Aloha! My stay was so wonderful. The hotel lived up to its listing. The only hiccup was exiting instructions. I was told to leave the parking placard in the room. Which caused confusion with parking attendant. No big deal. But exiting instructions should be clearer. Other than that. Mahalo for having me.

Free parking, no frills, easy access and check-in. Unit/building is a little older but everything works as new. Unit was clean, bed very comfy, AC worked great... The power was out for a couple hours and host was very attentive, it was in the middle of the night, so not too big of a deal. Would book again as we travel to Waikiki at least once a year.

Just want to start off by saying the view was incredible. Very clean, spacious, we had easy access to so many things. Parking was simple didn’t have to worry about paying for parking. Over it’s a great place to stay. Definitely retuning back here on our next trip.

Me and my husband and mom enjoyed this beautiful stay, with big windows and a fantastic view and balcony. We had walking distance to Waikiki and there were lots of stores and restaurants near us. The host was friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I'd say I was satisfied. The location was terrific and the place had everything a family needs. The only complaint, and i hate calling it that, is the age of the building. It really shows. It needs updating

Great location, 1.5 blocks to the beach. Amazing view of the mountains. Unit was clean & well maintained. Bed was comfortable. The pull out was stiff. Kitchen has the basics but lacked some tools you might want if you cook. I recall my wife really wanting a vegetable peeler.

Fantastic view of the mountains, proximity to Waikiki beach but also to less crowded beaches nearby. Mart in the building is a big plus. Altogether everythining you need to enjoy Honolulu.

It was an easy check in and we were impressed with the Mountain View. Our unit was located down the hall near the laundry facilities and trash chute which made it convenient. The bed was comfortable and the AC efficient. There were sufficient linen and towels. Although we did not cook in the unit, there seemed to be sufficient supplies to do light cooking. We did not have any hand soap so had to buy our own. On our first stay we noticed the toilet did not flush well and we eventually had to plunge it to find a toilet paper holder lodged in side. Once removed the toilet worked fine.The building is in a great location away from hectic Waikiki but close enough to walk to it, the park, the beach and local restaurants. The included parking was a huge bonus. The property management was very clear on instructions before we arrived and after. We would stay here again.

This condo has a great view for sitting outside and relaxing. The location is an easy walk to the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and beaches with break walls for the Littles. If you’re looking for an extended stay and cooking in the unit, make sure to get cooking essentials as salt and pepper are the only spices and there is no type of cooking oil or hot pads in the unit. Overall, the amenities and location are great, especially if you prefer to walk instead of driving.

View from room is great. Smells little musty . 5 minute walk to beach. Lots of shops and restaurants walking distance. If you rent a car you have to exit the parking garage first then you have to take keys and parking pass up to the room😩

I rented this unit because it was on a high floor and faced the mountains. This unit did not disappoint. You get a good view of the sunrise coming over Diamond Head.
As for the unit itself, it was clean and functional. Nothing fancy but that was fine with me.
The host was very responsive and understanding of a situation that arose while I was there.

Being a couple of blocks from the beach made it easy. The small restaurant s we used within a short walk had the best food ever with a great variety to choose. The condo on the 30rd floor was quiet with a wonderful mountainview and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktail.The condo accommodations were good with a king bed, sofa pullout, full kitchen and AC. I plan to return next Xmas.

Great place to stay. We stayed for 2 weeks and it served as a great home base. The laundry is next door. The elevators from the garage take to directly to your floor. Appreciated that the building is secure. You need a "key" to get to the elevators from the garage and also you need to register with security upon arrival. The free parking was helpful as parking can go up to $60/Day in Waikiki. We had an issue with the towel bar and shower curtain rod upon arrival. Sent an email on Sunday fully expecting someone to get back to us the following day but maintenance contacted us that day and the issue was resolved by the time we returned to the condo that evening. We have rented through Ali'i before and have always had great service. Furniture is a little dated but we mainly used the condo for sleeping and some meals so it wasn't an issue.

Everything was as advertised. The room was great and having parking was essential. It wasn't really clear from the pictures but we were glad to find that bedroom had a door, so it was insulated and quiet from the living space.
(very) Minor drawbacks
* On the first morning, we were surprised to find that there were no coffee filters. So unfortunately, we had to buy 100 of them (the smallest box) for a 5 night stay.
* The "fobs" were so small we accidentally lost them (replacement code $200). Couldn't help thinking that if they had a larger key chain, this wouldn't have happened.
* The couch is quite firm, which is to be expected because it is a sleeper.
* On two occasions it took about 10 minutes to get out of the parking garage. This was always due to other people in line ahead of us. Never figured out why it took them so long. If there's no line we just flashed the parking pass and were out in 10 seconds!

Very happy with the cleanliness of this vacation rental. Great location, walking distance to Waikiki Beach and a short drive to pick up groceries. Kitchen was stocked with the needed cooking utensils and small appliances. The king bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. More than enough towels for our stay. Nice mountain view from the lanai which include two chairs & a side table. The free parking was great! I would definitely stay here again!
