Good Points:
Very spacious condo with nice furnishings. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed, even a wine frig. Nice bedroom with comfortable bed. Two bathrooms with very large showers. Very nice balcony with views of the ocean to the west. Very clean unit.
Not so good:
1. We did not receive a map of the property showing the location of the unit and the designated parking space. When we finally found the condo and entered it, we found a laminated map showing what we needed. It would have been nice to include this map in advance. We arrived well after dark and had a difficult time finding the right parking lot and our parking spot.
2. There was a Christmas parade while we were there that blocked access to the parking area for several hours, and we couldn't even get to our unit because the only access was from the parking area. It would have been nice if the condo manager opened the automatic gate (which we didn't have access ability) to the Kuakini Highway to the east of the condo. We finally got into the parking area when another resident happened to be leaving and opened the gate.
3. Minor but annoying: The TV channels listed in the condo unit do not match the cable channels subscribed by the owner. We could not even access the main national broadcast channels, and therefore could not watch a football game that was broadcast nation-wide.

We had a great stay in the condo all things needed for the beach for the pool our stay in general. It’s close to town and shoreline public access. It had a great view of ocean and sunsets. Perfect kitchen set up.

My family (2 adults + a 7 year old) stayed here for about 8 days. The condo was just perfect for us EXCEPT the broken sofa bed that caused some back and neck pain for both me and my husband. We finally pulled the mattress on to the floor to get a decent night's sleep because the bed in the master bedroom would only fit 2 people!
But this didn't take away from the many wonderful things:
We used the well-equipped kitchen every day, enjoyed lovely mornings in the lanai sipping chai and watching the gorgeous water every morning, hung out with an egret crane and the kokis almost every day, and even used the pool once.
The condo had almost everything you could want - boogie boards, sand toys, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, Beach mats, Beach umbrella, water shoes... And even an umbrella!
Instructions were very clear and the check out procedures was not too onerous.
Overall, it felt like a home away from home. My daughter had never been to Hawaii before and said this was her best vacation! ♥️♥️

Great location , walking to town is easy. Close to nice restaurants/bars. Room in bldg E 600s, had everything ! Great kitchen appliances, wine bar, beach stuff to borrow, small things like cleaning, laundry supplies, first aid kit, bath products ,and a super veranda with best chairs. Lots of thoughtful small touches. Beautifully decorated , artistic, and hand painted tiles in shower.

The property was comfortable and having an elevator made it easy to bring our stuff in. Nice to have some snorkling equipment and backpacks to bring stuff to the beach. The only negative was that at this time of the year the sunset is not fully visible tho the sky is lovely.

Great location, conveniently close to the ocean and shopping / restaurants in Kailua-Kona. Condo was beautifully decorated, brightly lit and had all the amenities for our stay. The in-house washer/dryer was also extremely useful. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience

Overall nice place. Some of the appliances need some maintenance. Only complaints were that the AC and clothes washer were very loud, checkout would be better at 11:00 since there are a lot of checkout requirements. Bring your own soaps. Cockroaches probably can't be avoided in the area so not going to complain but be prepared.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable condo. Check in process was seamless. All of the necessary amenities are available in the unit including beach accessories. Fantastic views of the sunset from the patio. 5 minute walk to downtown Kona. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for my husband and I. It was close to town, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were thankful for all of the beach chairs, boards and towels. The condo had everything we needed - the perfect space. But our favorite spot was the lanai and the view. The loungers are amazing. And I caught multiple whale sitings. We highly recommend this beautiful place!

This is a perfect location for walking around Kona's tourist beach area and for getting around the island by car. The condo is complete with everything needed for a long or short stay and was immaculate and welcoming. We will be back!

The one bedroom condominium was perfect. Inside, nothing missing. Outside, double verandas, view of the ocean. Extremely quiet, walking distance to everything. Management reached out to help but no help needed. If you are going to Kailua/Kona this is a must stay.

We chose this condo because it was close to University of the Nations which runs the program, Youth With a Mission. 5 minute walk!Sunset views from patio were magnificent!Cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and icemaker were great! Plenty of towels for bath and pool!Parking spot was easy to access.Very quiet and peaceful ambience!Having 2 bathrooms was a luxury!

Aloha! When booking this condo, we didn't expect it to be this great! Whether we were walking to town almost daily or spending time on the spacious lanai while reading and listening to the birds, this is just what we needed. The condo was the cleanest place I've EVER stayed in and even all the little things like soft towels, a quick ice maker, electric wine opener, spices, etc. were a plus. It even had 3 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs and small cooler all of which we appreciated. I think they were left there from other renters but nonetheless, they were useful. It was nice having an assigned parking spot and we used the stairs near the parking garage to enter and exit the building rather than the elevator. My hubby only used the pool once and I left a book in the library for someone else to enjoy. We can't wait to come back!!!!!
