This rental was the best decision we could have made for our family vacation. The whole process of booking, to the day before arrival, our arrival, during our stay and the checkout procedures were flawless. The condo was very clean and stocked with all the things we’d have needed! We made a trip to the grocery store and we’re able to cook dinner and breakfast most days. The beds were comfy, the linens were clean, the bathrooms were clean and stocked with mini shampoos/conditioner (bring your own depending on duration of stay) the amenities within the community were great for the kids! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

This property was beautiful and clean. The outdoor space was lovely and it overlooked the pool. If you're looking for a quiet complex without all the craziness of the main strip, this is your place. Location is great. It was a short walk to Whalers Village, although uphill on the way back. We made the mistake of driving down and parking the first night prices were not listed but it ended up costing $40 to park there for dinner so just be aware. Our teens were hoping for more kids their ages around which was the only downfall but they got over it.

the house was Cleary not cleaned recently two days after I got there I was sweeping the floor and I found two giant cockroaches apparently dead and dry and another thing that I did not like is that they only so stingy they only provide 4 tide pads for the laundry obviously they are not enough for a stay of 7 days and 7 nights, and besides they ask you to help them with the laundry before checking out, trash bags are not enough for 7 days , obviously after finding cockroaches you want to keep the space clean but it's almost impossible because you don't have enough trash bags, (I have to called and request for more) besides, they have a lot of parking before entering the apartment complex but obviously they take advantage of the tourist and make you pay for parking even though they have a lot of unused parking

You can easily drive in less than 5 minutes or walk for about 15 minutes to access the resort areas. There is plenty of public beach access parking adjacent to the resorts.

The condo offered wonderful accommodations, and it was exactly what we needed for our family of 4. But the bedroom with the 2 single beds is adjacent to the busy highway... and the traffic never died down. Even in the middle of the night there were plenty of cars on the road making a lot of noise. Yes the windows were shut, but honestly that didn't matter in the least. Our boys finally had to buy earplugs just to try to get some sleep. We loved the location of this complex across from Whaler's Village and would absolutely stay at this complex again, but would not choose this unit because of the road noise.

Very well equipped. Great location. Clean. Great overall experience. Two potential negatives are the noise from the highway and the multiple levels of steps leading up to the front door. Neither of these were are issue for us but might be for others.

This condo was located in a very convenient location for beach, golf, shopping, and sights. I would recommend this condo for anyone looking to visit Maui. Only shortfall was the worn out couch in the living room. The couches in the picture to the right were gone and the couch in there was very broken down so you were sitting nearly on the floor. The setup, bedrooms, and amenities were very good. Will rent again if we go to Maui!

Check in was easy, the place itself and the condo complex were quite nice - the lanai had a nicer view of oceans and mountain than the description suggests. Unfortunately, it works not be my first choice when I'm back - there was constant daily noise from an air chisel the maintenance folks were using, and there's a lot more road noise than I'd have expected from Highway 30 (which, in spite of being a highway, has a 40mph limit) - both took away from the tropical animal/breeze sounds I associate with trips to the island.

Great location! The Ka’anapali Royal was a great place to stay during our vacation. Our rental was on the 9th hole of the golf course, with views of the ocean, hills, pool and Whalers Village. We were in walking distance to coffee, beach supply rentals and the little convenience store. The rental was clean stocked with many beach supplies and towels for the pool. Nice setup in the kitchen with regards to utensils, dishes and pots and pans. Big shower in the upstairs bathroom and comfortable beds. Great bird watching, not just the chickens. & the sound of the palm trees singing and swaying in the wind. Great stay! Would do it again ☺️

Aloha, I have stayed at the resorts many times over here in Maui and the complaint I always had with my family is "the room is too small". The property was more than I expected and my family was elated that they can move around, sit down and relax, lol.The condo was very well equipped and very comfortable.Activities were close and area very scenic as always. My family of 4 and I stayed here for 10 days and the word "perfection" comes to mind. The condo was spotless, very well decorated in a modern way, spacious and clean. At one point, we had two families over and there was a total of 14 people in the condo and we were all able to sit down and eat together between the lanai and the dining room. We didn't even feel cramped. We also loved the proximity to Whaler's Village and Kaanapali Beach. We would come back to this condo again in the future. It really felt like "home" to us for 10 days. It was blissful. One request for the owners - pls add a beach umbrella or two to your inventory so that we don't have to rent umbrellas daily from the resorts! The cooler, beach towels and chairs were perfect. Just needed umbrellas for shade! :P

We had a great experience at this rental. It was in a great location. And it had many amenities and was clean. Downfalls are having to climb two flights of stairs (which we knew about from previous reviews) and also having only one sink in the primary bathroom.

Aloha! What a wonderful place for a memorable vacation in Maui with the family! The condo feels and smells newly renovated. So clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and dishware you will need. Great layout, comfortable beds, and a good size lanai with your own private BBQ grill (bonus!). The condo came with coolers and beach chairs which all came in VERY handy for fun on the beach. Great location too! Just a short walk to Whalers Village or a short drive to Lahaina and local beaches. We were greeted with a lovely welcoming basket with all kinds of goodies. What a nice touch! Most important - CB Island Vacations property management has a local office and were so attentive to our needs. Diana Keck was awesome! We had an issue with the garbage disposal and it was replaced within hours that same day! We would HIGHLY recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and location! What are you waiting for?! Book it! Mahalo nui loa!

We stayed here as a group of three adults and an infant and it was perfect. There were many nice little touches that came as a wonderful surprise- we found a highchair and a Pack and Play in the closets, making meals and naps much easier. The host also provided a few snacks and even some complimentary masks.The master bed was incredibly comfortable and the A/C was a lifesaver- we had excellent sleep as a result. There was lots of space in the living room with a large area rug, which was helpful for our baby to safely play on. We even found some baby proofing outlet covers. We loved the full kitchen which meant we had no trouble cooking all our meals (huge plus for a young family especially for feeding a baby), and we made lots of use of the BBQ out on the private lanai / balcony.Very convenient location, walking distance to Whaler’s Village, which connects right to the beach too. The on-site pool and hot tub were also a big success. Parking even with a larger SUV was not a problem, though keep in mind there is a limit of one vehicle per unit.Note that the unit is NOT wheelchair accessible as the only entrance is up three flights of stairs, and there is no elevator.Overall we had a fantastic time staying here and would gladly stay again.

The VRBO was professionally manages, extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The furniture was tasteful and modern. All amenities provided and the ice chest/beach chairs/beach towels were awesome. There were also child/baby amenities such as a high chair, pack and play, and beach toys. The location was also great-close to a lot of restaurants/beaches. Not too north in Maui. The only minor thing is the twin bedroom is quite noisy and you can hear cars throughout the day/night. It didn't bother me because I brought a sound machine for my toddler, but it may bother adults. The upstairs room and rest of the unit is quiet. Overall highly recommended and would stay here again.

Check in was very easy, I was able to reach guest relations and check in early. The host was available for any questions, the temp in the house was very comfortable. The condo appears new and updated, it was such a great stay! I would definitely love to stay here again next time I am in Maui. Thank you for hosting us!
