I would 100% stay here again, the property was comfortable with a beautiful view. Loved opening the lanai doors and hearing the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable and at night it was fairly quiet. There is a little street noice, but I always bring ear plugs. Luckily there was a blow up mattress for my son. He is tall and the pull out sofa bed was not comfortable for his long frame. Overall great experience, thanks!

Great accommodations for two people. Incredible views, perfect for watching the sunset, the only thing to obstruct your view is coconut trees. The soothing sound of the ocean made for perfect sleeping conditions. We saw whales breeching and spinner dolphins from the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped, grounds are very well kept, bbq grills were extremely clean and operated perfectly. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and available. Never had a problem with parking. It's a very easy walk to downtown Kona. We'll be back

The condo was well stocked with items for the beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a backpack cooler. The view was spectacular. The condo was clean and well stocked with items to cook with. It has a quick walk to town and restaurants. It also has a quick walk to a small beach right next to the condo building. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was well stocked with items for the beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a backpack cooler. The view was spectacular. The condo was clean and well stocked with items to cook with. It has a quick walk to town and restaurants. It also has a quick walk to a small beach right next to the condo building. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is just as listed, the one exception is the sunset views as there are no pictures or words to do it justice. It became a nightly ritual to make a post card picture to send to friends and family to make them jealous.
This unit is very clean, well equipped and has easy access to all of Kona's best. Thank you for such a wonderful visit.

This was a great place to stay and would stay here again. It’s hard to overstate the amazing lanai views. Just wow. We spent lots of time just watching the surfers.
The AC was great. We turned it off for the day. When we came back the AC was able to cool off the place quickly.
The condo is located within walking distance to great shops and food.
The only issues we had were an over chlorinated hot tub and our inability to get the TV’s to work. We didn’t need the TV so that wasn’t a real issue.

There were lots of supplies included; many spices, popcorn, etc, etc. One suggestion: a little more info regarding parking would be helpful; e.g. is covered parking allowed or is that just for owners. The views from the balcony alone get their own 5 stars. I cannot recommend this condo enough if you’re looking for a nice relaxing getaway. Walking distance to food and bars. Amenities here are great. This place has everything you could need and has convinced me I should buy a backpack cooler for myself.

The location is fantastic, full ocean view, centrally located, the pool and BBQ area is wonderful. The unit is nicely updated with all of the comforts of home. Look forward to visiting again soon. Mahalo

Wonderful. Felt like we were wasting a ton of electricity- cooling the living room when we weren’t there- so the bedroom would be cool enough for sleeping. Next upgrade- a split mini is wonderful. Have used them in other units- quiet, cool (or heat) beautifully, and I suspect reduce the electric bill significantly.

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in! It is right on the coast next to a beach and a short distance to all the restaurants and shopping of downtown. The property management was very responsive and friendly!! We would definitely want to come back and recommend for anyone looking for a place to enjoy the sound of waves crashing and to watch sunsets!!

This is a fabulous unit. Really one of the best at Kona Reef (where we are also owners). The only critique I have is that the fold out bed was uncomfortable and not made up with sheets, etc.

This place was nothing short of amazing. Top floor balcony overlooking the ocean where everyday we saw whales, dolphins, turtles, fish, and of course the beautiful sunset. The place was clean and came with anything you would ever need. I 10/10 recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back very soon.

We booked this last minute for a babymoon and visit with family in Kona. The owner was super quick to respond. Unit is clean (king size bed) and updated with new appliances. Easy walk to town/restaurants (and I’m 7.5 months pregnant). There’s a smart tv so you must log into your (hulu, Netflix, hbo etc) accounts to access streaming. There’s an elevator that can get you mostly to the top floor but still about 5-10 steps to access the the top floor if you aren’t able to walk the full 3 flights from street level. Easy/free parking. Nice grill and pool area with a hot tub. Great ocean front view with a 4 seat table on the lanai. Storage closet w beach chairs, cooler bag and umbrella really impressed us! Safe to say this place went above our expectations! Mahalo !
