Recently renovated, Emmalani Court 423 offers a luxurious yet comfortable setting for your perfect Hawaii destination. This condo sleeps four guests and is ideal for families or friends traveling together. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the spacious lanai overlooking colorful flora, the expansive Makai golf course, and peekaboo ocean views! Outdoor seating and dining areas offer places to relax with a book or enjoy a meal in the gentle island breeze. As you step inside through the sliding glass door you will immediately feel at home in this contemporary and cozy space. The tasteful island decor and calming color palette evokes the relaxing Hawaii vibes you are looking for. Four panels of floor-to-ceiling windows invite the outside in, creating an abundance of natural light and tropical views.

An open layout provides seamless transitions between spaces and allows for optimal air flow throughout the home. The living area features air conditioning, a comfortable, queen size sleeper sofa, two cozy lounge chairs, and large flat screen TV, perfect for movie nights at home! A designated dining area is furnished with seating for four and a unique, circular glass table. The fully equipped kitchen does not disappoint and supplies everything you need to feel right at home. Modern appliances include side by side refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and full cookware.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a California King bed, air conditioning, and wall-mounted television. A large window offers palm trees and mountain vistas. Open the curtains and allow the beautiful morning light to be your alarm clock, or stay cozy in bed the whole morning! While you may only be packing your bathing suits, the bedroom provides generous storage space with a six drawer dresser and abundant closet space. The bright ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and spacious vanity.

Additional amenities for your comfort include a guest bathroom, washer and dryer, beach towels, and beach chairs.Your personal Hawaii Life concierge is also available to assist you in organizing your perfect island itinerary. Emmalani court 423 is a top floor unit with one set of stairs and no elevator. Car is recommended for transportation to and from this property.

The grounds and the pool are flawless. BBQ grills are in such good condition, we used them frequently. Close to a lot of beautiful walkable beaches. This place felt like a home.

It is a great location and has on site parking. It was clean and appeared as advertised. They provided beach towels and chairs which was very convenient. Easy to check in and out. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and hope to go back!

Wonderful condo and attentive property manager (we had an issue with the shower drain and they sent someone our right away to fix it)! The place is cozy and the bed is very comfortable! The view on the patio was beautiful and the surrounding area had many walking paths. Also, so nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We enjoyed the boogie boards, chairs, and umbrella while on the beach. It’s a quiet area and the pool was right out front if we didn’t want to go far. Perfect for two! Thank you!

I could not be more pleased with my decision to stay in Emmalani Condos for my first visit to Kauai. The condo felt like a model home; meticulous. And the golf course community surrounding it, breathtaking! It was also so helpful to have a washer and dryer available for use. Two minor notes; if you enjoy coffee, bring some with you. The filters and coffee maker were provided, but coffee was not. Also, my mobile phone service was temperamental in the Bedroom and there was not an alarm clock. I purchased on as I had an early flight I did not want to miss. I hope to return soon!

Clean, bright and comfortable--my 6-foot tall son slept on the pull out sofa bed and said it was good. It was nice to have access to a nice washer and dryer, especially after muddy hikes. Ideal location for exploring everything the north shore has to offer. We'd definitely stay again.

This condo was absolutely perfect — from the location in Princeville to the decor to the quick replies back from the host to all of the amenities to the singing birds on the back deck every morning! We had such a lovely time and would give this place more than 5 stars if we could. Amazing!!

This property was awesome it was clean and tidy and smelled good. It had everything we needed to cook and make smoothies and mixed drinks it was nice and spacious we didn’t feel cramped and oh my gosh the bed and bedding were comfortable we will definitely rebook here next time also if you are looking to stay somewhere on the island just stay in princeville it’s the best part with the best views

The condo is perfect for a really lovely stay in north Kauai. It’s filled with light, space, amenities, great beaches within walking distance, food stores nearby and close enough to the vibrant town of Hanalei to make evenings out a possibility. I’d love to come back one day.

The complex itself is very well managed and every evening we enjoyed watching the sunset from the properties cliff view. Highly recommended rental, awesome staff and management company. This condo was amazing. Beautiful grounds. There was a walking path across the street. We were walking distance to Hideaway Beach and Queens Baths which were very cool to see especially Queens Baths. The condo was very clean, open and airy. There was a second full bathroom that came in handy when our daughter stayed with us. I also loved having morning coffee on the balcony. I would highly recommend this condo.

Property was very clean and in a great location. Washer and Drier was great and kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The main bedroom has AC so be aware the rest of the house was not. A couple of suggestions would be more beach chairs and a few boogie boards. Unit did have one beach chair and one boogie board. Our friends stayed nearby and their unit had several chairs and things for the beach. Nice walking path along the golf course located right next door. Another nice feature was the pool and hot tub which were very clean. The common area had a couple of Weber grills, which i wish i would have known about as I don't think its in the description. Parking is super close to unit. Unit is on the second floor as well. I would stay here again no problem.

We were welcomed with a nice card from the manager who offered assistance if we needed any. The location is walking distance to Hideaway Beach and Puu Poa Beach and a short drive to Anini Beach and Hanalei. The condo was recently renovated and all the furniture was new and very comfy and all the kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. were also new. The couch in living room also pulls out to a bed in case you have a 3rd guest. The pool and spa are right down the steps and they were in excellent condition and rarely used, so we took advantage of the spa most nights. There is also 2 Weber grills in the pool area should you want to bbq. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family!

It is very close to many fantastic beaches, golf course is right out the window. Lots of walking, whale watching, beaches and restaurants fairly close. Loved the location and the condo!
