friends with locals in the neighborhood and they showed us the quick access to the trail that took us straight down to a beautiful/nearly private beach. The condo was very clean and wonderfully taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and the owner also provided many toys/equipment for the beach experience. Thanks so much for making our vacation so amazing!

Large, top floor condo in nice complex. Garage door remote and keypad did not work, but not a huge issue. Kids loved the pool, kitchen was well-stocked, A/C was sufficient and the tech (Wi-Fi, TV, etc.) worked without any issues. Decor was very heavy on Tommy Bahama with local antiques/vintage items mixed in. We were only there for three nights, but it would be a comfortable place to stay longer and take more advantage of things the condo (e.g. bikes) and surrounding area has to offer.

Has everything you need to pack light - towels, snorkels, fins, chairs, floaties, coolers and so on. Everything well organized.

We loved the property as it was a beautiful home equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. The kitchen was fully stocked with every item we could ask for and we loved using the surfboards, bikes and loaner water shoes. I highly recommend staying here .

Our stay was short but unforgettable. This property was very well maintained and appointed. Quality bedding, linens, furniture, showers and they even provided all the kitchen utensil, cookware and appliances we could ever want. We loved our stay, it was in a quiet neighborhood and there were always people walking around so we chatted with a few families while there. The lanai was beautiful, a great place for breakfast and dinner. There was whole home AC which was a nice feature in July. I would love to book again when I next visit

Loved our stay at Nihilani 11a. The complex is beautiful. Our specific condo was really well maintained and beautiful. We would definitely stay again. It had a very well stocked kitchen and many beach items to use. Plenty of good chairs, boogie boards and bikes. We loved it!

We had a wonderful experience renting this condo. It was very well stocked and the staff checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The coffee maker was not working properly so a new one was delivered in an appropriate amount of time. Overall the unit was very clean, but the owner suite shower could use a deep clean and a new shower curtain in one of the bathrooms.

The condo is decorated as beautifully as the photos. The owner definitely has excellent taste from the furniture to the art on the walls. This home does not look like your typical rental. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Especially loved all the storage containers! Large lanai that we could all enjoy together - sitting, sipping and dining. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs as well as other beach toys and bikes. The road in front of the home gets a little noisy at times but nothing to worry about and always quiet in the evenings. The pool, grills and trash disposal very nearby and convenient. We would definitely recommend!

Stayed in Poipu the first portion of our trip and then moved to this condo for the last couple days. Wish we had booked this condo for longer because it was amazing and super spacious. Great amenities throughout the unit and more stuff than you can ever use in the kitchen. Loved that this unit is across from the pool as well and would HIGHLY recommend this property!!!

This property certainly meets all expectations and more. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Great pool/ hot tub area equipped with grills for guest usage. We like morning walks and this area provided plenty of walking including an area around the close by golf course, views of Hanalei bay just to cover a few of our walks. Nothing negative to report the only issue was with the garage door and a call to the Realty company quickly fixed the problem.

Perfect for our six family members. Location was convenient and centrally located for all things in the Princeville area. Condo was in really nice condition and it felt clean. Upon arrival breakfast on the veranda were a highlight. We would stay here again and recommend it for others with a similar size of family.

I can't say enough great things about this condo. It is located across the street from a very nice pool and hot tub. Two grills are located in the pool area and also couple of tables.
We had six adults and the condo was spacious, bright, and clean. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the nice covered porch.
They also provided 4 bicycles, numerous beach chairs, sand toys, snorkel equipment, and several coolers.
We really enjoyed our time. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

If this unit is available for your vacation time, don’t hesitate to book it. Everything about it sets you up for a perfect experience. It’s beautiful, modern, immaculately clean, perfect location for enjoying all Kauai has to offer, a quiet neighborhood with your balcony deck right across from a large waterfall and you are just a few doors down from the pool and hot tub and is equipped with every imaginable accessory you could want The kitchen is fully stocked. There are games and videos for evenings at home. The garage has many toys to take out and use for your day’s adventures —boogie boards, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, spare beach shoes, coolers, etc,etc, etc. it’s all great. The management is soooo helpful. They get back to you quickly with any communication and keeping you informed so check in/out was smooth. The garage door spring snapped on closure one night when we came in so our cars were locked in and management got right on it and lined up the repair guy who came over before eight the next morning and had it replaced within minutes. This was amazing as it was a Sunday morning. Didn’t miss a beat of our vacation. Thank you so much for maintaining such a wonderful home away from home. Great price/value as well. BOOK THIS CONDO!!!

