One, with bunk beds, sleeps 4 and the other patio master suite lets you wake up to breathtaking ocean views from the comfort of your new king bed. Standing on the well lit patio you see no one beside you or above you - just you and your family. No crowded lobby and no elevators. 4 Onsite pools and tennis courts are minutes away. The entire living space was brought up to date May 2021. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances. The dual central a/c units are new, new stacking washer and dryer, new carpeting and all new smart electronics with high-speed internet. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa that can easily sleep 2. The attentive Quam Management team keeps it extremely clean and well maintained between guests. No need to rent the beach stuff - it's all provided. Assigned and covered parking is nearby. Nestled out of the occasional winds by the 150-foot-tall Cook Pines, the weather is as perfect as it can get. A free shuttle bus will take you to famous restaurants like Merriman's, Plantation House and Sansei, and the two golf clubs and of course the world-famous beaches of Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay and D.T. Fleming Beach - or you can walk to it all in a few minutes.

There is a $305.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of rental.
Daily maid service is an additional charge.

Cancellation policy:
Bookings canceled outside of 60 days before arrival will receive a refund of their deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.
For cancellation within the 60 days of arrival will not receive a refund.

Lovely setting. Condo was clean and fairly well appointed. We ate out most of the time because of all the great nearby restaurants. Get reservations ahead! Hiking, hill walking was a great workout followed by snorkeling and laying on the beach in the afternoon. Lovely beaches and whale watching!!

The unit was clean and well organized/stocked. It was located on a beautiful golf course, close walk to the beach, plenty of pools to relax at, a convenience/gift store, restaurants, etc. Would stay again!

Fabulous vacation rental! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need and more. Fit our family of six very comfortably, four big teenagers and my husband and I. A beautiful view of the ocean and the golf course., a lovely porch for relaxing and eating outdoor meals. A short walk to the beach, a short drive to a local store and of course the golf course. We would definitely rent this again.
