Luana Hawaii at Ala Moana Hotel Condo is located at 410 Atkinson Drive, adjacent to the Ala Moana shopping mall, the state's largest open-air mall. This is a great location just a short 20-minute leisurely walk away from the center of Waikiki, as well as being close to historic downtown Honolulu by transit.
This Waikiki Tower 13th Floor Ocean View Studio overlooks a partial view of Ala Moana beach and the park. The unit features 2 double beds, accommodating up to 2 people.

-NO DAILY MAID SERVICE IS PROVIDED. This is a vacation rental unit and is not a part of a hotel operation. There will be no towel/linen change. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the 6th and 13th floors.
-NO DESIGNATED PARKING. Valet or self-parking is available in the building (based on availability) with an additional charge paid to the Hotel directly. Please inquire about Ala Moana Hotel directly for the most current rate.
-No beach goods such as beach towels, beach chairs, or beach parasols are provided.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall not a bad stay. The service at the hotel was great and the amenities were included. The room itself was dirty, stains on the floor, debris on the ground. There were also mold stains on the shower curtain. But if you’re looking for a place to lay your head and sleep for the nights after your adventures are over it’s not bad.

It was like the pictures. The carpet needs to be cleaned, lamp shades need to be changed as well as the mirror in the bathroom. Beds comfortable, nice balcony with great view. Small kitchenette was quite useful. In a great location close to beach, shopping center, buses.

They provided every amenities you need provided by the hotel. The location was great. Connect to the mall, you can get your shopping done easily. You are very close to Waikiki and many beaches.

Reviewer Comments: Mattress on the bed was smaller than the bed, room seemed smaller than on the pictures, the pool was closed due to construction, elevators were so confusing due to renovation, housekeepers did not clean very well from previous tenants (I found a bottle of Korean liquor under the bed), since we don't have a room service, it would be nice if they at least provide us with some trash bags

Reviewer Comments: In comparison to our previous rental, there were no plates, cups, forks, knives and spoons. Only things provided were coffee maker, microwave and roll of paper towels. Very inadequate kitchen items for a rental with kitchenette.
