Pride of ownership shines in this island home away from home. Owner Susan Brewer has attended to every detail of the aesthetic design. This is a high-end designer home completely refurbished from floor to ceiling with NEW high-end furniture, porcelain floors throughout (has the look of wood). All new appliances. Stackable full size washer/dryer, filtered water on the kitchen tap and also from the refrigerator, there is no need to purchase plastic water bottles. The counters in the bathroom and kitchen are quartz counters with recycled glass. The walk-in shower and kitchen walls have a custom glass backsplash. This home is inviting, tranquil, and modern. You may never want to leave this luxurious and comfortable home!

There is a comfortable King size bed in the master suite and Queen size sofa bed with an 8 1/2" innerspring mattress for restful sleep in the living room. FREE secure 5G speed (400 Mbs) WiFi Internet for all your devices. There are TWO flat screen TVs both offer free cable channels. The 50" TV in the living room has a Bluray player with streaming and DVR for recording your favorite shows up to 300 channels. The second TV in the bedroom is 43". The owner has a large library of DVDs, books, new board games, and genuine Vitamix blender to keep you healthy on your vacation.

Everything you need for your Maui vacation is included: linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and much more!

The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. Five night minimum stay.

*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.

*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The unit was clean and stylishly updated and was the perfect resting spot for our Maui getaway. They thought of all the little things that might be needed while visiting...which is a huge plus in my book! And the view from the lanai was superb! Watched quite a few gorgeous Maui sunsets from there. l Would definitely recommend staying here again!

We absolutely loved this condo. This place is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. They provided every appliance you think you would need. The Vitamix was great for smoothies. The only thing that was disappointing was the air-conditioning did not seem to work. We had some extremely hot days and nights and had a hard time sleeping. I have some issues with Asthma and was depending on the air conditioning. I will definitely stay here again but probably in December when it's not so hot.

The homeowner had everything we needed for the beach, the bbq, information on the island, things to do. The owner and rental team was very nice, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Our stay was fantastic!

The decor is beautiful as well as the view and the location is great! The location was convenient to local stores and restaurants. Right across the street from a good beach! However it was unusually humid during our stay and the one window AC unit in the living room did not cool down the condo enough to sleep comfortably in the rear bedroom. Tower fans helped slightly. We had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed most of our stay. We prefer to sleep in temps slightly below 70 and we couldn’t keep the AC on all the time due to a drip pan that fills up. The bedroom windows did not provide any noise reduction from outside noises. Also the bathroom was a bit small.

This was our 2nd stay in this beautiful condo. It’s fully stocked, keurig and also a traditional coffee pot. Beautiful views. I love that the decor is beach/Hawaiian themed. It was a bit chilly and rainy for the first week of our trip so it was nice to have a comfortable place to relax. Pricey in the high season but worth it! High recommend and can’t wait to return.