This is a spacious apartment in a nice development. It’s well equipped with everything you need. There’s bikes also which is a nice touch.The location isn’t ideal if you want nice restaurants as there’s only one nearby the rest are basic takeout.

The condo was absolutely perfect! The pool area and hot tub are just a quick walk across the street. The surrounding area is just as gorgeous as the resort. Beautiful mountain views make for an enjoyable morning walk or bike ride. The location was perfect for us. We were super close to Haneli bay and many beautiful beaches. The condo was decorated beautifully and was super clean. There were large bottles of shampoo and conditioner available as well as several hair dryers. Everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kauai and our stay in our townhouse. The property was beautiful and very well supplied. The only reason I can’t give a phenomenal rating is because the air conditioner broke on our 2nd day and it was very warm for the next 3 nights. However, the management contact was notified and we are supposed to receive a 20% reduction on the 3 nights without A/C. It was a nice gesture on their part.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was warm, homey, and immaculately clean which allowed us to settle in and relax. Host and management were responsive, kind, and generous in supplying additional items to make our stay memorable (beach towels, chairs, bogey boards, snorkel gear), it allowed us to have a full and relaxing experience. We stayed here with a family of adults and kids.
Pros:
-great kitchen with everything you need for lots of cooking
-nice pool
-great location
-feels cozy and clearly someone cares about the condo
Cons:
-management company is poor, they seem to know about problems but don't fix them. The front door lock still doesn't work (see previous reviews commenting on this problem --and being in Hawaii has nothing to do with fixing it, you can buy this lock at big box store for $100). The main freezer still doesn't work and will not keep food frozen (also, see previous reviews commenting on this problem).
-garage is a bit tight for a large SUV or van, street parking is not allowed
The actual condo deserves 5 stars. But the management company takes it down to 4 stars, sorry to say.

This condo was clean and well stocked- we really appreciated the bikes and beach equipment. The quiet, residential neighborhood made for a calm, serene atmosphere when we got home from a day of hiking, kayaking or snorkeling. It was easy to get out an explore Hanalei and the North shore. The garage was a tight fit for our rental car- a Jeep Grand Cherokee- just something to be aware of.

We had a great time. The Condo was awesome. Well stocked. Clean. We did have a few snags, though, and I was on the fence in giving 4 vs 5 stars. The keypad didn’t work when we checked in which caused us to have to call the emergency number at 11:30 at night to be able to get into the condo. They weren’t able to fix the keypad for the whole stay so we had to use the spare key. This became and issue since we had 3 different couples staying in the same condo and we weren’t always coming and going at the same time. The freezer also didn’t work and it took the property manager a full 24 hours to respond to the freezer issue plus another question we had. But overall the place was really nice and the issues were ultimately resolved, so I felt a 5 star rating was appropriate.

Great trip, we had plenty of room to spread out, we traveled with our 2 adult children, everyone had their own room and bathroom, it was perfect. The landscaping around the property was beautiful, I loved sitting on the Lani to soak in the beauty all around me. The Kitchen was well stocked, all you need to do is buy food. Everything you need for the beach is provided, I highly recommend this condo.

This condo under promised and over delivered! It had every amenity and I mean EVERY AMENITY. Every room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was incredible to cook in (pictures do not do it justice) and had every utensil you could ever need. The garage had a great variety of beach supplies and bikes. It was so nice to grab an umbrella and some chairs and head right to the beach. The pool and facilities are beautiful and peaceful. This is very obviously someone's home and not just a rental. I would absolutely book this property again.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We have stayed at many vrbo’s over the years and without a doubt this was the best equipped we have ever stayed in. We found everything we could possibly needed to cook our meals every day, Great to have bikes and beach toys. Just one glitch we arrived to find an apartment size fridge to use, the large regular fridge was not working. These things happen but it would have been nice if someone had let us know before we arrived with our very large Costco grocery shop! Very limited freezer space. Hope it gets fixed soon for other guests to enjoy this beautiful home.

Probably the best property we have stayed at!!! Absolutely everything we needed in the condo for cooking, entertaining, bikes and all the beach gear we needed. Great pool and hot tub that the kids used everyday.
Great location for all the North Shore locations and the island is small enough that it was convenient for the East and South also.

The rental experience was excellent. Unit was great and well stocked. Quiet and close to the pool. The only issue was the refrigerator in the kitchen did not work. The was a secondary fridge but it was not overly large. We should have been informed that the kitchen fridge did not work as we put food in it then went out. Contacted reservation company but a response was never received. Absolutely loved the unit otherwise.
