What a great place for our family. H404 did not disappoint. Very clean, comfortable and inviting. We were immediately drawn to the amazing views of the water and the island of Molokai; just amazing. The property itself was immaculate. It is maticulously maintained. I was very impressed with the care this property receives. It was a treat to watch the sunsets from the property's edge every night. And easy access to the north end of Kaanapali Beach. Just outside the property, many conveniences just a short walk away. A grocery store, coffee bar & grill, local bakery, BBQ & Pizza eateries, convenient store/gas station are all just a few hundred yards from the property.H404 itself was very clean and orderly. It honestly felt like a home more than a condo. We enjoyed our favorite coffees on the lanai watching the morning sun casting itself on the face of Molokai - just breathtaking! We absolutely loved it; the perfect vacation! Thank you for hosting our family!

Really enjoyed this condo! The pool and proximity to the ocean were amazing. We had a small maintenance issue but is was resolved the same day without a problem. They included towels, beach towels and there were even some beach chairs there for our use. I did see a couple bugs but with that climate i don't think it can be completely bug free. Fully stocked kitchen for us to cook and the beds were very comfy. It was difficult for us all to shower with hot water, it did run out quickly. Would highly recommend.

My family of four stayed here for 5 nights before decamping to the much busier island of Oahu. It was perfect for a relaxing break. The condo is very clean, the beds comfortable and there are walkable places to eat and shop.The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. There is no real beach here, which wasn’t an issue for us. It is a very short drive to shopping and boat excursions at Whalers Village.

The condo was very good.Good location. Clean & comfortable. My only complaint would be that the master suite was & stayed hot all day & night. Not totally sure why that was, but mad it uncomfortable, especially for sleeping. Even keeping the door.open didn't really help.Other then that I think it was a good choice for our trip.

Wonderful time while we stayed here in Maui, so close to shops and has food trucks near by and a well stocked grocery store with other items. Beautiful view from our lani, morning and evening of the beach and the pool and beautiful well kept grounds! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes & such... there were even ice chests and beach chairs!

3 bedroom Penthouse unobstructed views. The view and amenities were great. The air conditioning unit was out for 3 days. Maitenance repaired the unit it worked for 1 day then went back out. Thankfully it wasn't hot during our stay. The hot water in all showers only worked for a few minutes. The 3rd bedroom was a loft and did not have a door. There was no privacy in the loft room because the walls are only half walls and not extended to the ceiling. The condo was equipped well with everything we needed plus extras. We enjoyed our stay and would book again as a 2 bedroom with loft.

Our 7 days in Maui was awesome thanks to papakea H-404. The three bedroom beautiful Condo was ready as expected. The time leading up to our trip the communication between the owner and epic was outstanding. The place was very well stocked in all 3 bathrooms, the kitchen and laundry area. We did have a view of the ocean and the pool. The registration office staff was top shelf. I did have one question when I arrived. I wrote an email to the owners and they responded within 10 minutes by phone. They were very helpful friendly and willing to help with any issues.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The only thing that was an issue was the getting the ac unit to work properly. It constantly stopped and that wasn't good when the room is facing the sun.

Great property for families and those looking to avoid highly priced hotels rooms in Hawaii. Nice pool area, lovely views and lawns for activities and a dozen brand new gas Weber grills. The property never felt crowded even during the July 4th weekend. We rented three units, and H404 was by far the nicest of the three. It was equipped with all the basics you’d need for a week on the island. The elevator is the J building was out of order all week.

Overall it was a good condo. Dont expect to get into the unit early as the code wont allow you in till 4pm on the dot. The front desk will not be able to help you with that, so plan costco accordingly if you have items that need to be put in the fridge upon arrival. The AC unit in the family room started dripping water at the beginning of our trip. I sent a message to the host and did not recieve a reply so we just went without AC in the main family room for the majority of our 9 night trip. The view on the patio is awesome, the condo to the right has their balcony slightly in front of this unit so if you are on the patio at the same time as the next door folks, you are pretty much hanging out with them. The condo did feel a little tight at times but loved having 3 full baths and a washer and dryer. I enjoyed the resort as it was low key but still fun. Grills came in handy. I came to appreciate the grass area looking out over the water as I thought I would miss having a beach right out front. Most of the time we went to the beach the wind made it so sand was stuck to anything wet and in your face. It was kinda nice to not have sand blowing in your face on the lawn but still enjoy an amazing ocean view. Also listening to the ocean and looking at starts at night on the lawn was a good time. The bar at the aston shores next door is just ok but will work if you want a drink in walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Condo and Papakea and would recommend.

We have stayed at this resort in the past and it is beautiful. The condo was very nice and the host was very quick to respond with any questions or needs. The only downfall is that there was not very comfortable seating for 5 people that are not very tall. All seating was either counter or bar height other than the sofa which would not accommodate 5 people. Very nice tv but not enough seating to be able to watch it. It says it is for 6 people but there is no place where 6 can sit together. We had 5 and weren’t able to sit together unless we crowded another chair in. 4 on the lanai, 4 at the dining table and 4 at the bar in the kitchen. We did have a wonderful time and would certainly do it again.

Our family of 3 adult couples enjoyed having room for all of us, including 3 separate bedrooms and 3 beautifully-tiled bathrooms. The unit was clean, spacious, well appointed, and quiet with a nice view over the gardens to the pool and ocean, with good access to the main roads and very helpful staff at the front desk. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of beach access -- the steps down from the seawall were welded shut, and the beach was non-existent anyway. Also, we would ask that Epic be clearer in your messaging that timed access locks to the unit mean that there is NO entry until exactly 4pm.

Condo was very nice. Stairway to loft bedroom was narrow and steep. AC in master was not cooling well. View and amenities were excellent. Condo is very close to grocery store. Overall great!
