We enjoyed our stay. The reason I gave it four stars rather than 5 was that the bed was so high that my wife needed the stool from the kitchen to get into it. Also, the mattress was too soft for our taste.

The Good: This unit is in a great location, just up the hill from Kam 2 beach. Booking and check in was easy and the unit has new appliances and has been updated. Having beach chairs and and an umbrella was great. The washer/dryer was very convenient. The area has several food options within walking distance.
The Not So Good: The bed was not very comfortable. The edges of the bed were firm but the center of the bed was like a hammock...no support. Unfortunately, it was hard to get a restful night. The bed is doing this great unit a disservice. Please fix or replace it. The bedroom furniture could also be rearranged to give a bit more room.
The complex has 2 nice pools, but no hot tub.

This is the perfect location for our stay in Kihei. We had a wonderful time and loved the space. We enjoyed early morning breakfasts on the patio freshly cooked from the kitchen. The Kamaole beach park II is just a short walk away. Would stay here again!

The place was exactly as described and the pics were spot on. Right in the center of town, very walkable to everything and a great beach right across the street. The unit had everything we needed for prepping foods if we wanted rather than going out for every breakfast. My favorite part of the place was the heavenly mattress and pillows. Slept like a baby! Enjoyed a wonderful stay here!! Unit was great - spacious with lovely finishes, very clean, and everything was in working order; view from the balcony was super - better than expected. The location is fantastic - close to the beach and shops, and a central spot to get to all other parts of the island. Overall it was an extremely easy and pleasant stay - thank you!

We stayed for a week in February 2023 and liked the updates to the unit, the location is perfect, and check in process was easy. We had some issues with the bathroom smelling like cigarette smoke from someone who was breaking the rules and smoking inside. The smell was strong on the walls, but the property owner refunded our cleaning fee to make it right which we appreciated. While the unit has been recently updated, the supplies in the unit (skillets, beach chairs, knives) were lacking. BUT the property manager kindly replaced all of the dilapidated items promptly for us so that was great!! Overall, a good experience in a beautiful condo.

The pictures do not do the view from the lanai justice. We enjoyed the sunsets every evening. A great condo in a great area. Close to shopping, many restaurants and the beach is right across the street. I would highly recommend this property.

The location of the unit is great for family friendly beach, lots of food options. Unit is updated but missing some things (eg., no blankets for the pullout sofa bed). The new air conditioner is good but the bedroom sounds like you are in a fish tank with all the gurgling. The mattress in both main bed and sofa are not comfortable. The bathroom is updated but funky layout. The amenities are nice (pickle ball). The management company for this unit was not great at first. Said they sent messages when I had to call VRBO to get information the woman I spoke with at the management company was rude telling me they have proof I opened an email (which I had never seen). They sent instructions to only have my key code not work. Now it’s After 4:30 when their office closed. Finally got someone to send a new code. After hours (Dan) was very nice and helpful.

Good location. Clean and quiet condo complex. Two decent pools. I wish one could close the windows in the bedroom entirely to stop hearing roosters at 4 am. The AC does not reach the bedroom, and the fans give a breeze but cannot lower the temperature there. So, we slept in the living room (with AC and roosters no longer audible).
