This place had everything we needed for our 5 night stay in poipu. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was in the perfect location to serve as our home base for our time exploring Kauai. The place was well cleaned except for some of the kitchen cabinet handles that were sticky, but quick to wipe down ourselves. There is a snorkel gear rental place right across the street, and beach access with lovely snorkeling! We even saw several sea turtles! We would love to stay at this condo again if we are lucky enough to return to Kauai!

Location was perfect and some of our highlight included access to a variety of services including parking, pool and garden area (we loved), restaurants and shopping, beach, view, and so forth. We absolutely LOVED our stay at this condo on the South Shore, in Poipu. Great location, close to some of our favorite beaches. The condo itself was SO cozy - complete with traditional Hawaiian decor, and plenty of air flow for the wonderful trade winds to cool us off. Air conditioning was available but honestly not even necessary thanks to that lovely ocean breeze. It was the perfect place for us.
So grateful to have found this location - we'd love to return.

Well stocked kitchen appliances. Also really appreciated the extra amenities including small ice chest and beach chairs.

Stayed for our Anniversary. This meant a lot to us since this condo we stayed at 16 yrs ago for our Honeymoon as well! Perfect spot in Poipu. Great beach views, the chickens are awesome. The waves and location to everything was great. Condo was clean and comfy, and had everything we needed for our stay.

Never knowing what to expect with a VRBO rental, we were pleasantly surprised and thrilled with PK206! Anything we felt we needed was conveniently provided in the unit: beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, insulated travel cups, lush beach towels, etc., etc. We loved waking up to the view across Prince Kuhio Park and Baby Beach. A convenient walk to Spouting Horn, the small boat harbor, and The Shops at Kukui'ula. An excellent home base while enjoying our stay in beautiful Kauai!

We had a great experience renting this property. The property was as described. It is perfect for two people. Walking distance to the best snorkeling at Lawai Beach and a short drive to Poipu Beach. Saw many sea turtles and seals here. Plenty of places to eat within a short distance. The balcony is a bit small, but we made due.

After a couple of painful nights, we purchased a memory foam mattress topper which helped a lot. We offered to leave it but got an offended response from the owner that told us to throw it in the trash.

The condo was fully appointed ! All that we needed. The tropical gardens were a paradise full of amazing features waterfall and koi pond. The full size pool was nice but a bit too warm. Having so much to explore we didn't spend much time there.

A lovely condo right on the coast. No need for air conditioning due to the lovely breeze off the ocean. The owners were very helpful with lots of good suggestions. We went to several snorkelling sites around the island, and it turned out that some of the best was right across the road.

Lovely view, great little condo unit and well appointed, one big negative: it sits directly above the guest laundry such that the vent air from the large commercial dryers blows right in the patio door, and there is no AC!!! Only book this place if you think you can sleep well in an 85 degree room.

I felt at home right away. It had everything you needed, even a blender and a weight scale which I didn’t see until I was getting ready to leave. I think the condo is very tastefully decorated. They even had instructions on how to work the cable TV. I hope I get to stay here the next time I’m in town. GN, Las Vegas

My husband and I stayed a week in this beautiful condo, and found it had everything required for the perfect vacation. From the towels, to the cookware, to the beach gear, to the giant shower, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.
Though the parking lot and other residents can get a bit noisy during the day, especially the honking whenever the cars are locked, everything quiets down at night and it doesn’t interfere with sleep. The king-sized bed is very firm, yet comfortable.
We absolutely loved our stay, and look forward to our next visit.

This was the pert place for two. The property was as described and the location was ideal. Perfect sunsets every night either from the property or at a popular spot across the street. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Only negative was the couch where tv was located was not comfortable to lounge on. We had a few rainy days which kept us indoors more than anticipated. They had an umbrella for us too! Bathroom was stocked with bath towels and 2 beach towels. Laundry facility was there, but always being used. So having a few extra beach towels would help. Kitchen had all necessary appliances. Unit had 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler for drinks. Freezer had ice makers. Very convenient for two. We enjoyed the cross breeze and the sound of the waves. Super happy with this trip!

My wife and I stayed in Mike and Colleen's place for ten days in February. The condo was very clean and comfortable and came as advertised. The development is very nice, with onsite laundry, grills and a nice pool...also easy parking. The location is what makes this place so great. Right across from a nice snorkeling cove and just a short 2 minute drive to several nice sandy beaches. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and the warm welcome by the owners, who were able to answer all of our questions about the condo and the island. GREAT place!
