It’s a nice unit with a good view! Only problem was it’s right when u get out of the elevator and everyone is passing by the unit.. kinda loud! Also can hear the neighbors phone ringing the whole time! Not a quiet unit! But we’ll kept

いろいろな所に行くのに便利な立地、ラナイからの広々とした眺め、過ごしやすい部屋、ほんの少し浴室の自然劣化はありましたがほぼ気にならず、とても心地よい満足のハワイ旅行となりました。帰国の朝、ラナイから大きな虹がすぐ間近のアラモアナパークから海へ移動して行くのを観ることができて感動でした^o^ また、帰国してから、あ!部屋に忘れ物した!とLei Hawaiiさんに連絡した際、親切なご対応でとても安心しました。結局忘れ物はスーツケースの隙間に見つかりまして、Lei Hawaiiさんその節はお騒がせしましたm(_ _)m次回のハワイもぜひよろしくお願いします&

Good location, lovely hotel. A few simple suggestions to make it a 5-star experience: Provide enough coffee for both guests for each night of the stay (we stayed 3 nights - only received 3 single coffees total). Provide enough shampoo, conditioner and body wash or soap for both for each night (we received enough for each for ONE night). It was stressed that the price is lower, so don't expect too much - but seriously! We had to waste precious hours finding a store and shopping for basic needs that any 2 star hotel provides! Provide 2 wine glasses - none in the unit. Provide a clean coffee maker and a microwave that doesn't have the numbers scratched out! And do maintenance to damaged bathroom door, clean the grout and shampoo carpet to eliminate musty smell (I use a c-pap machine and had to move it to on top of the night stand because it was intensifying the moldy odor at the carpet level). The rest of the unit was in good condition.

The property is on at excellant location. The room was pleasant and the view was great. The only negatives is the refrigerator and coffee pot should be replaced. We would definately stay here again.

Love this place! Very comfortable, clean, amazing location, good amenities and so easy to do my own housekeeping. The ocean view is lovely and noise was minimal during my stay. I felt safe and the staff were helpful and friendly with clear communication. I can't wait to rebook with Lei Hawaii Realty and I'm telling all my friends.

If you don’t care for room service or having your room cleaned and tended to everyday I definitely recommend going through this rental. It’s just like staying at the hotel. I believe more was provided with this room then a standard hotel room rental.

I stayed with my daughter at this property and it was perfect for our Hawaiian vacation. It had some nice touches to make our stay pleasant. Owners were responsive to questions.. The Ala Moana property is lovely!

This is the first time I booked a room through VRBO. Their communication leading up to my arrival was excellent. The room was fine but it would be nice to have had a bed comforter or something more substantial than a blanket. Other than that, it was fine.

I had trouble checking in. The condo's management and the Hotel had bad communication. The Hotel did not or couldn't find the fax from the management team so had no record of the reservation. The management team was prompt answering the after hours phone and called back fairly quick. Was resolved after 45 minutes of waiting. Not fun after hours of travelling

I have been to Ala Moana before. Love everything about it .As you know Lei Hawaii took 2 weeks to refund the money than Ala Moana Hotel should have not charge if Lei Hawaii had paid the fee. 1st day when I arrive the rod of the curtain was broken ,I went to the office the day after and somebody came to fix it and said that it happen all the time. The fridge was totally frozen and make a lot of noise and the bathtub was draining very slow. Now I will wait for Lei Hawaii to send me the $ 300.00 damage deposit. I do not think that I will use Lei Hawaii again. But I love Ala Moana .I have been coming to Hawaii for the past 30 years and more, twice a year for business in Sheraton Waikiki

Amazing island, great place to visit, great wealth super HOT. The hotel was a OK , was not able to go out on the balcony for better view. I was unhappy about there was no FRUITS stand. I wanted to see stand of coconuts, pineapples, sugar canes, mangos and all different kinds of fruits and vegetables.

There was problem with communicating with the host regarding a change in the who would be staying. My daughter had to wait almost an hour to get into her room. This room is very close to the elevators so it could be noisy at times. Otherwise, it was ok.

Staying at the Ala Moana hotel in an individual unit was great for its location and use of all of its amenities. The view was great, the pool was fun, I didn’t use the gym but it was huge and looked nice. The steakhouse, spa and Japanese restaurant in the building were delicious and there were a plethora of great restaurants in the area that could be walked to. My wife and I walked to Waikiki easily and the beach and mall are literally next door. The room was quiet and the view was amazing.
The hiccups that kept this from being perfect were that the room felt a bit old school and the balcony closure. Basically it was just not as nice as I would have thought; One of the set of sheets had a stain on it and the shower-tub was filling up with water during short shower durations. The room could just use a bit of a refresher. But the balcony was my biggest issue. It was in the initial description but was buried under an essay of information so I didn’t actually see it until I got a specific notice of closure a day or 2 before our stay. Basically, we could open the sliding door 4 inches but couldn’t use the balcony at all, which kinda sucks.
Overall, this was a great place to stay and would definitely use this location again if we went back.

No housekeeping because this room is not hotel room its private, can’t use terrace, you got ocean view but from bed, can’t open terrace door, construction 5 days, lot of secret fees. Nice restaurants in hotel. Parking is not free. Amazing location.

Unit was clean tidy and communications with owner were timely. We had slight issues with the shower curtain (mold) and towels (smelly), but once we communicated these issues with the owners, the problems were immediately addressed. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Our experience was mixed. The location is great for shopping and eating. Near ala Moana beach park. The room was fairly clean but carpet and fixtures should be updated. We stayed for a week and after one use our towels quickly smelled like mildew, even though we hung them out to dry. We asked for a change of towels and was told they would look into it, but that we could Wash the towels ourselves at the pay washing machines.

As a local girl going home for a visit, this was the perfect rental. Away from the crowd in Waikiki yet convenient enough to get anywhere. Being next to Ala Moana shopping center is a plus too. I would definitely rent from this property on my next trip.

There was someone smoking in their room near mine (which is surprising because that is such a safety hazard for the entire building). I would suggest more effort from the front desk to highlight this safety concern during check-in and a more substantial fine. Also, it seems that since owners are renting out some of the units at a more affordable rate, this reflects in the clientele. Otherwise, nice modern, large lobby with plenty of elevators. The location is a bit noisy with Ala Moana Blvd nearby.

This place was clean and cozy. The management team was very responsive and professional. Ala Moana boulevard can be a bit noisy, and the high floor would not be recommended for children. It's a good thing I had my proof of negative covid test on my phone because front desk requested that of me, as well as vaccination proof and government id. I applaud these extra measures as they ensure all occupants safety.

My friend and I stayed at this property at the Ala Moana Hotel for 6 nights and had a great time. We were up early every morning to work and loved that we could catch the sunrise from the balcony. We also fully took advantage of the hotel pool and its proximity to the mall as well as the nearby beaches and tour activities. Keep in mind the room doesn't come with much more than the basics though. Beach towels you can borrow from the hotel pool, but we ended up buying our own beach chairs and umbrellas from Walmart nearby. They also don't clean the room at all during your stay, so we had to be careful to not overload the tiny trash cans in the room with takeout containers and water bottles. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at this property!

Receptionist at front desk said I booked for 2 nights. I booked and paid for 3 nights. I kept emails from them. She said probably LEI made a mistake and she would check with them. I never received any confirmation about my reservation.
