Marine Surf was a great place to stay for exploring Waikiki and Honolulu. There are lots of nice restaurants and food trailers in walking distance. The condo was updated and had all we needed for making breakfast and sandwiches in the kitchenette. The included parking spot worked was a big selling point over other condos we looked at. Alii Beach Rentals clearly communicated all the rules and instructions and the mobile app made check in a breeze.

Pros:
The place was spotless, modern, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was a plus, and the location was excellent, and the parking is convenient. The TV worked, the communication and the check in was incredibly easy.
Cons:
A little loud at night, and the shower 1. not so much pressure, and the water wouldn't stay one temp. it kept fluctuating.
Bottom line;
This place is an incredible value.

This studio unit Is ideal and perfect for a couple however the location whilst ideal right in the heart of town, walkable to the beach it does mean you get a lot of street noise

1803 had everything we needed-AC, kitchen, a parking space (though the space is tight even for a Camry), close to shops and restaurants, beach close by, and a good location to explore the whole island.

Same as other reviewers comments, great location @heart of Waikiki beach, close to all kinds of shopping mall and restaurants. We booked the condo because of the free parking, but if you want a good sleep, this one is not the place you want it. You will be woke up all night because of siren sound of police car, people talking on the street, you can hear clear of people in next room talking@5am. Nothing privacy in this condo. Of course you will be up @5am by all kinds of bird sound, traffic sound, wind and wave sound, and you feel that you have a long whole day to get around the island. I don't recommend you stay this Ali rental unit unless you need a free parking space like me. One more to complain, the shower system is do bad, you never figure out how to get a hot/cold water right, they are so weak and small volume. Overall they need to remodel all the units to fix those issue..

I love this place. This is in downtown waikiki, close to everything. It is FREE PARKING. The place is clean and everything you need is in here already (kitchen needs). Our family loved it. We will stay here again next year. ❤️❤️❤️

The street noise is so loud. Not just annoying loud but wake you from a dead sleep loud. We were instructed to dial for security to let us in after hours for a late check in. No one came. Waited over half an hour and finally just had to sneak in when someone else was leaving in order to get to the mail box to get our keys. Tried to contact the booking agent multiple times over phone and email as we had an emergency flight change. They responded over 14 hours later. Free parking is a positive though. Would not stay again.

We stayed at the 18th floor marine surf. Not only was the room walking distance to many places within waikiki, the elevator to the parking spot made for an easy escape to throughout Oahu.

Overall, it was clean and simple. Bed was comfortable.Noise wasn't too bad. Located near restaurants and like 4 minutes walk to the beach. Only thing I would suggest to management is direction to trash disposal.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit and very much appreciated the parking spot included with the suite. The unit is centrally located with beaches just minutes away. It was handy having a parking spot close to the elevator and the unit is also close to the elevator and laundry facilities. Its was fully stocked and had plenty of towels and supplies. The description stated it had a rice cooker but there wasn’t one, so we let the mgmt team know and within an hour a brand new rice cooker was delivered. The management was super easy to deal with and added to our stay. We would definitely stay there again. My only suggestions would be a dustpan for cleaning and maybe an extra mirror off the cabinet by the bathroom. A really great unit for the price and location. You will not be disappointed.

I've rented apartments from Ali Beach Rentals for several years - this one was disappointing as it was extremely noisy, made wose by the louvered windows. Facing SSE (the morning sun) & without blockout blinds meant the apartment was well lit & bright from approx. 6:00am everyday.

Amazing location and the property is fabulous! So clean and has everything you need, the company is very responsive when contacting them to bring a baking sheet. Having parking is a huge bonus and a short walk to anywhere!

We loved the property. Perfectly described in the ad…loved the location, as everything you could need was close by. Rented the property because it included parking, which was very convenient.
The only drawback was the street noise. Having read other reviews before we booked, we knew to expect it and it was fine with some earplugs for me (light sleeper).

The location in Waikiki is great, it is close to everything you want to walk to. Free parking is also provided which is great. The check-in process was not smooth. I was supposed to buzz for a doorman to let me in. Did this numerous times and no one came. Eventually just went in when someone came out and retrieved my key. Not sure what I would have done if no one was coming out. The communication was absolutely atrocious. Contacted through airbnb when we arrived about an issue with the keys. They didn't respond until the next morning, more than 12 hours later. Our last afternoon we arrived back to the condo with the bathroom and kitchen sink full of sewage. The building maintenance man said it could be from this condo or the one next door, but the neighbors were calling a plumber and we should contact our hosts. I messaged around 4:30 pm. I didn't get a response until the next morning at 5:30 am. So we had our last night with a condo that reeked of sewage. Over 12 hours to respond to a plumbing emergency just isn't acceptable. I wouldn't use Alii beach rentals again just for the lack of response.

The place mentions it had a pool and laundry but doesn't give a location for the pool or no instructions on how to reload the laundry card. I had to walk around and figure everything out on my own. By the time someone answered my question/email I have already figured it out. There is also an oven but no oven tray for cooking. Bought oven food and ended up using the microwave.
