Listing pictures of the unit looks great however the building is kinda old. The elevators had no light, and then 2 days no AC in the morning coz its under maintenance . Lastly twice we had a false alarmed. 2nd one was at 2am it woke everyone in the building and we evacuated. They have to fix their building

The Suite was very clean with good appliances in a good location to the beach, restaurants and public transit. Having said that the Suite was in an older building that needs updating. The Staff in the Building were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the Pool and the BBQ.
But overall we found the price of the Rental very expensive that would make it difficult for us to return for another visit.

We had a great stay here. The location had easy access to main roads out of the Waikiki area. We appreciated that it included parking with an easy in/out garage. The view from the unit is excellent! Very clean, well maintained. Only 1 drawback was water being shutoff for most of 1 day due to building maintenance. Not fault of condo owner but worth mentioning as building is old (like a lot of Waikiki). Happy with experience overall, highly recommend.

On arrival at 11am our accommodation was ready which was a bonus as check in time was 3pm. Friendly staff at reception and security. It was fine for 3 adults but the place is very dated. Old style furniture was comfortable. The air conditioning was so noisy, made it hard to sleep. The carpet is very dirty, needs a really good clean or even replaced. Location was great.

After getting over a few humps, we quite enjoyed our stay there. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the floor to ceiling window in the bedroom and also the supplies for the beach. The kitchen was well equipped but I would suggest adding a sauce pan and a pair of scissors. Also, there was a rip in the seat of one of the chairs. Also, maybe a booklet that explains how to use the door lock with the wifi password too. Just some helpful information. We would definately stay there again though.

A beautiful view of Diamond Head. Nice bedroom, well furnished for a two week use. Amazing location and a nice (quiet) pool in the building.Concerns: the property manager was essentially non-responsive but we were able to get help from Wendy at Captain Cook. Also, the carpet had not been cleaned (we were told) as "there wasn't enough time".
