Golf Villas is a great place to stay if you want a quieter vacation away from the bigger resorts. We spent 12 nights in this rental. It was clean and exactly as the listing represented. Adriana, the property manager was very easy to work with and had great communication. This unit does not have its own grill but is super close to the grill at the pool. It was clean and worked great. We used the pool/spa almost everyday. Plenty of loungers and very few people. Pool is heated warm enough to swim after the sun goes down. Fitness room is well equipped but can get pretty warm. Beach Club access was so nice. Great snorkeling and always empty loungers even if we went later in the day. Napua Restaurant was under construction but still operational and the food was great - ordered to go and ate on the beach. Close to shops and Foodland.
Garage has some beach toys/chairs for guest use. We did have a few nights where the a/c wouldn’t come on and it got pretty warm inside, the ceiling fans helped some. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at The Golf Villas.

We had a great time at Mauna Lani Golf Villas. The condo was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for our trip. The beach club parking card was the best part for easy access to the Mauna Lani beach club and ocean. The resort had a great pool and small exercise room to use, and was quiet and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay, in town for a wedding at the Hilton down the road. Great place to retreat to at the end of the day. Comfortable beds, good kitchen, very clean and comfy. Used a cooler from the garage for a day trip. Could have stayed longer!

We loved staying at your property. Thanks for sharing it us! Everything was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! We enjoyed the near by grocery store, coffee shop, pizza restaurant Knead and Bake and Juice 101 was our daughters’ favorite. Only negative is we couldn’t figure out the TV in the loft area which our girls were looking forward to. Not a problem as we were going during the day but would have been nice at bedtime.
The pool was stunningly beautiful and warm!! Also, so close to your condo. Steps from where we parked our rental car. We loved being there and hope to come back someday. Many thanks!!

It's convenient to the Mauna Lani golf courses, only 3 minutes by car. Most facilities are no more than 6-7 minutes by car within the Mauna Lani resort. If you are walking, it's more of a short hike towards the resort, hotels and restaurants. The unit was in great condition with a very good kitchen. The tub in one of the bathrooms was having problems draining but the managing agent resolved the issue the next day. The washer and dryer were very convenient for our stay. Overall, a great stay and I would stay there again.

Had a lovely time, unit was as promised, well equipped, beds were comfy, location was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to the beach club, or a quick drive. Same to the lovely black sands beach. Pool was a short (very) walk away. All in all a lovely place to relax for a week.

Very clean and well maintained. It had a well stocked kitchen as far as things like baggies, foil, spices, etc. Actually, probably the best out of any I have stayed at. Loved the beach club we had access to. It had fabulous snorkeling. The pool in the complex was very nice and clean.

Mostly all good. A few things could be improved. This is based on and comparing 12 years staying at different properties at Mauna Lani Golf Villas We did not receive enough toilet paper for an 11 night stay. Shower should have had shampoo, body wash, conditioner either in mounted dispensers or in bottles. Cookware could have been better, non-stick frying pans with plastic spatulas.

We stayed in this condo with our young kids (ages 4 and 7) for ten days and loved the setup and location. We alternated pool days and beach days, with quick day trips to Waimea and Volcanoes Natl Park. The kids loved sharing the loft and we didn't wish for a single thing while staying at the condo. A perfect getaway for our family.

Third time staying at the Mauna Lani Golf Villas. The access to the beach club, the pool and grounds, great beaches close by, and easy access to a grocery store always make this location an easy pick. The property manager, Adriana, was very responsive and easy to work with.

We spent a week after Christmas here with our kids and their friends (6 people total) and it was comfortable for our crew. The location is nice -- close enough to the shopping and beach areas but remote enough to be quiet. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and food storage, but bring your own spices that you use frequently because condos rarely have a big supply. There are quite a few beach supplies in the garage including boogie boards, snorkel gear, kids beach toys, chairs and towels so we didn't have to rent anything.
The complex itself is nice. The pool is not huge, but it wasn't crowded either, even though it was a major holiday. The exercise room has decent equipment, but the Covid restrictions make it hard to use because so few people are allowed in. Sign up for your spots the moment you arrive if the pandemic is still a thing when you go. The area is well located with the Mauna Lani Beach Club a mile one direction and the main shopping area a mile in the other. The beach area has a good kayak/SUP rental shack (although it was not open every day) and a restaurant/bar. The shopping area is half empty right now, probably due to two years of the pandemic being so hard on areas businesses which was sad to see but I'm sure it will make a comeback because this is a nice resort area.
Finally, Adriana was very responsive and helpful in getting us ready for the trip. We had some timing issues with flights and our car which was made easier because of her flexibility for early check-in and late check-out. Don't hesitate to reach out to her if you need something and I'm sure she'll do her best to help.
If there is a drawback, I'd say the photos don't give a true sense of how open the loft is. It is fine for sleeping, but not for people who want to go to bed early or get up late. It's a nice little space, but it's open to all the noise. We kind of expected that, so it wasn't an issue, but the photos don't really show it so just be aware.
Overall, this is a good condo for the money in the Waikaloa area.
