The condo was exactly as depicted in listing and related pictures. Beautifully furnished and very well equipped kitchen. We were able to prepare and serve a complete turkey dinner with all the sides for six people. The pool area is lovely and our grandkids, aged 7 and 4, swam every day-rain or shine. We frequently rent homes/condos through VRBO and this was one of the best. Would definitely visit again.

Stayed a week at this lovely place in Princeville. The location was quiet and the rental property was comfortable and spacious. When issues arose, the management team was very responsive and got them addressed. Only one piece of constructive feedback that I would offer; the carpets definitely need to be cleaned (or maybe replaced). While I suspect that it is hard to maintain such properties given the variety of guests and frequent foot traffic, it was the one item that was not as we expected it would be.
That said, this is a minor point on an otherwise super experience.

We loved our stay at the Nihilani Condo. It was big and spacious and we had plenty of room for all 8 of us. (6 adults and 2 kids). The aesthetic of the condo was beautiful too! The host was easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. We definitely want to rent again from them in the future!

We’ve stayed for a number of years on vacation in Princeville, Kauai and our most resent stay at Nihilani 24C was by far our nicest accommodation. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit had been maintained and furnished excellently. Great view of the mountains and golf course. The unit was roomy and very quiet. We will definitely try to stay here in future years!

We highly recommend this condo! The company was great to work with, the amenities were amazing and the AC worked wonderfully. I’ve never stayed at a vacation rental that included so many extras. We were supplied with not only the basics like sheets, towels and beach towels, but also laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and trash bags! The condo also included games, puzzles, 6 beach chairs and snorkel gear. The neighbors were great, the neighborhood was quiet and the pool was beautiful! The condo is located quite close to the pool if you walk through a side grassy area. This makes it very nice for grilling in the evenings. We are so thankful for the awesome experience this helped give to our family.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 10 days while visiting Kauai. The property is in a wonderful location close to the beautiful Hanalei Bay which was our kids favorite beach and the stunning NaPali Coast. Our kids used the pool (which is every bit as beautiful as it appears) often while we were cooking dinner in the well stocked kitchen. The beds were all lovely and a comfortable place to land at the end of a busy day! The garage was well stocked with beach and pool supplies which was a very nice touch and saved us time and money in finding beach supply rentals. Also, pool towels were provided which saves tons of packing space! They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! We have such fond memories of our stay, we hope to be back soon! Kauai is beautiful!

We loved our second stay at Nihilani - this time with both sets of in-laws and our 4.5 year old. Unit 24C was clean and had a nice lay out for our situation. Towels/beach supplies were handy to have. We had a quick response when internet was out first day as well. The property at large is nicely kept and the pool is great to have when you’re done exploring for the day. Only main “complaint” is the lack of mid-sized plates - minor I know but it was either a platter sized option or coaster sized option for group of 6 at least (if you are travelers who plan to dine in often). We loved using the quick oven! Will definitely consider this unit/development for our next visit to the north shore

Super comfortable!! Our stay was Great! Started with smooth checkin, clear communication with our VRBO property & easy access/codes. We were so pleased with our location! Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Fantastic beds for king & queen. So great to have a sofa bed & twins for kiddos. Property management was quick with help, extra bedding & even had to fix a garage door promptly for us. Felt like home away from home!! We’ll stocked for cooking & for beach! Loved having a cooler. Access to pool & grill super easy & close. THANKYOU for an AMAZING place to stay in Kauai!!

Extremely comfortable and spacious condo. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house is at a great location close to beaches and food. The owner had stocked lots of beach towels and boards and snorkelling equipment. There atr two large screen TVS. The wifi is extremely slow. Overall an amazingly comfy home to enjoy your vacation.

Everything was perfect and better than expected. We took advantage of the free to use snorkeling gear, chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella. There are limited stores in the Princeville area. So we made it a point to stock up at Costco each time we were in Lihue.

This is the most beautiful location. Unfortunately, the property needs work. Most of the showers didn't work properly, we couldn't even use two of them. There were disgusting dirty dishes in the cabinet, the dishwasher had a disgusting smell and a bunch of gross old food in it and the chairs on the patio were broken. My daughter sat on a chair on the patio and it broke under her. The stovetop was a nightmare to try to cook on. It kept shutting off and on.

This was a nice and spacious place. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The chairs in the garage and goggles and boogie boards were awesome to use. I loved being able to enjoy meals on the balcony. So close to Queens bath(a must see).

From start to finish the experience with renting this apartment was excellent- even with managing the little glitch when we didn’t receive our entry code, responses were timely, considerate and thoughtful. The apartment was beautiful; clean, well appointed and the beds were among the most comfortable we’ve stayed in on all of our travels. Would happily return!

The location of the property was exactly what we needed! We also needed 3 bedrooms and 4 beds! That's what we got! However, this property needs a really good deep cleaning or just better cleaners in between guests! I was disgusted the first morning when I was making breakfast. The hand towels were not washed, there was food or something on them. There was a cutting board in the drawer that had grease and grime on it, looked like it got placed right back in the drawer. There were crumbs between the mat in the kitchen and the wall, no big deal! I think the worse was the washing machine. You could see the mold in it and it smelled awful! I took a chance and washed clothes in it which was a BAD idea! It also made my clothes smell bad. My son asked what I did to it! I get it, I'm from Hawaii and get how hard it is to maintain things, but this was more a matter of just not being clean and sanitary. There were no cleaning supplies, spray or wipes in the kitchen. We were asked to take the trash out daily to avoid pests, however were only provided the 1 trash bag in the can for our 7 night stay. We were able to live with the air conditioner not working in the bedroom with the 2 twin beds, which by the way does not have a vent to open or close as the property manager kept telling us to check. I would not recommend this property to anyone I cared about!

The views from the patio are amazing! We even made friends with the roaming roosters. The grounds are so beautiful around the property as well. The unit itself was spacious and clean and stocked with all of the little things you'll need. The welcome gift was also a nice touch.
The unit is about 10-15 minutes to Hanalei, which is the perfect spot for dining and watching the sunset. Queens Bath is also walkable. It is about an hour to the Lihue airport.
We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kauai!

Very nice, modern property with great amenities. Lots of room to spread out. Great kitchen so you don't have to spend a fortune eating out every meal. Nice location in a clean, quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes to Hannalei and beaches. Nice pool area (although a bit cold). Nice to have a garage to park in. There are lawn chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler to use, which is a nice touch. Would definitely come here again if I'm in the area.

Had a wonderful time staying in this condo that is located near the end of a cul-de-sac to provide privacy and is updated nicely. The 2 car garage is great for parking and storing ocean equipment. Having air conditioning is really nice when the trade winds aren't blowing. The layout offers privacy with each bedroom in its own "wing" of the home. The covered lanai is perfect for dining and the neighborhood is plenty safe. The management was extremely good with their communication and even mailed back some phone accessories our family accidently left behind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed that the condo was comfortable and spacious, the Makai golf course was across the street, nice beaches, cafes and restaurants within 20 minutes.
Then you can utilise the pool and spa on return from your daily outing.
A great place to base yourself and enjoy the beautiful island of Kauai.
