The unit was very comfortable for 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids), and had everything we needed. The Kuilima West complex is quiet and well maintained, and we loved having easy access to the beaches and miles of walking and running trails right there at Turtle Bay. We really appreciated the extra touches of holiday decorations in the unit, and the bonus treat of having an amazing view of the resort's fireworks on the back porch at midnight on New Years! Would definitely stay here again, even without the fireworks.

The property was very nice, and met our needs. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable. Also, the lack of soap/shampoo and minimal toilet paper was disappointing. Overall, these were just minor annoyances. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend with these notes.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. We picked it because it has a three separate air conditioned bedrooms, which is a good layout for our family, and the condo met our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo had beach chairs and beach towels, which was great to have. We loved the central location on the North Shore- very close to Turtle Bay, but also a short drive to Shark’s Cove (great snorkeling) and Kahuku (great food trucks, beer garden and Kahuku farms) and still a short drive to other attractions like Waimea Valley and the Polynesian Cultural Center. Property manager was responsive and the check in process was easy. Would recommend, especially for a family that wants some room to spread out.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. We picked it because it has a three separate air conditioned bedrooms, which is a good layout for our family, and the condo met our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo had beach chairs and beach towels, which was great to have. Loved staying here! Perfect amount of space for 6 people staying. It was so helpful to have beach towels & chairs there for our use! Sitting outside on the patio during the sunrise was serene. Only issue we had was the amount of bugs (including two cockroaches) in the lower level bedroom. This is to be expected since the door opens right to the outside, but it still was not ideal.

Overall we loved our stay- condo has been well maintained and everything is in good working order. The beds were super comfortable- not a single backache- which never happens for me! The location is lovely, the air conditioning a life saver for us pacific NW people not used to the warmer climate- kitchen well stocked. The only suggestion I could give would be to have the property deep cleaned- I’m talking baseboards, ceiling cobwebs and wiping down walls and cabinetry. It was vacuumed and the linens and tub and toilet were all clean but some deep cleaning every once in a while in a rental goes a long way. We would definitely stay here again though!
