Ali’I Beach Rentals was a great property management company. They responded promptly to our request for batteries for the TV remote and when the cable and Wi-Fi went out. Unfortunately we were disappointed that we were not made aware that the building is currently undergoing renovation/construction which caused disruptions to the elevators, electricity, A/C, cable and laundry facilities during our stay. One of four elevators had been out of service for weeks and we sometimes waited up to 15 minutes for an elevator - and always packed over max capacity. The building and unit are somewhat dated (e.g. stained carpets in hallways and elevator lobbies, old laminate flooring). We appreciated the free parking and the location was excellent. For light sleepers, note there is a bit of traffic noise on the 17th floor.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Waikiki Sunset. It had everything you think you would need while on a Vacation in Hawaii. The unit was clean, and the check in and out process was a breeze. Only thing that would have been great to have was a scale, just to make sure you don't over load your checked luggage ( with all the souvenirs we purchased ) before you head to the airport.
We will use Ali'i Beach rentals again in future trips to Hawaii.

Everything was fine, as advertised. Living room furniture was not very comfortable, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo so it sufficed.
Easy parking and easy walk to the beach.

Everything from booking online to entering the condo was seamless! Condo was well equip with everything you will need for your stay. The views were also good. Bed was comfortable and condo was nice and clean.

The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the pool had no sun so was very cold but who needs that with a beautiful beach steps away!

Comfortable bed, great location in Waikiki walkable to all the main sights, the air worked well in both the living room and bedroom, and the shower had great pressure too!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was easy to get in and the place was nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed was great! We loved having a parking spot. I utilized the gym a couple times. The pool was great. The location is wonderful, just a block and a half away from the beach. We absolutely loved our stay here.

This is our second vacation in a condo in Waikiki Sunset and both times were great. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the condo was clean and well appointed. We love the location just short blocks from the beach and a perfect launching point for everything in metro Honolulu. Ali'i Beach Rentals facilitated our booking and it could not have been easier or gone smoother. We look forward to our next visit and will definitely be staying there again. Mahalo!

We had a very nice stay at this condo. There were plenty of amenities to stay short-term or long-term. The only issue that we had was the door key pad stopped working around 9:00am on checkout day (Checkout agreement was 10:30am). Although we got to the condo early on check-in day we honored the agreement by not to entering the condo before 3:00pm. We were a little disappointed that the same consideration was not extended to us on checkout.

Sunset Waikiki was as stated online. It met all of our expectations. Would stay there again. It was close to the beach and other activities. Had an ocean view from balcony.

The condo was nice, bed comfy, great location just 5 mins to beach. My only concern is it got really windy one night. The wind causes a screeching noise. If you open the sliding door a crack it stops but then because the door is open the air conditioner turns off & it got extremely hot.

This was the perfect place to stay while in Oahu! It is 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The parking was easy and included. We made many day trips with a rental car during our stay including Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head. The condo was clean and good size - much better and more affordable than a hotel room. My 14 year old slept fine on the large sofa bed. The condo provided beach chairs and a small cooler. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, and cookware for our stay. The check in and out process was super simple. I highly recommend this condo and this company! Aloha!

Free parking is the best when parking in the garage is available. Unfortunately I had a truck so limited to the the first and second level. Got my truck towed for parking on the street. Cost around $600 to towing company and HPD fine.
